My child joined bumpkins from the age of 2 and has absolutely thrived since joining, he was at a different setting before and the difference in care, learning and facilities is just worlds apart. The team at bumpkins care so deeply about the children there, and will spend time and energy learning
about your child and how to get the best out of them. Recently my child has struggled at drop offs and they've worked with me to help improve this by crafting a routine personalised to him, I couldn't ask for more from a childcare setting. They always take great pride in the activities that they set up for the children and my child always comes home excited to share what he has learnt.
The forest school is also absolutely fantastic and such a great resource. Would highly recommend!

My little boy started in March 2026, I can't quite believe how well he has settled in. As a first time mum, it has been so reassuring to know that my boy is taken care of so well, and in a safe and clean environment. The staff have been so welcoming and communication is excellent, I always get full
feedback on pick up. My boy is stimulated throughout the day with different activities and is always learning. I love that they spend time outdoors any time that weather permits. Finally, I can't leave a review without saying how fabulous the meals are! Thank you!

The team at Bumpkins made our settling journey seamless and comforting. They're always responsive and give detailed updates at the end of the day. My child is happy at pick up time which is very reassuring. It's been lovely seeing her get comfortable with the staff at the nursery.

Our son is so happy at Bumpkins and we couldn't recommend them more highly. The staff are really caring and kind and it's wonderful to see that our son has made strong, positive bonds with all staff members. Care is clearly very personalised and staff are dedicated to helping each child develop
personally. Each day is very varied and careful planning time is clearly undertaken to ensure activities are targeted at different skills or areas for growth. We're astounded by how much our son has learnt during his time at Bumpkins so far. A wonderful nursery.

My daughter has attended Bumpkins since August 2024 and has loved every minute. She has great relationships with staff and has formed some lovely friendships. They offer a safe, loving and nurturing setting and she is so happy there each day which is the best part. The teams have been wonderful in
supporting our daughter when needed and we can't thank them enough.

My daughter has attended Bumpkins from 11m old to 3yr old. She has loved every single day at this nursery! The staff are very caring and considerate of the child's needs. The activities are interesting and stimulating for the children. The food prepared is fresh and varied.
Only minor negative is
the use of the app which was publicised to us as a way to track daily food, activities and changes, the staff do not add updates on a regular basis and I don't think they make full use of this to keep parents informed.
Highly recommend this nursery and the lovely staff.

My son has attended Bumpkins for a year now and we have been really happy with the care provided.
Staff are always friendly and happy to give you a moment to talk about your child, even at busier times. I think all the staff come across as very caring but certain staff also offer a good
understanding into their development as well. He has formed good bonds with the staff and enjoys the different activities they put on.
I think the meals provided sound healthy and varied. The app is ok, some days I get a lot of updates and others not many but you can always fill in the gaps in person at pick up.
It is useful that there is flexibility with pick up/drop off and that you are able to come into the nursery itself. I love that I can see my little one playing before he notices me! The stay and play afternoons are a nice touch. Overall the openness of the nursery is very comforting.

Bumpkins has been fantastic for our son since he joined in June 2025. The team are always finding new exciting activities for him and we've seen such a jump in his development. He's had a key worker throughout who provides daily feedback, works with you around your requirements for your child and
what you're trying to work on (e.g. eating with cutlery) and acts as a real support network. They also have such a variety of foods for the children to eat which really helps!
We very strongly recommend the nursery and look forward to sending our second child there when they're old enough!

We are so pleased our son was able to get a place at Bumpkins, as we have used them in the past for our older son. The staff are wonderful and have really helped our son in so many ways, have always gone above and beyond and most importantly he seems so happy when he is there which speaks for
itself. I can't recommend them enough.

My daughter Aurora is very happy to be dropped off each morning, there is always a welcoming and friendly person for me to leave her with. She eats and sleeps well and always comes home in good spirits. As a first time mother I have lots of questions which the team are very patient and helpful when
answering. They have given me lots of good advice. I would certainly recommend bumpkins.

I've been part of the Partou Bumpkins Day Nursery family since 2022 as both a staff member and a parent, and I couldn't recommend it more highly.
My daughter attended from 6 months old until she was 3, and the care she received was amazing. The staff are kind, supportive, and truly dedicated to the
children.
Jenny (Deputy Manager) and Paige (Manager) are fantastic - approachable, caring, and passionate about what they do. They create such a positive and welcoming environment for both families and staff.
Bumpkins feels like a second home, and I'll always be grateful for the love and care my daughter received there. I would highly recommend it to any parent looking for quality childcare.

Our daughter has been coming here since she was 11 months old, and watching her relationships develop with the wonderful staff and how much they support her learning and development has been amazing. The staff genuinely care about each child, and she absolutely loves coming here.

Bumpkins has been fab for our daughter. We feel very supported in her settling and she loves all the many varied activities. Each week the children have lots of new experiences which we love hearing about. Staff are diligent, caring and kind.

My child always seems to have had a great day and does a variety of activities. I would like more updates on the app regarding photos and progress (EYFS). But every day the range of activities and end-of-day report is positive and full of activities. The range of food available is excellent.

My daughter absolutely loves going to this nursery! She asks for her key worker all the time and has made some lovely little friends. It's been amazing to see how much she's learning - her speech is really coming along, and she's turning into such a confident, happy little girl. We couldn't be

My son has attended this nursery since January 2023 and has had a wonderful experience! The nursery is very child-focused, with supportive settling-in sessions in both the baby and toddler rooms. Staff are consistently professional and caring, and my son has formed strong, secure bonds with staff
members. Their enthusiasm and attentiveness has made a huge difference in his confidence and happiness.
Meals are varied and nutritionally balanced, with great communication about what he eats and enjoys.
Learning activities are engaging and help build language and emotional awareness. My son's development, especially in the over-2s room, has been rapid. I'm very grateful to the room leader for the stimulating and nurturing environment.
I love being able to enter the room at drop-off and pick-up and seeing my son playing happily in the garden with friends. The nursery is always spotless and secure, which gives me great peace of mind.
I would thoroughly recommend Bumpkins.

My son has attended this nursery since August 2023 and we have had a really positive experience.
It was clear from the outset that Bumpkins are completely child-focused with the opportunity to have several settling-in sessions for my baby. From then communication has been great, with staff who are
kind and warm and know my son really well. This is all staff - from management to housekeeping and chefs. Electronic updates have varied slightly depending on who his keyworker has been, but anything important is always communicated straight away.
The nursery is always spotless and well-resourced.
I really like that you can go into the room to drop off and collect children - it means you can see what it's actually like and how the children are.
There seems to be a range of activities on offer each day, as well as staples like role play areas, vehicles and things to climb on.
Most importantly my little boy is happy there!

My daughter started nursery at the end of February and is having a fabulous time. The team are wonderful and thanks to their care and support, she’s settled very quickly.
My daughter isn’t the best sleeper but miraculously, the team manage to get her to nap most days, which is very impressive.
The
communication to parents is great - I’m fully informed of her daily activities as well as what she’s eaten etc., the pictures at the end of the week are a lovely round-up and show how content she is.
She comes back from nursery full of joy and conversation. She is clearly engaged but not over-stimulated.
