The whole team at Roberts Road are fantastic. My Grandson is always well cared for & loves preschool. He thrives constantly with all the activities they do & loves to tell the family about his day. The food menus are delicious & varied so he never gets bored.

Pleased with the care and attention to my child. Creative organization of activities, play areas, meals and overall management of the nursery. Very kind and helpful staff. :-)good location and parking lot to drop kids.

Fantastic nursery with lots of updates about what my daughter has been update. She always excited to go each day and the staff are very friendly and helpful. App is easy to use and great for getting updates from the team and also good to contact them on.

My daughter has only been with the nursery for a month. The nursery manager and her team have been very supportive from the registration through to onboarding, fees etc It is my first child and didn't know what to do or expect yet management of the nursery was always available to guide and support me every step of the way. Someone always reached out whenever I had queries. I have been kept in the loop with every activity my daughter has taken part including all the naps and I have keenly followed her baby step development. I am certain I made a good choice.

My son started in January 2024 and have seen significant changes in him. The staff are kind and care well enough for him. I love everything about the school He's learning well, he is potty trained and he communicates more

My son started Bright Horizons Southampton Day Nursery and Preschool back in April, it's taken him a while to settle but he's now settled and is so happy there! The whole team have been so welcoming and wonderful and each day our little boy is telling us more and more about the amazing activities he is doing. He is always so excited to tell the girls what he has done on the weekends and they bring that into the nursery with activities and show and tell. We are very happy!

My son started Bright Horizons in March this year and I was nervous about him settling in. To my pleasant surprise, he settled in so quickly and loves going to nursery. All the staff are very supportive too myself and my son with a range of activities, music, toys and outdoor play. His development has really advanced since starting nursery. I look forward to seeing more as he continues with nursery and preschool.

Sending my child to nursery has been the best thing we have done. The staff are amazing and I have so much confidence in them and trust them fully with my child. His development has come along so well since joining. His key person is amazing and my child adores her.

The staff at Bright Horizons have been amazing at helping our son settle into his nursery routine. As a baby who hasn't spent much time with other caregivers, we were worried about how he would adapt to life with new people tending to his every need but we needn't have worried. They have been fantastic in sharing updates and collaborating with us to get him used to his new routine.

The staff is really good and helped my child to settle quickly. Everyone is very friendly and supportive. The nursery app is very helpful in giving real-time reviews. All babies staff is excellent. Highly recommended.

My daughter joined Bright Horizons Southampton in September 2023 and has flourished since being there. Everyone was so welcoming and she felt very comfortable with all staff straight away. Every single staff member is polite and is willing to help with anything you need. The preschool team assisted in potty training my daughter and was very positive and encouraging throughout the whole process. They also have helped incredibly with her speech/communication skills. I have seen my daughter's confidence and personality grow since joining this nursery and she loves attending every day. I would highly recommend this nursery.

My daughter loves it here! The staff are all really lovely, very engaging and have a genuine care for the children. I love the environment, the Montessori-style layout and the food menu. There's also lots of great quality wooden furniture and toys. We love having the app which is kept updated and provides a sense of community, tons of resources and peace of mind. Highly recommend Bright Horizons Southampton Day Nursery and Preschool.

My little boy has had a lovely time at the nursery and is happy to go into the room to his practitioners, the staff in his room are all happy, smiley and engage with him as soon as we walk in. He always seems to have a lovely day and always has activities to keep him occupied inside and outside!

Attending nursery here for over a year. She has flourished. I was very apprehensive for her when she started but her key worker and staff kept us informed and helped to set out goals for her to achieve. The staff are so nurturing that all the children in their care are happy and having fun whilst learning new skills, so much so we have a bright, independent, fun-loving little girl, full of wonder and ready to explore. The management has been a source of expertise, kindness and always there with a friendly smile when needed. The facilities are fantastic and have lots of outside space to have adventures in! The food on offer for the children to eat is amazing. I cannot express enough how wonderful the nursery staff and environment are here but you only have to look to the children in their care to realise we are lucky that we found it.

My daughter has been attending Bright Horizons for over a year now and she is so happy there it feels like a second home to her. All of the staff are so nurturing and supportive and they provide her with so much care, attention and positivity. I have always found the key workers to be very communicative. I would highly recommend Bright Horizons to anyone looking for a nursery in the area and I feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful and happy environment for my daughter.

The best ever nursery in Southampton. My daughter is very happy with staff and facilities etc. My daughter speaks Spanish and she was shy and quiet in her previous nursery. We have to move for work related issues, so we changed her nursery. From the first day, we noticed so much great changes on her atittude. She is very happy now. Her English has improved. Thanks for all the love and support from the staff and friends. One day, she came back singing in English. I am so happy. Thank you so much.

Both my children have attended this nursery and I've always been really impressed with their efficiency, cleanliness, the quality of the activities, menu and care they have both received. I love the feedback provided on the app, including pictures of what my son is up to during the day. My son loves the staff.

Both our son and daughter have attended Bright Horizons and we have been very happy with the level of care and attention they received. The staff are excellent and always go the extra mile - you can tell how much they love the children. The setting is clean and the facilities are well maintained, with lots of toys, books and equipment to keep the little ones entertained and supported in their development. There seems to be a great variety of activities each day and the staff send regular updates through the dedicated Bright Horizons app, which is a really nice touch. We would thoroughly recommend!

Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. The people there, are very attentive and caring. My kid has improved her learning skills and they helped her come out of her shell. I will highly recommend it.

Staff that really care and go the extra mile to make your child feel safe and happy. My little one cannot wait to get to nursery in the mornings. Regular feedback about my child's development is given through their dedicated app. Photos and videos are also taken for parents, so they can see how their child is doing. Staff listen to parents and work with them to implement any plans parents may have. The staff are very attentive and will discuss any change/new behaviours with parents.

My son started Bright Horizons Southampton Day Nursery and Preschool back in April, it's taken him a while to settle but he's now settled and is so happy there! The whole team have been so welcoming and wonderful and each day our little boy is telling us more and more about the amazing activities he is doing.
