The nursery has been fantastic for both my son from 2018 and my daughter currently in pre school. The staff are extremely caring, passionate and helpful and my children have thrived whilst attending Pelican Place. I have always given praise to the nursery for the positive outcome of my children's
learning and will continue to recommend them to others.

Amazing nursery. Couldn't have chosen a better place to send my child. The staff are so caring and really connect with children. My son has come on leaps and bounds since attending nursery, his speech, his counting and writing.

We have zero complaints about Pelican. All the staff have been kind, caring and accommodating to our questions as parents, and we see the high level of care and consideration they have for our son and his needs as an individual. We know when we drop him off for the day that he is being left in safe
hands. We couldn't ask for better

Incredible experience with this nursery from the outset of making the initial enquiry with one member of staff who is fantastic. The staff can't do enough for you, structured, helpful, informative, knowledgeable and really do ensure that your child's nursery experience is seamless and personalised
to them. The rapport that our child has built in such a short time is credit to the fantastic team that you have in place, thank you! Meal choice and variety is fantastic, the amount of different activities and play settings is brilliant and the care and thought that goes into helping your child develop on their own personal journey through their observations, really makes us as parents feel that each and every child matters.
We are so grateful to be a part of the Pelican Place family and would highly recommend.

My son started Pelican Place Nursery in Witham in January at 10 months old and currently does 3 consecutive days. From the inductions till now the level of service, care, knowledge has been outstanding. I have thoroughly enjoyed watching his progress through the app and the staff have always been
exceptional during 'hand overs'. Every member of staff (not just including those who look after the children i.e. front office/kitchen staff) is a absolute credit to your team. I was recommended Pelican by a friend, and i will be recommending as well. I simply cannot fault - just sing praise.

My daughter has been going to Pelican for a couple of years now and is thriving, the teachers are all so friendly fun and professional. She is excited every day to go which makes me happy and the things she’s been taught are amazing, she has a lovely few friends in her class too.

The staff are very knowledgeable and caring. My daughter enjoys going to nursery and we love getting the crafts, paintings and pictures to take home!
They provide a mix of structured and free play. The meals are good and I am pleased it is a milk and water environment only (in terms of drinks).

We couldn’t be happier with the care Pelican Place provide for our daughter who has attended for almost two years now (our son also attended before starting school). She is extremely happy there and gets so much out of all the activities at the nursery.
The nursery is very well managed with
friendly and extremely competent staff. We feel very confident with the care they provide and couldn’t recommend them more.

We have been using Pelican Nursery full-time for 5 years now for both my children. The staff have always made me feel like my children are well looked after and safe. Activities are very well thought out supporting each child's needs. The staff have always been very welcoming, and honestly feel like
a second family. Pelican Place changed companies not long ago but the staff remained the same which was very comforting as I can't fault the team and management who work in the building. The prices of the nursery did change when the new company took over which was a little surprise for parents but the staff here are trustworthy, thoughtful and caring and always put your child's needs first. The staff definitely make this nursery what it is and worth the additional cost. They would still be the first choice of nursery.

My daughter started here in September. It has taken her a while to settle into the new routine but the staff are lovely and welcoming. She is less clingy in the mornings now which is reassuring. We often have pictures sent to us to show what she has been up to throughout the day. She comes out of
nursery looking like she had fun which is the best bit as it makes us working mums feel less guilty! Would recommend!

I honestly cannot recommend Pelican Place enough. We viewed the setting along with others in the area at the end of 2021 but we instantly knew that this was the nursery for us. My daughter was just under 2 when we joined and didn't talk much at all, to the point that we were a little concerned about
her progress. Almost instantly she completely came out of her shell. She absolutely adored the ladies in her room and would be bouncing to go into nursery! Handovers were always detailed, I felt so sure that she was absolutely fine there. She loves the home-cooked food and the menu is so varied so it has really helped her explore different tastes and textures. She is now in the preschool room, due to leave next September and I'll be gutted to be leaving! They are setting her up perfectly for school. She has grown into such a lovely, bubbly, social child and I put a lot of that down to the girls at Pelican. They're now like family to us. I cannot recommend them or thank them enough.

Pelican Place has been amazing with both of my children. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and they really care about the children. My daughter has learned so much since attending nursery and has really come out of her shell. They do so many activities, she is always coming home with lots
of artwork which she enjoys telling me about.

We absolutely love Pelican Place. We have been sending our children there for 4 years and have never had cause for complaint. Staff are friendly and helpful, great communication. Our children love it there and are always excited for nursery days. The preschool education gave our daughter a great
preparation for school and it still shows 2 years later; we hope our youngest daughter will be equally as prepared. Great varied menu and food too. We couldn't be happier or more assured to send our children to Pelican Place.

Fantastic nursery. My elder child attended for 3 years until she started school; the nursery prepped her as well for school.
My younger child has now been at the facility for 18 months. All the staff are warm and welcoming.
