My son is now 10 months old, he's been in the Caterpiller room for 4 months and doing brilliantly well. The nursery is a wonderful, nurturing place with a lovely, friendly team who are doing an excellent job in supporting my son's physical and cognitive development. Each week he's engaging in new
activities, encouraged to try new food and learning new skills. We love the daily updates and look forward to the creative gifts he brings home after every seasonal event. The team are doing a stellar job!!

Oaktree is such a wonderful nursery I can't recommend it enough for the care and support they give the children. My eldest has been at Oaktree for 3 years now, my youngest has been there nearly a year and we have always had such a positive experience with nursery. The staff are truly amazing, they
have always made my children feel so comfortable and cared for. My kids have learnt so much at nursery, have made great friends and genuinely enjoy their time there. What more could you ask for!

We came to Oak Tree when I was 20 weeks pregnant, we had been to see lots of nursery's but Oak Tree was different. There was a family feeling and we could tell the staff really cared for every student. Since my son joined in September he has been diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at 16 months old. At a
stressful time the nursery were there every step of the way and a few weeks after diagnosis he was back in nursery running around in his usual routine. They manage his numbers, food and treatment with excellent communication. We get regular updates, photos and check ins if he's not having a great day. I wouldn't trust anyone else with his care and I can't wait to see him grow as he moves through the rooms. Thank you so much for all you do

My son absolutely loves attending Oaktree, specifically the ladybird room! It took my son a while to settle, but all the staff were patient, caring, and there to offer endless cuddles when he needs them. He now LOVES walking through the door, always with a smile on his face, and never wants to go
home! I feel so confident leaving him with the girls, knowing he is in the best hands, having so much fun, with so many toys to play with, and always well fed. I am so grateful for the way you have looked after my son, and us as a family. We couldn't ask for any more!!

My son is absolutely thriving at Oaktree nursery. He's only been attending since May but each time I pick him up I can tell how much he loves it from his huge smiley face.
He has made great bonds with the staff and everyone is lovely. We receive lots of updates throughout the day which we love.
He loves his food at each meal time.
The managers are very attentive and are always on hand to answer questions that I have.
We couldn't be happier and am so trusting of everyone at the nursery. I am so glad we chose this nursery for him. Highly recommended!

My son has settled into Oaktree so well thanks to the amazing Caterpillar team. We get brilliant updates and photos throughout the week and he often comes home with lovely artwork. You can tell from his smile how much fun he's had!
The food is great, the management team are friendly and responsive
and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!

My son had a fantastic time at Oaktree. Communication was excellent and the only reason we had to leave was moving out of the area.
The nursery was kept to a high standard, had lots of activities and we were impressed by how every member of staff seemed to know every child's name even if they
weren't in their specific care.

Although this review show just for July, this is an overall review that covers the past couple of years our daughter has been at Oak Tree as she has just left to move up to the next school. Admittedly I have not been directly involved as much as my wife, but we knew we wanted our daughter to go to
Oak Tree the second we completed the initial viewing. It is like when you buy a house, you can walk into 4x or 5x but then one hits you and you know THAT IS THE ONE. This is how we felt about Oak Tree and I have seen nothing but excellence from them. Our daughter loved going to this Nursery and I have seen her grow in confidence week on week. She has always been happy to go in, and talked about her day with happiness. What more could you want? The staff were great and we would recommend Oak Tree to anyone/everyone looking for a fantastic, homely feeling, safe and happy Nursery for your child. thanks to everyone who works there !!

We couldn't be more grateful for the incredible care and support our daughter received during her two years at The Oak Tree Day Nursery. From the very beginning, the staff made us feel welcome and reassured, and it quickly became clear that this was more than just a nursery - it was a nurturing,
joyful environment where children are truly seen and celebrated.
Our daughter absolutely thrived here. She formed strong bonds with the teachers and her peers, grew in confidence, and developed a real love for learning. The activities were always creative and engaging - from outdoor play and arts & crafts to early literacy and number skills, everything was thoughtfully planned to spark curiosity and support development.
The communication from staff was excellent, and we always felt informed and involved. It gave us such peace of mind knowing our daughter was in such capable, caring hands every day.
Thank you for giving our daughter such a happy, safe, and enriching start.

We are so grateful to have found such a family-oriented, caring and welcoming nursery for our two children (aged 1 and 2.5). The communication from staff is excellent, the children are engaged in a range of activities every day, and meals are varied and healthy. I would unreservedly recommend this
nursery to any friend looking for childcare for their toddler; if we weren't moving out of the area, I would be asking to increase the children's sessions!

Oak Tree helped my son settle into Nursery life very quickly. Always warm and welcoming, and quick to learn the toys and books that would engage him.
A great range of themed areas in terms of toy/activity areas. And a good-sized outdoor space.
Regular seasonal activities to involve the whole
family.
Healthy fresh food, not just processed 'kids food' that we saw at other nurseries.

Overall, a good nursery with caring staff and a safe environment for them to develop. Our two children have attended with one being neurodiverse, Both have enjoyed the nursery and have been well looked after. A big shout out to the staff. The fees are higher than others in the area, and there is not
as much flexibility with the provider, however, overall it is a good nursery and we would recommend it.

Orchard House Oak Tree has been an amazing place for both our daughters to grow and learn!
They have been nurtured and cared for at all times, to bring out the best in them and they have both enjoyed their time at Oak Tree immensely!

We have had a wonderful 3+ years at Orchard House Oak Tree, the staff have always cared for my son and helped him to grow in confidence. The outdoor area was a highlight. The variety in food is fantastic for my very fussy eater!
handovers in recent years have sometimes been lacking and we would
welcome more pictures of the day!
But overall a fantastic place! We will miss Orchard House.

Both my boy and our family loved going to Oak Tree Nursery. We started our journey with Oak Tree when the little one was 5 months old and he is now 2. The staff, from receptionists to nursery nurses are beyond amazing. Our boy really bonded with the key person and the key person was engaging with
our boy in a loving way. If possible I would love to have our boy stay in Oak Tree forever. Would definitely recommend it to everyone who’s close by.
