I can not praise the staff enough at sutton day Nursey, they go above and beyond to support the needs of each individual and deliver the upmost care and support to both the children and families. When arriving at the nursery we are always greeted with a friendly face and warm welcome.

My son is still in the settling-in stage, but he is doing extremely well thanks to the care and support from the staff. They have been very patient, understanding, and reassuring, taking the time to help him feel comfortable and secure. The environment is welcoming and nurturing, and it's clear that
the children's wellbeing is a priority. Communication has been excellent, and we feel informed and confident about his progress. We are very pleased with how smoothly the transition has been so far and are grateful for the dedication shown by the team.

Very pleased to have a very professional group of teachers around my child. Very friendly and supportive team. My baby love to go everyday.! Thank you for your hard work. The app is really informative, really helpful the daily reports of the kids activities.

The staff is very caring. There's a wide variety of toys, activities, and a play center. My son is happy to come every day. He always gets a lot of attention and care. This is the best preschool in our area.

A really warm and welcoming nursery with genuinely caring staff. My son is happy, settled, and clearly well looked after, which gives us real peace of mind. The team do a great job creating a safe, nurturing environment, and we're very grateful for the care they give him every day.

The nursery is clean and has lots of activities for all ages. All the staff are professional and are amazing with the kids. My little girl gets so happy when we get to school she loves rugby tots and soft play especially! The food is great as well as nappies and wipes being supplied so is one less
thing for me to remember. They also have an app so I get updates wile my little one is in nursery as well as photos at the end of the day.
I recommend Sutton day nursery to everyone as the only down side is when I drop my little girl off she doesn't even say goodbye she just runs in and starts playing.

Amazing nursery, dedicated staff, happy kids, great food and learning. Like a home from home. Loads of efforts to make special occasions symbolic. We are really confident in our son's education here.

My son arrives at nursery with a smile on he's face and leaves very happy, we all know are child so from that alone I know my child is happy at this nursery. Plus he is in love with many of the warm and welcoming ladies who care for him. I recommend this nursery to all parents. Also food is of great
variety.

We just wanted to say a big thank you to the wonderful team at Better-Sutton Day Nursery for making my sons transition into nursery so smooth and positive. He joined at the end of April into the toddler room, and it's been amazing to see how quickly he settled in.
From the very beginning, the staff
have been welcoming & attentive. They have been very supportive whenever my son has been ill.
He absolutely loves coming to nursery- especially how much he enjoys the soft play area! It's been lovely to see him grow in confidence and happiness in such a nurturing and playful environment.

My son has been at the nursery for the last 18 months. He has had a wonderful time I get regular updates on progress and find the staff approachable and supportive of my child's needs. It's a lovely setting and there was always lovely activities to do

Sutton Day Nursery was the first kindergarten for our 2.5 year old baby daughter. Although, she doesn't yet speak much English, the team led by the manager is extremely professional and very supportive. We saw that our daughter was eager to wake up every morning and get to the nursery quickly. She
also didn't want to leave when we came to pick her up. The magnitude of events organized such as Christmas, Easter, Mother's day and many others truly helped our daughter to integrate better and start picking up words. The whole team and the manager are amazing and super easy to speak and deal with. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the nursery to our friends!

The Better - Sutton Day Nursery has been a fantastic place for our daughter, she has thoroughly enjoyed her time here and made good progress on her social skills.

My children both love going to nursery. The staff are lovely - very kind and caring. They do lots of fun activities and outside playing too. I am really happy with the care they receive at nursery. There is great communication between staff and parents too.

My son has attended the nursery since he was 9 months old. What can I say, it has been amazing. All the staff are friendly and really fantastic. He loves the team and enjoys attending the nursery! Happy child, happy Mum.

Better - Sutton Day Nursery has been such a great place for our son to attend.
The manager and her team are so lovely and so organised. She attends and makes every child's relationship so special. Our son runs to her every time he can spot her.
Every staff treats children as their own, very
attentive, organised and full of education.
It has made my transition back to work so easy as I know he is in good hands while we are at work.

My eldest and youngest both received excellent care at Better - Sutton Day Nursery. The nursery consistently adheres to its policies and I know they hold regular staff meetings every month. Additionally, they provide high-standard CPD training to continuously upgrade staff knowledge. Every day, the
staff offer a variety of messy and sensory play activities. Even when the weather isn't great, they always take the children to a soft play area, known as one of the best in the area. The staff are very kind and friendly.

There have been many incidents that have not been dealt with appropriately. Staff are not consistent and many times have been unprofessional. My granddaughter has many times been upset, worried and scared to go to nursery i.e. being told there are monsters in the shed by a member of staff. The
manager seems to have been run ragged with trying to support every room because staff are not doing what they should be doing. She has a good relationship with children and parents and is being let down by her staff. Staff don't seem to have the right training and understanding of the nursery. I witnessed several times children being forgotten about and staff just standing around looking bored and unengaged. When picking up my granddaughter I also witnessed shouting from a member of staff aimed at the children which was pretty concerning.

My son settled so quickly into the toddler room, the staff were all very kind and friendly. He always asked to go to nursery, even on his days off.
The manager, as well as the rest of the team, were great at communicating with us and the app is great and really helpful.
My son enjoyed visiting
the soft play, as well as attending gymnastics lessons, which really helped his focus.
We were really sad to leave!

My son has been going to Better - Sutton Day Nursery for almost 2 years. Staff are friendly and professional.
The nursery have been accommodating when we’ve increased hours needed recently and also in the past when we decreased hours.
Our son struggled with drop off for a quite a while and staff
have always been helpful trying to ease separation anxiety with lots of nice distractions.
I have recommended this nursery to other mums

Sutton Day Nursery is an exceptional nursery. The management, staff and facilities are of the highest standard. My son has been attending Sutton Day Nursery since he was nine months old and is now almost three. He is excited to go to nursery in the mornings, and he always surprises me with what he
has learned and all the different things he has done in the day (from going to the huge soft play centre attached to the nursery, enjoying the beautiful play garden and even going to the sports centre studios for yoga). My son has multiple life-threatening food allergies, and Sutton Day Nursery provides him with three healthy, safe meals every day; I leave him in their care with confidence. I highly recommend Sutton Day Nursery to those parents with children with food allergies. We have regular meetings with the cooks and staff to discuss my son's dietary requirements, and we are delighted he can eat safely with his peers. Thanks all at Sutton Day Nursery for everything you do.
