We have had a wonderful experience at nursery, and our son clearly loves it and thrives there. The staff are so caring, and they clearly know him really well. The range of activities and learning opportunities are very impressive, and are clearly well thought-out and imaginative. I like that they
get lots of time outdoors as well. Staff take an active interest in every aspect of our son's development and always give thorough feedback at the end of the day. Communication is clear, and staff & management take time to get to know us as parents as well. Overall, fantastic experience - thank you!

The staff at Mount Vernon have been absolutly amazing. They have supported my son through the transition to nursery & have been a constant for him through moving house. He has an amazing time everyday & the staff could not be any better. They are always available to help & answer questions. I highly
reccomend this nursery. The management & staff in Squirells are just wonderful

My son has been at the nursery just over a month now & we have already noticed the progression. He has always been a bad sleeper but the girls are able get him to sleep so easily, we're amazed! No matter what we ask in terms of routine the girls will try their hardest to follow. Everyone's so
welcoming & upbeat creating a 'family warm' environment. The food has such variety, my son always eats everything! Overall we are very happy with the nursery & feel our son is safe, supported and cared for.

Everyone in the nursery and preschool has been great. Our daughter settled so well. She developed confidence in her social communication and interaction skills. She has learned essential skills that prepared her for reception. Throughout her stay, she has grown from a shy toddler to become a happy
and interactive child. We are grateful for Bright Horizons Mount Vernon Day Nursery and Preschool and would highly recommend this nursery to our friends and family.

My son joined the nursery in April. I had viewed a few nurseries but as soon as I came to visit Bright Horizons Mount Vernon Day Nursery and Preschool in Northwood, I felt this would be the best place for my son. The deputy manager was so welcoming and really made me feel comfortable. All the staff
have been amazing and treat my son with so much care. He loves it there. I am also updated on what my son is doing throughout the day, what he's eaten, how many nappy changes etc. Coming from a very anxious mother, I feel very confident in this nursery and really can't fault it in any way.

We have had an amazing experience with this nursery over the last two and a half years. We have both of our children attending. The staff are so caring, loving and kind. They settled both of our children in so quickly! The whole experience was much smoother than we expected. My son genuinely loves
coming to nursery every day. He has developed a bond with all of his teachers across three different classes. He has grown in confidence and is learning so much. They both come out with smiles on their faces. That is all we could ask for. The management is also very organised and accommodating. 10/10!

We decided to start toilet training our toddler. Her key worker provided advice and reassurance that our daughter seemed ready. The staff have been so helpful and positive throughout this transition.

Since my daughter has started nursery, there have been no issues at all. I always feel my daughter is safe and happy at Bright Horizons Mount Vernon Day Nursery and Preschool. I feel that the staff really care for our daughter and wish to develop her confidence and kind nature. I love the regular
updates we receive and photos, they give me peace of mind whilst I am at work. I enjoy the events that invite us parents to visit and I hope there will be more of these.

Such a safe, warm and welcoming environment. I felt so at ease in knowing my children were so well cared for. They are learning lots and having fun every day. I think the staff are so professional and engaged. Couldn't recommend this nursery more!

My daughter absolutely loved going here. She has so much every day and all the staff are really lovely and they helped my daughter settle in so quickly which was great peace of mind! There are lots of different play options and she was constantly doing something different every day. She equally
loved the food and ate really well too!

My daughter went to this nursery for just over six months but it has really left a very good impression on her. The care she received here was really outstanding and I would specifically call out one member of staff who went above and beyond to make my girl feel welcome and cared for. It is so hard
to find staff like that in this day and age but I am so glad I made this choice for my daughter. I am sure you will excel even more.

The team at Bright Horizons Mount Vernon are all so welcoming and engaging with us as the parents, but most importantly, our daughter. The activities, daily photos and updates in the app are a perfect way for us to know she is having a good day, slept and eaten well too. The quality of meals
available is fantastic too. We are so pleased with our experience so far.

My daughter has attended the nursery since she was 9 months old and the team have taken such great care of her throughout every stage of her development since being at the nursery. The team are approachable, friendly and really care about the children. They are always interested in my daughter and
really invest in her care, which you can feel when dropping off. I like the app, as I get to see daily updates and pictures of my daughter playing with her friends and taking part in activities throughout the day. Cannot recommend the nursery enough.

Very happy with this nursery and would highly recommend. An abundance of warm and loving, long-tenured staff. My son feels safe, loved and happy and I trust them! There is a large outdoor area and the older children spend lots of time out of doors. Communication is great with the new app. In
comparison to a previous nursery, I find that there is a lot less focus on academics, but that may be the result of the different nursery philosophies. Food menu is varied, cooked onsite and always smells nice. Children do lots of projects and there are fun activities. Nice big space.

Both of my children are delighted to go to Bright Horizons each morning. They receive excellent care, that is individualised and communicated clearly. The curriculum is delivered to a very good standard and my children are making excellent progress in their learning and development. They adore the
staff!

Bright Horizons, Mount Vernon, is a fantastic nursery and preschool. My daughter enjoys her time there. She plays and learns a great deal, whilst making friends and she gets on so well with the staff, who are very kind and caring. She will miss them all when she goes to school, but her baby brother
will be starting there, as it’s just such a great start for children.

I visited a couple of Bright Horizon nurseries, but instantly fell in love with Mount Vernon. The manager and her team have been welcoming and accommodating to my son, who has complex medical needs. I feel confident that he is well looked after and have seen a huge improvement in his development.

My son has been attending Mount Vernon, Bright Horizons, from the age of 9 months old and we could not have chosen a better setting for him. The staff are simply brilliant and this helped my son settle quickly and thrive in the nursery environment. As a parent I feel that the nursery staff keep me
informed about everything that my child has been involved in during the day and despite being a full time working mum, I feel that I am very much involved in my child’s progress and learning. I could not ask for more.
