I was initially quite skeptical about starting nursery for my 10-month-old, especially since she was very clingy and exclusively breastfed. I was anxious about how she would settle in, but the team at the nursery made the transition so smooth and comforting that my worries quickly faded away.
During the settling-in period, I could see how caring and attentive the staff are. They make sure every baby is well fed, changed on time, and engaged in different fun activities throughout the day. I particularly love that they have a sensory music class on Tuesdays and a Spanish music session.
My baby settled in within three weeks, which felt like a miracle! Now she smiles every morning when I drop her off, and that makes me feel so at peace. The meals are great, and she enjoys them too. The staff are incredibly kind, patient, and understanding - I'm so thankful for everything they do.

My daughter started Kido nursery in the summer and we have had a really positive experience since. She has become more confident around other people and made lots of progress in her developmental areas. I have been very impressed with the attention received from the management team who provide a
really personal experience. Activity plans are produced in advance for each week and she gets to participate in different classes such as languages and music which my daughter really enjoys. The settling in period lasted 2 weeks which was really helpful to ensure a smooth transition.
We are really lucky that this nursery opened in our area and really happy with the experience so far! A big thank you to all the team.

My daughter has been attending Kido nursery for 9 months now and she is really enjoying her time there. She has grown in confidence and made so much progress in her development. The staff are all very warm, nurturing and helpful and I have complete peace of mind that my daughter is in good hands.
The learning environment and activities that my daughter engages in has truly allowed her to thrive. She enjoys the range of meals provided and has really broadened her food choices. Their app is also great for keeping updated about meal times, sleep, nappy changes etc as well staying informed about what the children are learning about and any other relevant information/upcoming events. I would definitely recommend Kido to any parent considering sending their child there.

I'm very satisfied with the progress my son made when attending that nursery. He speaks English very well, he holds pen confidently and is ready to start school. Nursery have dedicated employees who worked with my son from very beginning, I can see their professionalism at every step, it's not only
how they approach me but also how my son talk about them. The same comes with professionalism of management, individual approach, variety of activities. There is always something new children are doing. Every week is professionally planned and parents receive detailed information about what children were doing. My son talks about it, as well as various activities that take place in nursery, like Spanish lessons with guitar and sport lessons. My son truly enjoys and I can see this experiences broaden his horizons on that early stage of life.
I can't recommend this nursery enough.

I settled my child during the month of April and the team have been fantastic since. We always get regular updates on my son and how his day is going. The staff are extremely kind and friendly and always greet us with a warm smile.
I am so fortunate Kido opened near us! I love that I am able to
message at any time and almost always get an instant reply and if I feel my son is having a rough morning at drop off, the staff are extra attentive and send me photos and updates.
A big thanks to ALL at the Discoverers room and a particular member of staff. Brilliant team.

My daughter has been going to the nursery since October 2024 and is thoroughly enjoying her time here. There was a chnage of ownership at teh start of the year when Kido took over which has certainly improved on what was offered previously.
Our daughter has made new friends and has formed close
bonds with some of the staff who are very approachable and always good at keeping us updated on her progress.
The nursery will only get better as things improve further to the interiors with the new work that is being completed.
Highly recommended.

Kido has been great since taking on the nursery. As soon as the new management transitioned i was impressed by the speed in which it took to implementing necessary changes for example revamping and modernising the nursery, improving the structure of the children's learning. I love the fact some of
the old staff have remained consistent throughout which has reassured me whilst changes were taking place. My daughter is in preschool room and enjoys the structure in learning for example having a reading book! Patrice and her team have a done an outstanding job and I cannot wait to see what new things will be coming in this year. Massive thank you to you all

Staff are caring and friendly, they have supported parents with the take over and transition period.
They have been very welcoming and have really supported me with my child and his progression. Already seen alot of positive changes and progression.

My daughter came here in 2023 while under the old management& my son has joined this year under the new management. There are much more positive changes this time round! The children are more stimulated & having more fun, the management work with the parents & listen to our concerns. They use a
great app that is regularly updated with meals, snacks, nappy changes & naps. Staff also share photos & updates with what my son is up to- understandably they can get too busy but a quick message in the app asking how my son is, & they send a pic & a quick reassuring message. Staff are so lovely & give the time during pick up to say how the day went & are so supportive during the settling in. I was extremely anxious sending my son at a young age as I would have waited till he was a bit older but the staff & management have been so lovely and accommodating. The manager is so friendly & welcoming and other staff have been amazing with my son.

I'm so happy with the progress that my children are making at Kidos since transferring from another kidos to isleworth, the management team and the members of staff have been amazing. The communication and the weekly updates keep me updated and comfortable with my children's learning.

Our daughter moved to Kido Isleworth at the start of the year and we are so happy with the move.
She settled in quickly, is stimulated every day and has formed great relationships with her classmates and practitioners.
There is a lovely community with all the other parents, practitioners and
pupils.

We began our journey with the nursery when my daughter was just one year old, starting in the 9-month nursery. Since the nursery transitioned to the Kido Nursery Management in January, I am thrilled to see how much my daughter has continued to thrive under the new leadership. Although we initially
had some apprehensions about the changes, the experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The management team has been incredibly supportive, especially towards the original staff, and it's clear to see the impact this has had on my daughter's attitude and growth.
A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for their dedication and care!

When Kido initially took over the nursery, we had our reservations. However, for the first time in nearly 2 years, my toddler looks forward to going to nursery everyday. She is so happy. She loves taking part in weekly planned activities. She looks forward to the Spanish classes and the outdoor
activities planned. Kido also has an app which is updated daily with what the children get up to (meals, snacks, sleep schedule etc). The variety of meals provided has also provided my toddler with the opportunity to try new foods which we wouldn't normally have at home - which is a major plus. We can check the app any time and message the staff which is super convenient. Couldn't be more happy with the nursery. The staff are super friendly and very welcoming. The new changes implemented by Kido really brings a sense of community. I'll definitely enrol second baby once I have to return to work. So pleased that Kido took over. A huge thank you to all the staff!

My son has been attending this nursery since July 2024 and with the recent change in management it was initially a concern for us given that my son faces challenges adapting with new people. However I am now assured that my son is in good hands given the support he has received from his key workers
and I have also seen improvements in his social skills. Kudos to the team and good luck.

Our two year old loves her days at Kido Isleworth each week, and I'm really happy with the care and commitment the whole team makes to ensure she enjoys herself and has plenty of learning opportunities. There are great outdoor facilities and our little girl loves the sports class each week, and the
many other activities too.

Our 3 yr old daughter started at Kido Isleworth at the beginning of Jan and we've been so impressed by the nursery, staff, setting and activities. It was a big change for us after moving too far away from her previous nursery but the team have been great at settling her in and she loves it.

Our daughter has been attending 9 Months Nursery since she was 7 months old (she has just turned a year old) and she loves her time there. The baby room staff are so warm, friendly and caring and she always gets excited as soon as we get to the gates outside. With it being a smaller independent
nursery, it allows for greater flexibility and leeway as the manager will always try and accommodate any additional requests you have. I always feel really assured and confident leaving her there, as I know she is in great hands.

My daughter (21 months) has been at 9 Months Nursery for just under a year now and we couldn't be happier. As first-time parents choosing a nursery that suited her and us as parents was so very important. 9 Months Nursery is like a home away from home for our daughter, she absolutely loves it! From
the wonderful staff, the homemade food, all the daily activities and the children she gets to socialize with every day, this is truly the perfect nursery. She has come on leaps and bounds in terms of her development and that is the best feeling. We couldn't thank the team at 9 Months Nursery enough for all they have done for us as a family.

My child has attended 9 Months Nursery since he was two years old and he has been very happy here. He has just left this September to start his reception year, he misses it a lot. Staff are extremely attentive and the children that attend this nursery are very happy. Communication with parents,
child wellbeing, leadership and development of staff are all at an excellent standard. There is a good balance between play time and learning through play. Children eat well and have the opportunity for lots of outdoor time both in the nursery as well as trips. My new baby will start here next month too. I highly recommend it.

In order to choose a nursery, I looked for information/options and reviews of others on the internet. When it was 9 Months Nursery's turn to go through the same procedure, I understood that I had to stop here even if I just started my research.
I found it, and this choice was the best.
Starting
from professional behaviour, well-being, peace, mood and cleanliness, everything is perfect. Furthermore, there are installed cameras, and you can see your child from anywhere and anytime.
Another thing and the most important for my son is that the staff has experience in managing children with food allergies.
All I can do is thank them continuously for the opportunity to accept my child and make his childhood colourful.
He loves to be there, and I love to see him fulfilled every day.
