We are absolutely thrilled with our experience at this nursery. The entire team is incredibly helpful and exceptionally understanding of our family's needs. We truly appreciate how flexible they are, which makes managing our busy schedules so much easier. Communication is another strong point; they keep us thoroughly and consistently well-informed about our little boy's daily activities, progress, and overall well-being. It provides such peace of mind knowing he is in a safe, nurturing, and professional environment. I highly recommend this setting to any parent looking for high-quality, supportive childcare.

We have two children at Kido Isleworth and, after settling in, they've both absolutely loved it. The environment is so nurturing and really supports their development they're both thriving. The staff are incredible, and we feel so lucky knowing our children are in such caring, capable hands.

We're so happy with this nursery. Our girls love going, which says everything. The staff are wonderful-friendly, caring, and clearly very dedicated to the children. They create such a warm and positive environment, and we always feel confident leaving our girls in their care. Highly recommend.

We especially appreciate the fresh food and the variety of activities on offer and the way learning is made fun and engaging. It is wonderful to see our child so excited to go in each day and to come home having grown in so many ways.

During the settling-in period, I could see how caring and attentive the staff are. They make sure every baby is well fed, changed on time, and engaged in different fun activities throughout the day. I particularly love that they have a sensory music class on Tuesdays and a Spanish music session.

My baby settled in within three weeks, which felt like a miracle! Now she smiles every morning when I drop her off, and that makes me feel so at peace. The meals are great, and she enjoys them too. The staff are incredibly kind, patient, and understanding - I'm so thankful for everything they do.

My daughter started Kido nursery in the summer and we have had a really positive experience since. She has become more confident around other people and made lots of progress in her developmental areas. I have been very impressed with the attention received from the management team who provide a really personal experience. Activity plans are produced in advance for each week and she gets to participate in different classes such as languages and music which my daughter really enjoys. The settling in period lasted 2 weeks which was really helpful to ensure a smooth transition.

We are really lucky that this nursery opened in our area and really happy with the experience so far! A big thank you to all the team.

My daughter has been attending Kido nursery for 9 months now and she is really enjoying her time there. She has grown in confidence and made so much progress in her development. The staff are all very warm, nurturing and helpful and I have complete peace of mind that my daughter is in good hands. The learning environment and activities that my daughter engages in has truly allowed her to thrive. She enjoys the range of meals provided and has really broadened her food choices. Their app is also great for keeping updated about meal times, sleep, nappy changes etc as well staying informed about what the children are learning about and any other relevant information/upcoming events. I would definitely recommend Kido to any parent considering sending their child there.

I can't recommend this nursery enough.

I settled my child during the month of April and the team have been fantastic since. We always get regular updates on my son and how his day is going. The staff are extremely kind and friendly and always greet us with a warm smile.

I am so fortunate Kido opened near us! I love that I am able to message at any time and almost always get an instant reply and if I feel my son is having a rough morning at drop off, the staff are extra attentive and send me photos and updates.

A big thanks to ALL at the Discoverers room and a particular member of staff. Brilliant team.

My daughter has been going to the nursery since October 2024 and is thoroughly enjoying her time here. There was a chnage of ownership at teh start of the year when Kido took over which has certainly improved on what was offered previously.

Our daughter has made new friends and has formed close bonds with some of the staff who are very approachable and always good at keeping us updated on her progress.

The nursery will only get better as things improve further to the interiors with the new work that is being completed.

Kido has been great since taking on the nursery. As soon as the new management transitioned i was impressed by the speed in which it took to implementing necessary changes for example revamping and modernising the nursery, improving the structure of the children's learning. I love the fact some of the old staff have remained consistent throughout which has reassured me whilst changes were taking place. My daughter is in preschool room and enjoys the structure in learning for example having a reading book! Patrice and her team have a done an outstanding job and I cannot wait to see what new things will be coming in this year. Massive thank you to you all

They have been very welcoming and have really supported me with my child and his progression. Already seen alot of positive changes and progression.

My daughter came here in 2023 while under the old management& my son has joined this year under the new management. There are much more positive changes this time round! The children are more stimulated & having more fun, the management work with the parents & listen to our concerns. They use a great app that is regularly updated with meals, snacks, nappy changes & naps. Staff also share photos & updates with what my son is up to- understandably they can get too busy but a quick message in the app asking how my son is, & they send a pic & a quick reassuring message. Staff are so lovely & give the time during pick up to say how the day went & are so supportive during the settling in. I was extremely anxious sending my son at a young age as I would have waited till he was a bit older but the staff & management have been so lovely and accommodating. The manager is so friendly & welcoming and other staff have been amazing with my son.

I'm so happy with the progress that my children are making at Kidos since transferring from another kidos to isleworth, the management team and the members of staff have been amazing. The communication and the weekly updates keep me updated and comfortable with my children's learning.

There is a lovely community with all the other parents, practitioners and pupils.

My son has been attending this nursery since July 2024 and with the recent change in management it was initially a concern for us given that my son faces challenges adapting with new people. However I am now assured that my son is in good hands given the support he has received from his key workers and I have also seen improvements in his social skills. Kudos to the team and good luck.

Our 3 yr old daughter started at Kido Isleworth at the beginning of Jan and we've been so impressed by the nursery, staff, setting and activities. It was a big change for us after moving too far away from her previous nursery but the team have been great at settling her in and she loves it.

Our daughter has been attending 9 Months Nursery since she was 7 months old (she has just turned a year old) and she loves her time there. The baby room staff are so warm, friendly and caring and she always gets excited as soon as we get to the gates outside. With it being a smaller independent nursery, it allows for greater flexibility and leeway as the manager will always try and accommodate any additional requests you have. I always feel really assured and confident leaving her there, as I know she is in great hands.
