This nursery has been used by most of my family when their children were small and now my youngest is there.
She has and still loves every day she goes in, in her own little words 'I like nursery' and as a parent that is what you want to hear.
The nursery makes a effort to celebrate most events
which makes it fun for the parents and children.
I have always liked the nursery layout, because you can see straight through to each area.
The staff, in particular Charlie is always around to answer any questions and concerns. I am really glad we choose this nursery over others.

My son has been attending chestnut's since September 2025 and he absolutely loves his time there. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming when you arrive for drop offs and pick ups. Everyone knows his name and the room staff have such a lovely bond with him.
It's so nice that the children get to
go for trips to park and little outing too.

From the moment my daughter started at this nursery in 2022, it has been a truly nurturing and supportive environment. She genuinely looks forward to each day there, which speaks volumes about the care and attention she receives. The staff are incredibly warm, caring, and attentive, ensuring every
child feels safe, valued, and supported.
My daughter has flourished during her time here, growing in confidence, independence, and happiness. It's clear that the children are taught with love and compassion, as this is reflected in the kindness they show toward one. I also greatly appreciate the regular updates on her progress and development.
Charlie, the manager, is incredibly supportive and always helpful with any issues I've raised, which has given me great peace of mind as a parent. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent seeking a positive, enriching, and caring environment for their child.

This nursery has been an incredible place for my children. From the moment we joined, the level of care, attention, and warmth has been exceptional.
The team genuinely cares about each child and supports them to grow in confidence and independence. Charlie and the rest of the staff are friendly,
dedicated, and always go the extra mile to make both children and parents feel supported. I'm so grateful for the positive impact this nursery has had on our family and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

We have had such a wonderful experience with this nursery over the years. Both of my children have attended, starting with my eldest who is now happily settled in school, and now my little one is thriving here too.
The care and support the children receive is outstanding. The staff are kind,
attentive, and genuinely invested in each child's development and wellbeing. My children have always felt happy, safe, and excited to attend, which speaks volumes about the nurturing environment they create.
Charlie and the rest of the team are absolutely fantastic always approachable, professional, and supportive, not only to the children but to parents as well.
I couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough. It has played such an important role in my children's early years, helping them grow in confidence, independence, and happiness.

I adore the team at the nursery. They truly care for every child's development and imagination. My son can now recognise words and read them aloud when we are spending time together. Their outdoor garden has plenty of cover so for rainy days the children can still have plenty of time outside. We saw
a few different facilities in the local area - Chestnut tree is the top by far! In their facilities AND the staff.

Before our daughter started in September 2024, we visited eight nurseries, and we are so glad we chose Chestnuts. The staff have been incredible-supportive, welcoming, and attentive to our needs-making her transition smooth and comfortable. She has bonded wonderfully with the team and is thriving in
her learning and development. The nursery makes excellent use of their space and always has engaging activities and themed days. Our daughter proudly comes home with her artwork, and we couldn't be happier with the care she receives. Highly recommended!

Our daughter has been attending Chestnuts since August 2024 and she really has excelled being here. Chestnuts is great throughout the whole system. The staff are attentive and work hard to create strong bonds with the children. The management are always open to listening to parents and providing
information when necessary too. Our daughter specifically takes time to settle and develop those bonds with people. The staff at Chestnuts have always given her the space and time to do it her way and supported her in every way to achieve that goal. I am very pleased to say she is now comfortable and that is due to the time and effort from those within the nursery. As a parent it is very important to know and feel comfortable with those looking after your children away from home and I can definitely say we feel that with Chestnuts :)

Since my grand daughter joined Chestnut Tree Day Nursery, she had developed a lot in confidence, self expression, speech and language. My grand daughter started at this nursery when she was 2years old. Staff have supported my baby to be toilet trained. I love this nursery because the manager and
staff love the children and staff support the children to meet their needs which I find very impressive. Parents are updated on the child's day daily and treated with respect.

My daughter started attending this nursery when she was 10 months old and she turned 3 years a few weeks ago
It has been an incredible journey so far, choosing Chestnut is the best decision I made. My daughter is always looking forward to her next day at the nursery, she enjoys every moment there.
The entire staff are so friendly, supportive and approachable.
The nursery is neat, organised and spacious. During her early days at the nursery, I was a bit worried on how a 10 months baby will cope but the regular updates ( notes and pictures) on the portal gave me peace of mind and kept me reassured. If need be, the staff are always on their toes to give me a call in case of any concerns.
My daughter feels so comfortable at the nursery and she has developed so quickly.
I just want to use this opportunity to say a big thank you to Charlie and her super team. I am grateful and appreciate your hard work.

The nursery is an amazing one, they have been so helpful with my son and I love the flexibility the nursery offers too, it does help me navigate well with work and nursery runs . They have also been of great support to my son speech development.

From the moment we joined this nursery, it has been a nurturing and supportive environment for my child. The staff are incredibly caring and attentive to all the children, ensuring each one feels valued and safe. My child has flourished immensely, starting from not even crawling (8months old) to now
running around with confidence and joy. It's evident that the children are taught with love and compassion, as they show kindness for one another. The freshly made food on the premises is an added bonus, ensuring the children receive nutritious meals. Additionally, the prompt updates about my child's progress have been greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for an enriching environment for their child.

My son started at this nursery when he was 10 months old and I was incredibly hesitant about beginning this journey. However, the staff were so reassuring during his settling-in period, which made a big difference. Once my son became familiar with the staff and the environment, he quickly grew happy
and comfortable here.
The updates/ communication throughout the day is fantastic. For me, this has been incredibly important and is one of the main reasons I truly appreciate this nursery.
In fact, I removed my son from the waitlist of my original first-choice nursery after seeing how settled and happy he was here. That decision should speak volumes about the quality of care and environment provided at Chestnut.

The staff are incredibly caring, attentive, and genuinely passionate about nurturing the children. Our little one has flourished in this environment, becoming more confident and sociable every day.

My daughter has been attending the nursery since March 2024, and she loves it. After the third day, she was happy to stay there. She loves her teachers and the staff. She also made friends, which proves the positive environment there.

My daughter has been attending Chestnut Tree since last year (March); she started in the tot's room, and she has received the best care. The staff are kind, caring and supportive - they do lovely activities to stimulate effective learning. My daughter has learnt so many new skills; they even
supported her with potty training too, so can’t fault the care in any way. Me and my husband are glad we chose Chestnut for our little girl. I’ve also recommended this nursery to my brother, so five stars from us.

My daughter started nursery in May 2022 and she absolutely loves it! We get so many updates throughout the day so I always know what she’s been doing. When we mention “nursery” at home my daughter insists on looking through the photos of herself on the app and laughs away to herself so I know she is
very happy. The staff are lovely and very approachable, always doing different activities with the children. Very glad we went with chestnut tree!

Our daughter started with Chestnut Tree Day Nursery three months ago and she loves it! As our first child, we didn't know what to expect from a nursery but the staff have been nothing but welcoming to us and to our baby especially. The amount of activities they do with her is brilliant - she is
always bringing home pictures and paintings and knows all of the actions to the nursery rhymes. Would definitely recommend them.

My daughter started attending Chestnut Tree Day Nursery in April 2023 and I couldn't be happier with our choice. The staff are all friendly, approachable and you can see that the children really do love them too. I am kept informed during the day with photos, when she is sleeping and get a daily
note each day outlining the activities that she has been doing.
My little one actually squeals when she sees where we are going in the morning, and you can't ask for more reassurance than that!

I’m so glad I chose Chestnut Tree Day Nursery for my daughter, she’s been here now for nearly three months and she has settled down so well, I’m really pleased with her progress, the staff are brilliant with her.
