Have just completed my daughter's first full month at Bright Horizons and couldn't speak highly enough of the nursery as a whole. The app is great and is regularly updated. Found this really reassuring at the start as there was some separation anxiety from our little one. This was handled really
well by everyone at the nursery and made it a really smooth transition. Always doing new activities that out little one seems to love. A special mention to my little ones key worker Abbie who is amazing. Would recommend the nursery to anyone.

We have always had a great experience with the nursery over the last few years (all 3 children have attended). The staff and management have always been very approachable and caring with the children. The setting is great for the children, particularly the forest school. We would recommend to
others.

My daughter absolutely loves coming to nursery, and I'm so grateful for the wonderful team who care for her every day. Her key worker, Dure, is so kind, patient, and considerate - she always goes above and beyond to make sure my daughter feels happy and settled. You can really tell how much she
cares!
I also want to mention Cheryl, who is absolutely fantastic at drop-offs in the morning. She always greets us with such warmth and positivity, and it makes a huge difference - especially on the first week.
The whole team is amazing, and it's so clear how much love and effort they put into what they do. I couldn't ask for a better place for my daughter to grow and thrive.

Our daughter first joined the toddler room, then progressed to the nursery room when she turned 2. She has loved attending both rooms and created beautiful bonds with the members of staff who have all been lovely and caring. With so many different activities, quite a big outdoor space (especially
for the over- 2s) and the forest school, she comes back home happy showing off the new skills and words she's learnt and talking about her friends. I think the equipment and the buildings could use a refresh, perhaps a lick of colourful paint, add a couple of slides in the garden. The kitchen and sensory room play areas are fun.

We love sending our child to Bright Horizons Eltham and would highly recommend. Their processes mean we are really comfortable on leaving our kids there knowing that they will have the best care, lots of fun and really well fed!! Thank you.

I can not thank the team at bright horizons more for the support they have given me and my son on our journey with them since September 2023.
I love the fact that I can take him into forest schools on the days he does not attend nursery (for no charge) and experience learning with his peirs. It's
such a fun thing for us to do together.
The food menu is great and offers a wide variety or new flavours tastes and smells
All the staff at the nursery are welcoming polite and attentive.

We are so pleased we chose bright horizons for our granddaughter who lives with us. She started in the baby room in December and the care she received was amazing. She is now in the toddler group and is coming on leaps and bounds. I do not worry when she is in their hands as I know she is safe
and well looked after. I give them 5 stars all round - I just wish I could afford to send her for
More than 2 days a week - all nurseries are expensive but I do understand why. Just wish the government did a little bit more for people in difficult situations.

The staff at Bright Horizon's New Eltham have always been great. My son loves going to nursery. He's learned so much and has grown in confidence over time. The management team are always responsive and build a strong relationship with the children.
We will be sad to leave when my son starts school
next year.

My eldest child has attended here since the start of 2022. They have transitioned beautifully from baby room through to pre-school and is currently being guided for their transition into primary school. The staff are amazing, so friendly, caring and knowledgeable. The rooms are well equipped with
age related toys, set ups and games all with educational purposes but making it fun. Parents are invited to get involved for special event days which is so lovely and enables us to get a real insight how your child interacts with their peers and staff. Any queries, questions or issues are always resolved thoroughly with ease and understanding. All of these reasons are why my youngest now attends. Both children come home fulfilled, covered in memories and fun. The new forest school is a huge addition and has been an absolute hit with all the children. The highlight each week! The updates on the app take away that anxiety of leaving your child and the reassurance that they are totally fine!

My daughter has been attending since 2023. Staff have been lovely and looked after her well. They've listened to our feedback and my daughter has had lovely relationships with her key workers. She is happy to be dropped off. There's a good variety of activities for children including plenty of

My daughter has been at the nursery since January and I am very pleased with how the nursery is run and how my daughter is progressing. All the staff are lovely, friendly and give regular updates on my daughter's learning and social development. They also use a fantastic app where they regularly
update what my child is doing, including pictures and what she's eaten throughout the day. The food menu is great and a has a good variety. One particular part of the nursery I love, is the fact the children have the opportunity to attend the safe, onsite forest school to enhance their learning. The forest school leader is great! When the children aren't out at forest school, they have the opportunity to spend a lot of time outdoors playing in a lovely safe environment. My daughter also has sports coach on a Monday which she absolutely loves! I would definitely recommend this nursery to other parents in the area, especially those who like their children to play outside a lot.

My son is in the preschool room and is non verbal autistic. The staff, especially his key worker, are absolutely phenomenal with him. He has even stayed on an extra year due to being deferred and I will honestly be so heartbroken when he has to leave. The support we have had, I will forever be
grateful for. My little boy has come so far since starting here.

In August 2024, my son started attending the nursery as I went back to work. The staff and the management team at Bright Horizons New Eltham Day Nursery and Preschool were very accommodating and supportive during the transition period. Every time I pick up my son from nursery I can tell that he has
had an enjoyable and fulfilling time there. A true testament of the amazing work that the team does there! The regular updates we receive from the nursery app make the time away from him more bearable and we get a glimpse into the enjoyable and exciting activities they do there.

I have nothing but great things to say about this nursery. I know that my son is in great hands and I honestly have zero concerns.
The staff are wonderful, starting from the admin side, always assisting me with the vast queries I've had. The baby room staff are fantastic with my baby's development,
they give me tips, when I ask for suggestions they're always happy to help and I know my son loves to go and is excited for his day to start because he knows he'll be going to nursery.
I think it's great that they have messy play, that they play outdoors and they also have a great meal service and constant updates during the day.
Great service overall, I'm grateful for having chosen Bright Horizons New Eltham Day Nursery and Preschool.

Great facilities for my boy to learn and play and have outdoor space to get messy and develop. He has really come out of his shell. The team is amazing, they are so caring and kind, which really makes the transition effortless.

The staff and management team at New Eltham Bright Horizons are caring and dedicated, creating a warm and nurturing environment. Our son has thrived here, gaining confidence, social skills, and a love for learning. The variety of activities is fantastic, and communication with parents is excellent.
We highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a safe, enriching place for their child.

My daughter loves coming to nursery! She has thrived here, building essential social and life skills. She’s made some wonderful friends whilst learning and developing both her motor and language skills. We felt supported when tackling the potty training stage and it brings us as parents such
reassurance to see our daughter happy, safe and nurtured when she attends.
We love hearing about the things she’s done during the day, whether it’s sport, painting, going on a little outing or baking! It’s important to us that she is part of a multicultural peer group and an inclusive environment too. I’m sure the skills and social awareness will benefit our daughter moving forward to starting school as well as integrating into the wider world.

I love bringing my child here! She enjoys it so much and has formed such a great bond with her teachers! The staff are lovely and always so welcoming and supportive.

They've been really helpful and responsive throughout, and the staff show great care to the children. Our child loves going there, and he has built a great rapport with the staff.
The facilities are clean and modern, and they are constantly coming up with fresh ideas to make every week feel a bit
different. We have complete trust in everyone there.
