We are incredibly grateful to the whole nursery team for the wonderful care and support you provide. From the very beginning, you made our son's transition into nursery smooth and reassuring. Your genuine care and kindness were clear from day one, which gave us great confidence and peace of mind.
The open spaces are thoughtfully designed and provide a lovely setting where children can explore, play and learn comfortably. It's clear how much thought and dedication goes into making the nursery such a positive place for young children.
We especially appreciated the support during the settling-in period. The team reassured us as parents while helping our son feel comfortable and confident in his new surroundings.
The dedicated app and real time updates are also fantastic. Seeing photos and updates during the day helps us feel connected and reassured. Thank you for the professionalism, warmth and genuine care you show every day.

A few weeks into the settling in period for my 15 month girl and I've been impressed with the team and the environment. Adam in particular has made me feel really at ease and is excellent with the children, there is so much space for the babies and toddlers to explore and all the staff are extremely
friendly. It's put me at ease leaving my girl with them and I'm sure she'll settle in really nicely at Partou!

My son has been in their care since 6 months old and I am so glad we picked this nursery! All the staff is genuinely amazing. Calm, patient, creative when need be, flexible. You can feel the staff gets along with each other which creates a nurturing, safe & family style environment. The nursery
feels less busy in a good way vs other nurseries (also because they have large spaces), is well equipped for under 2's and has the real perk of being in a building that never gets too hot for the children! I would recommend the Partou Rosendale Road team highly to anyone who asks and I know saying goodbyes will be tough for my family & my son when the time comes. Thank You for taking such good care of us!

I was very anxious about sending my 14 month old to nursery, but the team made me feel so at ease and really helped with the transition. The staff are so kind, I feel like each person takes time to get to know every child, even if they are not that child's key person. My daughter has a great
relationship with all the staff - they are all so caring & are doing a wonderful job! I have already noticed a huge leap in her development, and I'm impressed at how the staff really lean into her interests. At drop off, they always ask how my daughter is and if there are any adjustments they need to make that day, like an extra nap etc. At pick up, my daughters' key person gives me a thorough debrief of her day which I love hearing! The space itself is great - I was drawn to it because it's a large open space, unlike other nurseries I visited which had lots of small rooms. The outdoor space isn't huge but they spend a lot of time out there exploring and getting messy! Overall, an amazing nursery!

From a very anxious parent, sending my little one to nursery was scary but the whole process was made easy by everyone involved. In just a few months I have seen improvements in my daughter's confidence and learning new skills. She has a great key worker and the saying "it takes a village .."
rings true as every staff member gets involved and have all been so helpful, supportive and most importantly patient with both my daughter and myself. When I have any queries they are all a great source of knowledge and best practice ideas. My daughter really enjoys going to nursery and even gets upset when I return to collect her so from that I am really pleased knowing she is enjoying herself at nursery.

The staff are very understanding of my child's needs and are always helpful at drop of and collection. Always get feedback on how my child has been and I really appreciate the amazing care they provide my daughter.
The settling in stage has been a breeze as the staff have helped me get my daughter
to the stage of no tears at drop off and it's not even been two months yet.
I honestly appreciate all they do for my daughter and even the tips to help me with drop off and her progress such as leaving comforter and dummy in the bag. They have also supported my child in feeding herself and feeling safe without me around which has helped me so much as a single parent house hold! Can't
recommend this nursery and the staff enough

Partou have been excellent in providing care for my son. They have been patient, understanding and compassionate and I'm extremely happy with my choice! The staff are amazing! Leaving your child is naturally hard but the staff at partou have made this experience easier and offered constant advice

All nursery staff at Rosendale is fantastic.
Five staff members in particular makes thus nursery warm.
They all deserve a pay rise/bonus because they're brilliant.
They go above and beyond caring for these little people.
There's not a bad thing to say about any Rosendale Nursery team.

Highly recommended! Since beginning 5 months ago, not only does our 20 month old daughter have an absolute blast at this nursery every day, but she has advanced so much with her social, cognitive and communication skills as well. We also like the big, open space of the nursery, giving the kids an
opportunity to explore different settings and be active.
Every week I am blown away by the incredible care and compassion the team shows at this nursery for our daughter and the rest of the kids. Every single team member truly, truly cares and it shows! They provide us with a peace of mind and we couldn't be more appreciative of that. We can't thank you all enough!

I have been so impressed with the level of care and attention that my child receives on a daily basis. From the moment we walk through the doors, we are greeted with smiles and warmth from the staff. I would highly recommend this nursery to everyone. The staff are not only lovely, but they also pay
close attention to each child and provide a detailed report of their day. I am always kept informed about what my child has been up to, and how they are getting on. My child has formed a strong bond with their key worker, who goes above and beyond to ensure that my child feels reassured and comforted when needed. It can be nerve-wracking to send your child to nursery, but I am so grateful for the care and support that my child receives. The meals are nutritious and delicious. The atmosphere at the nursery is welcoming and all the children are well-behaved. It is clear that the staff truly cares about the well-being and development of each child. I couldn't be happier with my choice of setting.

We are always greeted with big smiles and sometimes the little one even wants a hug! The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and have the time to do a proper handover. The other children are engaged or busy with a wide range of activities offered. The staff always tend to their individual needs.
The nursery seems calm, organised and clean. The outdoor area is used weather permitting.

Nelly's Nursery Rosendale Road has provided excellent care for our son in the baby room. Our son started in the baby room when he was ten months old, and since day one, the team in the baby room have made sure he could be himself and has provided him with every opportunity to develop into the
wonderful little toddler he is today. Our son has formed strong bonds with the carers at Nelly's. Changes to the management team over the last 12 months have provided stability to the nursery during a challenging period for the industry in terms of staffing, and we were pleased to see the stability of the staff who were caring for our son. In terms of the indoor space in the baby room, it's large compared to other nurseries in the area, and the babies are often given access to the main room as well, accompanied by the carers from the baby room of course. We would not hesitate to recommend Nelly's Nursery Rosendale Road to any parents in the local area looking for a nursery for their children.

We can't recommend this nursery enough! After we had a very bad experience in a local nursery, the manager secured our place very quickly to allow our son to settle in immediately. All the staff were very welcoming and put our minds at ease straight away. The staff have been caring, kind and
compassionate towards our son and made his first weeks at Nelly's Nursery so much more enjoyable. Our son is cared for and looked after to the highest level whilst in the care of Nelly's. Thank you to all the team!

Lovely setting with lots of space and activities to choose from. Play area with bikes and running space. Staff are always nice to talk to and will tell me about her day. The food looks ok and she always eats everything. I see the nursery one time a week when I collect but she never wants to come
with me due to the fun she has.

I was so anxious about finding my son a nursery, and as soon as I visited Nelly’s, I knew it was the right one for him.
The staff are amazing and so caring - my son has learnt so much and grown as an individual since he has been going. Knowing he is so well looked after and loved is all a mother
can ask for.

I have three children who have all been through the baby room at Nelly’s Rosendale over the last three years. They all had a terrific experience creating a strong bond with their carers. The staff at Nelly’s Rosendale in the baby room have had lots of stability through this time which has been a
very positive impact on the children’s development. The room leader is terrific.

The staff are kind and caring and take excellent care of both of my children. Both my children always seem happy when dropped off and on pick up. A wide range of activities are put on for the children including parties for events such as Halloween.

My daughter absolutely loves Nelly's Nursery - Rosendale Road. She really likes the staff and adores her key person. I see the bond they create with all the children, and all of them seem really happy. I am really glad I chose Nellys; my daughter's development has been excellent.

I can't thank Nelly's enough for all they have done for both our son and daughter. Our daughter joined in lockdown and they were brilliant. The staff and the baby room are incredible, attentive and loving. My son has had his challenges and the main room have worked closely with us to support and
encourage him. The key workers take time to understand and be there for all the children.

A really lovely nursery! The staff were always so welcoming, warm and friendly and although he didn’t seem to have much of an attachment to his key worker, the other staff in the nursery seemed to genuinely bond with and care for our little boy. I looked around so many nurseries in Dulwich before
deciding on Nelly's Nursery, the learning environment was the most interesting with a big hall space for the children to burn off energy and a fun and stimulating set up, especially in the 2+ room where it really looked like time had been taken to make the tables and activities look fun and appealing to the children.
As I expected there were some tears and wobbles when my son was initially settling in but he soon would walk into nursery happily without looking back at me, eager to play with his friends and the toys, which was such a great feeling to then continue my day knowing he was happy and busy. Thank you Nelly's Nursery for a positive nursery experience and for helping prepare our son for school.
