My son has been attending for the past 7 months and I honestly could not be happier with the care he is receiving. In that time, I have seen such a huge leap in his independence and confidence. The team encourages independence in such a thoughtful, age-appropriate way and it truly shows.
I
especially love that they follow Montessori-led learning. It has been brilliant for his development. At home he now insists on feeding himself and I can clearly see the skills and habits he is picking up at nursery coming through in everyday life.
The teachers are fantastic. They are truly wonderful people who genuinely love children. Their warmth, patience and care shine through in everything they do.
The regular pictures and updates mean so much to me and help me feel connected to his day. Knowing he is safe, cared for and genuinely happy gives me complete peace of mind and allows me to work full time from home without worry.
We are so grateful for everything the staff do.

My child started Bright Horizon East India nursery Jan 26, so far the experience has been good. They have wide variety of activities to keep the children entertained. Hopefully they continue with more classes for toddlers to help them learn new skills.

My daughter has been going to this nursery since the past one year and frankly speaking she started from the baby room , now in toddler and moving to the next room next week , the journey has been amazing..
The staff is so approachable and they are fabulous.
I see my daughter going into the nursery
with a happy face in the morning and coming back happily.
What else does a parent need ? I see so much of a difference in this one year ..
Highly recommend this nursery. We travel 30min door to door every day to drop her , distance isnt an issue for us bcz its the positive environment that attracts us.

We are very happy with the care and the attention that our daughter is receiving. It has been a great journey thus far! She started at 8 months in the baby room, and we are grateful for the skills she is developing, which we believe could not develop at home so easily (from being independent,
socializing with other babies, participating in activities like painting, playing with mud, sand, and much more). The staff are kind, friendly, and especially co-operative. What impressed me is that they personalize the attention to each baby's needs separately. They involve the parents from the beginning and truly want to get to know our baby to make them feel as comfortable as possible. Today we were invited to join and share our cultural and religious practices at home. We brought our guitar and sang with everyone! We look forward to continuing in this journey.

My daughter has really enjoyed coming to this nursery, the staff are lovely and we have seen so much development in her already in just a few months! They provide a wide range of activities and I love that they send regular updates daily.

We are very happy with the care and attention our daughter, receives at East India BH. The staff are friendly, approachable, and genuinely caring, which makes both us and our child feel comfortable and supported. We've noticed significant progress in her social skills, confidence, and curiosity
since joining the nursery.
The learning environment is nurturing and stimulating, with a variety of activities that encourage exploration and creativity. We especially appreciate the regular updates and communication from the staff, which help us stay informed about her development and daily activities.

Bright Horizon Nursery is an excellent place and we are very happy to send our child here. She has grown to be a confident and happy child. The nursery provides a wide range of activities for children to learn and explore their interests early. My child was very happy with the visit to theatre and
farm nearby. Above all, the nursery is clean and feels very safe. I have no worry entrusting my child to the staff.

Great facilities and the Staff is amazing. The nursery was very helpful to us as first time parents, it helped us establish a routine for our child. Our child loves it there and we feel very lucky to have found this nursery.

I would like to say immense Thank you to the entire teaching and management staff of Bright Horizon East India. My son love being in the nursery and we could see a significant growth and overall development since he joined the nursery. All the staffs are really courtesy and friendly. I am really

My little one has been going to the East India Bright Horizon nursery since the last 1.5 years and our experience has been fantastic. Things which stand out for us:
1) Exceptionally caring staff, with utmost attention paid to child needs - be it constantly wiping their runny noses, changing their
umpteen diapers, taking care of all the meals or arranging age appropriate activities to engage them
2) Regular updates through the app so we know if our child has eaten well and slept well. We also get daily pictures and summary of activities
3) Large array of toys and books and daily outdoor activities to engage the child
4) Multiple occasions for the parents to come to the nursery and see how their child spends time at the nursery - be it through mother's day/grandparents day/lunar new year/Christmas celebrations. There is also a chance for the parents to come and taste the nursery food!
My second child is also enrolled to attend the nursery soon and I am sure he will have a great time.

We had both our children at Bright Horizons East India Docks and we are very satisfied with it. The staff are competent, collaborative and caring, so I fully recommend them.
Our children are always serene when we pick them up, which really gives us confidence about the way the nursery is being

My son has been in the baby room at Bright Horizons East India Dock for 9 months. The staff are so caring and friendly. We get updates on how the baby's day went via the app and during pick-up and can always discuss any requirements for the baby which the staff are always happy to accommodate. They
have helped my son so much with his physical and mental development. Highly recommended!

Our kid loves to go to this nursery, sometimes he even wants to stay longer. The staff is always happy and very attentive and keeps us informed at all times, which is very appreciated and we found other nurseries were not as good. Would definitely recommend it.

It's been a year since my son started his nursery journey at Bright Horizons East India Dock nursery. I have noticed a remarkable difference in how his personality has bloomed. He has been learning a lot (conventional- language, numbers, alphabets, and behavioural) and with my own engagement at home
complementing the things he is learning at school, things have been progressing well. All thanks to the very thoughtful and caring nursery staff. There's few areas where my son needs to make progress (toilet training and eating) however I feel confident that with support and constant encouragement from the nursery, my son will be reaching those milestones soon. I would like to thank everyone and each of the staff at the nursery for taking such good care for my son. There's a lot of thought and planning that goes into designing activities and lessons using play time/activities. I enjoy looking at the daily updates and activities that pre-schoolers are upto. Thanks and keep up the good work.

My daughter loves to go to the nursery! She is in the baby room at the moment and she is in love with all her teachers and little friends. As a first-time parent, I was a bit worried at first but I soon changed my mind; all children are involved in a variety of different activities every day and
they have good and healthy snacks and meals.
We are really happy with the nursery in general but I want to give a special thanks to all the baby room staff and one lady in particular, who always welcomes everyone with a smile!

My daughter has been at this nursery for two years and I've seen her grow over the course of time. She was able to learn academically but she also gained a lot of friends which was so nice to see, being she was an only child. I'm more than happy that she was able to spend her time here now she's off
to big kids' school.

My son has attended Bright Horizon East India Dock Day Nursery since he was 1 year old. Now 4, he is leaving to attend primary school.
The nursery and pre-school have been an incremental part of my son's life and I couldn't have asked for more. Everyone there has been so helpful, comforting and
supportive during my son's time here. The support, development activities and fun that is offered to the children are brilliant. As a parent, I felt very safe leaving my child here knowing he will be well-fed and have lots of fun.
We will miss the nursery/pre-school and know my son will too.

We had a very poor experience trying to settle our boy at this nursery. Right at the first session, the seemingly uninterested key worker assigned to him did a terrible job of interacting with him, the room was crowded, hot and messy, and there were multiple children crying without being attended
to. We witnessed a little boy crying hysterically who reached out his arms for us to pick him up, and to our surprise, the staff told us to leave him alone as it was his first day and he was "just crying". The child cried the whole hour we were there, without any attention given to him. It was very obvious that they were going to do exactly the same with our boy and we couldn't stomach the lack of empathy.

I have had two children attend the nursery/preschool.
The care by the staff is always of a good standard and they are very encouraging to children. The rooms never feel too crowded.
The management is great and listens to parents.

Had such a lovely experience since the beginning until my daughter's grand graduation ceremony! Management and other staff are exceptional, caring and very supportive. My daughter looked forward to going to the nursery every day and had a wonderful time. A big thanks to the preschool team!
