The staff are wonderful; caring, kind and engaged with the children and most of all feel trustworthy. They are a great help in raising my child and instilling the values of politeness, independence as well as encouraging social development and skills. The nurturing environment means my child is
happy to go to nursery and the nursery staff feel part of the village that it takes to raise a child!

We've been with this nursery since 2021 so I feel like the staff working this nursery is almost our family. I really appreciate their attentive support every single day! Overall I'm satisfied with this nursery but I believe it needs improvement in two areas - 1. excersisgng opportunity and 2.
quiker response from management team. 1. Due to the removal of jungle gym, I strongly believe children do not have enough chance to exercise. Even though they take children for walk, children are tied to each other so they need to have more time for moving their body at their will. 2. Whenever I try to reach out to the management team, I must say their response is slow or I need to send a reminder. I wish I could have more smooth and stress-free communication. Despite some areas I'd love to improve, overall I'm satisfied with this school and my child enjoy going to school every day. Thank you!
