My kid absolutely loves Maryam's Nursery in Paddington. The team is amazing - very caring and gentle with the children. My little one can't wait to go to "school" to see her friends and teachers. Ms A is the sweetest, and Mr R is always wearing his brightest smile to welcome everyone. Ms W, the branch manager, is the most thoughtful person. She listens carefully to every request and makes sure my baby girl is happy and very well taken care of. They organise plenty of different activities, and on multiple occasions at pick-up time, Mr R was playing the guitar for the children. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our little one. A big thank you to the whole Maryam's team - we would choose you again and again!

The staff are wonderful; caring, kind and engaged with the children and most of all feel trustworthy. They are a great help in raising my child and instilling the values of politeness, independence as well as encouraging social development and skills. The nurturing environment means my child is happy to go to nursery and the nursery staff feel part of the village that it takes to raise a child!

Overall I'm satisfied with this nursery but I believe it needs improvement in two areas - 1. excersisgng opportunity and 2. quiker response from management team.
1. Due to the removal of jungle gym, I strongly believe children do not have enough chance to exercise. Even though they take children for walk, children are tied to each other so they need to have more time for moving their body at their will.
2. Whenever I try to reach out to the management team, I must say their response is slow or I need to send a reminder. I wish I could have more smooth and stress-free communication.
Despite some areas I'd love to improve, overall I'm satisfied with this school and my child enjoy going to school every day. Thank you!
