Overall Experience

We are so thankful to the whole nursery team, especially Ely, Khen, Alishba, and Raj, for all the love, care, patience, and support you give to Izaac.

As parents, it is never easy to leave your child at nursery, but knowing that Izaac is in such caring and loving hands gives us so much comfort and peace of mind. We are truly grateful to have teachers whom we can trust to look after him, make him feel loved, and support him every step of the way.

We are so happy and proud to see how much Izaac has developed and grown since joining the nursery. Seeing him excited to see his teachers and friends makes us so happy and reassures us that he feels safe, loved, and happy there.

Overall Experience

We love this school! Special thanks to Oyun, who helped our son settle in from day one. A year on, he's confident, sociable and happy with the staff. He's made friends and enjoys the varied sensory activities and outdoor play. We love the low child-to-teacher ratio, the professional staff, and the regular parent-teacher events that help us get to know the other families. The app keeps us updated daily on meals, naps and activities, and the weekly newsletters and reminders help us continue his learning at home.

Overall Experience

Our baby boy has been at Maryam's nursery since he was 1 years old, and he loves it there. He is a cautious baby and initially wasn't happy to be separated from his mum for the first time, but after a few weeks of settling in he was happy to go.

The facilities are wonderful there with so much more for him to do than at home. His development increased rapidly since starting thanks to the wonderful and supportive staff who encourage him to explore new things. Communication from staff at the nursery has been good providing reassurances for us as parents. We highly recommend any parents looking for a nursery in the area to attend one of the open days and check it out for yourself.

Overall Experience

Our son (3.5 years old) is really enjoying his time at the nursery. He feels the staff are very friendly, supportive and attentive to his needs. In particular, I would like to praise Ms. Ely for her care, attention, patience, kindness and support. The bond between our son and the staff is very strong. The premises are always clean. The food they serve is tasty. The opening hours are great. The only thing I would improve is the amount the children exercise and are involved in structured physical activities and exercises on a regular basis.

Overall Experience

My kid absolutely loves Maryam's Nursery in Paddington. The team is amazing - very caring and gentle with the children. My little one can't wait to go to "school" to see her friends and teachers. Ms A is the sweetest, and Mr R is always wearing his brightest smile to welcome everyone. Ms W, the branch manager, is the most thoughtful person. She listens carefully to every request and makes sure my baby girl is happy and very well taken care of. They organise plenty of different activities, and on multiple occasions at pick-up time, Mr R was playing the guitar for the children. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our little one. A big thank you to the whole Maryam's team - we would choose you again and again!

Overall Experience

The staff are wonderful; caring, kind and engaged with the children and most of all feel trustworthy. They are a great help in raising my child and instilling the values of politeness, independence as well as encouraging social development and skills. We've been with this nursery since 2021 so I feel like the staff working this nursery is almost our family. I really appreciate their attentive support every single day!
Overall I'm satisfied with this nursery but I believe it needs improvement in two areas - 1. excersisgng opportunity and 2. quiker response from management team.
1. Due to the removal of jungle gym, I strongly believe children do not have enough chance to exercise. Even though they take children for walk, children are tied to each other so they need to have more time for moving their body at their will.
2. Whenever I try to reach out to the management team, I must say their response is slow or I need to send a reminder. I wish I could have more smooth and stress-free communication.

Despite some areas I'd love to improve, overall I'm satisfied with this school and my child enjoy going to school every day. Thank you!
