Our personal experience of the whole Coin Street Community team is outstanding, from the kindness and care to which they welcomed us from the home visit before nursery, the feeling of our son being supported in a nurturing and stimulating environment filled with joy and rich experiences, and the
focus on his wellbeing and understanding of being a member of a community which has a deep sense of mission and service to the local community has been a wonder to be able to take part in. Congratulations and thank you to everyone for everything you do for our son and all the Coin Street nursery children and families. We are full of admiration and gratitude towards you and know you're giving our son the best start in his educational journey, teaching him lifelong skills and helping bring out the best in him. We are so proud of him and you all.

My baby started at Coin Street Nursery a little over a month ago and she absolutely loves it. The staff are incredibly kind and it's clear they truly care about the babies-they're always smiling, playing, and creating a warm environment.
I really appreciate the regular updates on the app, which
help me stay connected to my daughter's day. The team is also very attentive and careful, always calling if needed, which is very reassuring as a parent.
I especially liked that they arranged a home visit with my baby's key persons before she started. Meeting them in a familiar environment made the settling-in process much smoother and more comfortable.
I'm particularly grateful to Katerina and Nantshama for their care and support. Since starting nursery, my daughter has been developing new skills so well-it's been a joy to watch.

Staff are very friendly, I like the detail breakdown of the activity, I feel stuff are very passionate about what they do and it shows when I interact with them.
I would like to see more exotic fruits for snack time, if possible!

Lovely nursery. Wonderfully caring staff. Our 3 year old twins have been very happy there since 9 months old.
As they are community based, there are other services available for parents. Examples are classes for first words, potty training. In addition they have tie ups with the likes of a dance
company which children are taken to regularly.

Coin street nursery is very warm, open and welcoming. The layout and activities encourage a positive learning environment.
Management are approachable and on the rare occasion have dealt with issues/concerns proactively.
The best thing about coin street nursery are the staff who are simply
amazing. The care they provide and the interactions they have with the children are next to none. As a parent, there is nothing more comforting than to feel safe leaving your children with people outside of your family. I hope these standards remain as high I have witnessed them to be.
The only feedback I think would be beneficial would be to have a food diary/entry on the app for all the children. It is expected that the pre schoolers should know what they have eaten but I believe they are still unable to reliably recall. This would be really helpful as there appears to be an ongoing issue of what the children have eaten and in particular how much.

We are incredibly grateful for the care and dedication shown by everyone at the nursery. It is clear that the entire team truly looks after the children with great attention, kindness, and professionalism. Knowing that our daughter is in such a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment gives us
enormous peace of mind every day. The staff create such a warm atmosphere, and it is evident how much thought and effort goes into supporting each child's wellbeing and development.
We would also like to highlight how fantastic our Key Person is. She has been absolutely wonderful with our daughter and with us as parents, always attentive, caring, and supportive. As first-time parents, we have found the advice, workshops, and training sessions organised by the nursery incredibly helpful. They have given us confidence and practical guidance, and we truly appreciate the effort the centre makes to support families as well as the children. It makes a real difference to feel so well accompanied.

Our daughter loves Coin Street nursery!
The staff are incredibly lovely, welcoming and caring, and they offer such incredible opportunities for the children - dance classes, yoga, and regular trips around the local area (the Southbank, Tate Modern, Borough Market). They have great facilities
including a really spacious outdoor area.

My child is thriving at Coin Street Nursery. Staff are supportive of his unique needs and educational journey, and our family as a whole. Every day, my child is provided with ample opportunities for play and learning, including in the generously sized garden space. The food is excellent. The nursery
actively engages with local arts groups, and provides opportunities for yoga, dance, music and more. There are regular trips to local parks and special trips to local areas of interest, galleries and museums. I highly recommend Coin Street.

Both of my children have attended Coin Street Nursery in the Explorers and Investigators groups and the care and support they received have been outstanding.
Highlights include the caring staff, most of whom were there for both kids, allowing our family to maintain continuity. The kids enjoyed
frequent adventures-from dance lessons at Rambert, to walks in local parks or by the river, and even further afield to the Cable Car in Greenwich and the Transport Museum,
There is a great outdoor area with a quieter space for the littlest ones. Daily activities include mud kitchens, planting, water play, and creative explorations. The food is noteworthy - freshly cooked meals by a dedicated chef who works hard to introduce new flavours. I got to taste a delicious curry with homemade bread and side dishes at the summer party.
Coin Street Nursery is embedded in the local community and from day one, I felt like a part of the community which was especially important living in such a busy location.

Over the past four and a half years, we have had the experience of the whole nursery with our three sons, from Explorers baby room right up to graduating from Discoverers, and the quality of care has been outstanding. The staff are incredibly kind and go above and beyond to look after the children
as if they were their own. We have built such strong relationships with the staff and truly feel like we are part of the Coin Street family. Our children have absolutely loved going to nursery every day and relished the wide range of activities they have on offer, including messy play, a dedicated sensory room and an outdoor area with climbing and sand and water play. We have been particularly impressed with all the outings the children have taken on! Right from the beginning they are taken out on local walks along the river, to parks, the local football pitch and to dance sessions at the local studio. We are so grateful to everyone at Coin Street for giving our boys the best start they could have!

My child thrived at Coin Street Nursery, was always happy to go there. Loved doing lots of messy play, lone play, group play and creating art with the resources provided. Coin Street enabled my child to learn more core skills and to communicate with other adults and peers alike.

Both of my children have graduated from Coin Street Nursery having joined from when they were just a year old. The nursery has been a home away from home for them. They have loved attending and created some amazing friendships along the way. The staff here are truly dedicated and have a strong
understanding of how to run early years learning. Clear and consistent communication with parents is prioritised and they ensure there are many touch points throughout the year for aligning the parent/key worker team. Healthy eating is also something the nursery focuses on and the chef within the nursery is a proper part of the team and someone the children know well and learn a lot from. I couldn't be happier with what my children have achieved during their time here. My children are also both summer born and they have left fully prepared and ready for big school.

Our two sons attended Coin Street from about age 2, until the eldest went to school. We have been impressed throughout - every one of the staff is friendly and caring and our boys (and us) built really strong relationships with the keyworkers and room leads in particular. There is a wide variety of
activities, lots of outdoor time, and real encouragement to be self-sufficient. The boys had music classes, dance classes, went on the London Eye, to Borough Market, the Tate, the London Transport Museum and more. Activities have a focus on what they are trying to achieve in terms of development goals, and parents are kept informed along the way with Open Days, newsletters, and messages and photos on the app. I could not recommend Coin Street more highly.

Our son has just graduated from Coin Street Nursery at 4 years old. He started just after his 1st birthday. He has had a fantastic experience and so have we. We felt confident that he was safe and well looked after right from the start. He loved it there so much and even asked to go at the weekends!
Wonderful staff, great communication from all staff, great food, excellent learning, i.e. alphabet, numbers, days of the week, speaking, listening, messy play, tidy up time, getting dressed, learning to ride a balance bike, social skills, arts and crafts, the list goes on and on.
We know we've given our son the best start to his journey by starting at Coin Street.

Our son joined the Coin Street Nursery when he was just 9 months old and the wonderful team here has supported all of us throughout his journey as he moved from the Baby Room to Discoverers and Investigators groups. The nursery is a fun and transparent space, offering various rooms and play areas,
including a generous open-air play space on the terrace where the toddlers spend time gardening, playing in the mud kitchen and sandpit or painting. The location is easy to access and provides a large buggy park. They also offer healthy, diverse and delicious meals prepared by their very own chef. We tried them on a few occasions and can definitely endorse the chef! The team provides plenty of community-based activities encouraging children to learn about the world (e.g. spending time outdoors in parks, going to the football pitch, attending dance classes at a nearby dance studio, visiting museums for seasonal activities and holding open days for families).
We definitely recommend it!

My daughter started Coin Street Nursery at 6 months, we have found the nursery to be truly committed to our daughter and whilst things have evolved every step of the way, my daughter has been taken very good care of.
Certain teachers have been like family to her and they will always be in her
thoughts as she transitions to school.
We are thankful for the care and support the nursery has provided.

We have been so pleased with Coin Street Nursery. Our son adores his key person and indeed the whole staff, all of whom are highly professional caregivers for young children in addition to just generally being really lovely and kind. The investment in staff training and curriculum development, the
time taken to develop healthy menus for the children’s meals, the individual focused attention each child receives - these are all things we have really appreciated about this nursery and which set it apart for us. We have had a really positive experience here and are confident that our son is safe, happy and learning new things when he is there.

We could not have been happier with our experience of Coin Street - our daughter attended from 9-23 months and we only changed because working from home meant it was no longer convenient to travel in. The staff were always extremely helpful and welcoming, and our daughter formed a real bond with at
least two of the carers that looked after her. The nursery has a large space and is well organised, and they do many activities including outside walks etc. Couldn't recommend more highly and we were very sad to leave.

I was immediately enamored by Coin Street. The atmosphere was vibrant, the children looked relaxed and seemed happy. The staff seemed really invested in the children's happiness and wellbeing and was especially happy to hear about the extracurricular activities. My son's time there was lovely and he
formed a good relationship with teachers and children too! Always felt he was safe and in good care.
