Lovely team, my son seems to be loving it. I really appreciate that they do adapt to my son's schedule and routines and communication is clear and transparent. The place is clean, beautiful and adapted to each age. I like how the staff treat my son but also how they interact with each other. Thank you for all so far!

We find the nursery to be excellent. The staff are friendly and create a homely and welcoming atmosphere for both children and parents. They give children a wide range of activities and really care about the children. They are helpful to parents and our daughter very much enjoys attending there.

Very happy to have been able to participate in this session, it allowed us to see my child's environment, his toys, and his friends and the nursery staff. Also to see the meal. I think it's an experience to reproduce because it's very good to be able to be immersed in my child's daily life.

Great nursery overall. Really cares about kids and full of well-thought-out activities. Always trying to improve and innovate. Our kids come home happy. Management communication could be improved, especially with regard to anticipating future room changes.

My daughter has attended Bright Horizons West Hampstead Station Day Nursery and Preschool since September 2023. We are so grateful to every member staff, for your constant smiles and support. Any compliments our daughter gets we always reply with, It's not us, it's her teachers! And that's the truth. Keep doing what you are doing.

I sent my daughter to this nursery for over two years. She absolutely loved it. She made many friends here. There is ample space to play outside and a great mix of activities, messy play etc. I think all of that has helped in the holistic development of my daughter's physical and mental skills. I also liked that I could see everything my daughter did in a day through an app, from nappy changes to nap time to the food she ate. When she graduated, the staff went the extra mile of creating a very personalised album of her with many pictures from her baby time to her toddler years. It is precious!

Excellent nursery. They had a key role in helping our little one develop wonderfully and prepare her for reception. We highly recommend and are truly appreciative of all their care. She misses it already.

Our family had such a positive experience at Bright Horizons West Hampstead Station. We felt that our son was loved and his every need was met with care and expertise. The team excel at communication; the app is used every day which is a big reassurance. The setting is spotlessly clean and stimulating for all ages. Above all else, the staff are incredible. We really felt that they knew our son and he thrived under their care. It is on the higher end in terms of fees but you really feel like you get what you pay for.

I am very happy with everyone I have met here, they are kind, and professional and my baby is having a great time! He even misses his nursery on his days off. I am also contempt with the portal where we can see bits of how our baby's day went.

Absolutely horrific experience with this nursery. My 9 month baby came home with a cut and bruise. The staff member who was in the room couldn't explain how it had happened nor documented it in an incident report. All the babies were miserable when I went to collect one day, I only saw one staff member and 6 babies crying on the floor. One of them was even eating food that had fallen on the floor and another was screaming crying, banging on the door as if wanting to get out. I felt traumatised by the whole experience and wouldn't recommend it.

Our little boy is very happy here. Staff are approachable and seem to be baby-led in how they approach things like sleep. The baby room is lovely and they do lots of sensory play. The opening hours make it possible for us to go to work without always worrying about being late.

My 1 year old daughter settled into this nursery very quickly. Staff are all very supportive including teaching and non teaching staff and open to listen to my concerns especially when my daughter first started. They have a relaxed approach and always friendly and attentive to children as well as parents. The layout of the nursery is very good with its own playground and spacious rooms and even designated space for pushchairs/scooters etc. I am very happy to have come across this nursery!

Bright Horizons, West Hampstead Station is a wonderful caring environment for children of all ages. My first child was there from age 1-4 years old and he got so much from his time there. My second child joined a few months ago and is thriving. The curriculum is well thought out and well executed to make sure every child is stimulated and makes great progress. The staff in the rooms are just gorgeous, wonderful, caring people who are passionate about their work and form real bonds with the children. The variety and quality of food on offer is excellent and a real plus. Also of huge benefit is the flexibility of being able to do half days, part-time, early starts and add additional sessions when required. If I had to make a criticism there have been some gaps in communication in the past, however, this is no longer an issue and management staff are extremely responsive and diligent at keeping parents up to date now. The introduction of an app with frequent updates on how the day is going is great.

My daughter has been going to this nursery since she was 11 months old and absolutely loves it. She's a different baby and toddler after almost six months of full-time nursery: more loving and caring towards parents and carers (no more 'stranger danger'), more engaged with activities, such as messy play and story time and more stimulated than any full-time nanny could ever achieve. She sleeps better at night after a full day of play and learning and my transition back to work has been easier than anticipated. Management is relatively new and excellent and the real stars are the nursery staff, room leaders and the new, third in command. Everyone works hard to ensure that my daughter's needs are met and that she's happy. Turnover isn't high, faces and interactions are constant and on a first-name basis and the updates on our parents/family app are more frequent than initially. I highly recommend this nursery to other parents.

My daughter loves, loves her nursery. She even wants to go in on the weekends. Yesterday they had their festive concert and it was wonderful and refreshing. I'm so glad my baby is flourishing. Thank you so much.

Great team taking good care of my little one. Very pleased with all the activities and the support for his development. I think the only part to improve is the food menu for kids with allergies to have a better variety and balance of nutrients.

We have been very happy with our child's experience at this nursery and his development starting from the baby room. The staff have been very warm and have ensured to settle my son as smoothly as possible during each transition; they really do go above and beyond with the care. My son talks about the nursery staff and children at home a lot. There is a variety of activities throughout the day and easily updated on the app which is accessible on your phone. Overall, this is a welcoming and respectable nursery with good parent partnership and exceptional care for the children.

Really happy with all the staff who take care of my daughter in 2-3s. The staff go above and beyond for all the children within the room and provide excellent support and development opportunity for the children.

My little one has been going to the nursery since she was a year old, and the nursery has been absolutely amazing! She started during Covid, and they managed the transition super well. Even now, they are super attentive, and the staff always make the time to answer any questions we may have. They also always give very insightful updates at the end of the day.
