We couldn't be happier with this nursery. We moved our son here from another setting and have never looked back: the difference has been incredible.
The staff genuinely love what they do. They're experienced, consistent and not reliant on agency staff, which creates real stability. You can tell the
company looks after them too - they're happy, motivated and it filters down to the children.
The children spend lots of time outdoors which I love and go on enriching day trips/adventures to the shops, library or park. We love the small details that prepare them for school, like encouraging independence and wiping their own plates.
Their approach to behaviour is calm and supportive while maintaining clear boundaries without focusing on the negative. Since starting, our son's behaviour has improved noticeably. He feels secure, confident and often doesn't want to leave!
The food is amazing and nutritious. He talks about his teachers with such fondness. We're so grateful we made the move!

I wouldn't be happier with My Ohana Staines-upon-Thames nursery. From the very first time me and my son entered the nursery, we knew it's the one. Their dedication and approach to children, communication with parents it's in very high standards. All team are lovely and very professional. Thank you

My child is very happy here. He enjoys all the carefully thought out activities, is stimulated and challenged. They also provide outstanding nurturing and care towards him and give parents face to face updates at the end of each day - which is greatly appreciated. I recommend this nursery to all
parents. I'm so happy I found this nursery - my younger son will hopefully start soon too!

Our son started at the nursery when it opened and we have been so impressed with the quality of the communication. The app is fantastic and keeps us updated of food, sleep, nappies. The new weekly newsletter is fab and gives us a super insight into what our son does each week. The staff are all kind
and friendly and welcome everyone with a big smile.

We couldn't be happier with this nursery. From the very first day, the staff have been incredibly caring, patient, and attentive, making us feel completely at ease leaving our child in their care. The environment is always clean, safe, and welcoming, and it's clear how much thought and love goes
into everything they do.
Our child has grown so much in confidence, social skills, and learning since starting here. The activities are engaging, fun, and age-appropriate, and we're always impressed by how well the staff understand each child's individual needs and personality.
Communication with parents is excellent, and it's reassuring to know our child is not just looked after, but genuinely cared for and encouraged every single day. We are so grateful for the amazing team and would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a loving, supportive, and professional childcare setting.

Absolutely Amazing Nursery with so much care engagement and progression for the infants and toddlers. Regular learning and fun activities. Caretakers are very proffessional and do thier job with utmost care. Very happy with the nursery

We've had a wonderful experience with this nursery and couldn't be happier with the care our baby receives. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, which gives us great peace of mind as parents. The environment is clean, safe, and welcoming, with plenty of age-appropriate
activities that support learning and development. We love how well the team communicates with us about our baby's day, progress, and needs. It truly feels like a nurturing second home, and we're so grateful to have found such a supportive and loving place for our little one.
