Lovely nursery setting with friendly and attentive staff. Great facilities and they've really thought about the details to make it as easy for parents as possible. Plus, the free croissants at drop off go down very well with my older child!

Our children absolutely love N Family. The staff are friendly and caring. The nursery itself is bright, clean and modern. The food menu is fantastic too, it's healthy, varied and the children really love eating there. We couldn't be happier with the care and environment they provide.

We couldn't be happier here.The staff are incredibly welcoming, kind and genuinely invested in the children's development. It's such a comfort knowing our little one is in a safe and fun environment every day. We've seen so much growth in her confidence, communication, and social skills since starting here. Our son started in September and has been thriving. When he first started, we couldn't get him off of us, now he basically dives into their arms.It's so nice to see the daily updates and messages from the team.

Our son started at nursery this month and he's getting on great. The staff are lovely and have made the transition for both him and us super easy. The food is fantastic and the overall experience has been brilliant! We get updates daily on what he's been up to and I feel fully informed which has helped the transition immensely!

My daughter moved to N Family St John's after not settling at another local nursery and I can honestly say joining here was the best decision ever!!! The whole team, the facilities, the food and the activities are second to none and my little girl is utterly thriving here. She absolutely loves her nursery days and has grown in confidence since joining here, the team complete regular updates throughout the day on a fantastic app so you have total peace of mind that your little one is happy, whilst learning and having fun! I would (and do) without hesitation recommend N Family St John's to anyone looking for a fantastic, caring and stimulating environment for their child.

We are beyond pleased to have chosen N family club St.Johns for our daughter. She started nursery feeling very shy and unsure but now absolutely loves it there. The staff are so friendly and informative always giving updates and information on how she's getting on. She has learnt so much already in just 3 months and we feel happy knowing she's in safe hands. We couldn't recommend enough!

We couldn't be happier with N Family Tunbridge Wells St Johns! The staff are incredibly friendly, caring, and professional - you can tell how much they genuinely love what they do. Even though our son has only recently started and is still settling in, the team have been so patient, understanding, and supportive, which has made the whole process so much easier for us as parents. The nursery itself is spotless and beautifully maintained, with such high standards across the board. The activities are creative and engaging, and we already feel confident that he's in safe, nurturing hands. We're so grateful to the whole team for creating such a warm and welcoming environment. We honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough!

We recently joined N Family Tunbridge Wells St Johns for our daughter and couldn't be happier! Sophia, her key person, is absolutely wonderful, warm, friendly, and kind. The whole front of house team is lovely and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal, yet professional. Most importantly, our daughter is happy and stomps off into the room without a backward glance. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

We love the Nursery and all the staff. Every time we come in we are warmly welcomed, Etta always is happy when she is there, and even cries when we pick her up. The food menu is healthy and varied. I would highly recommend N Family as a great Nursery!

We've been at N Family for a short while now and already feel extremely happy with our decision. From day one the team has been warm, welcoming and genuinely caring. The facilities are beautiful and thoughtfully designed - bright, inspiring indoor spaces and a wonderful outdoor area. We appreciate their flexible hours option and the way they make mealtimes more than just feeding - all food is freshly prepared onsite and children dine together with educators. We also love that they keep us in the loop about our child's progress via their app, and there's a real sense of community. Overall, a top-quality nursery that feels like a "home away from home" - we couldn't be more pleased.

Lovely nursery and lovely staff! Made the transition of sending our little one to nursery super easy. After viewing other nurseries in our area N Family became the clear choice for us due to the excellent facilities, lovely staff and care taken towards the children, their safety and hygiene.

Our daughter started at the nursery in November after moving from another nursery near by. All the team at St Johns are wonderful. All the team go above and beyond for our daughter. The menu is sent weekly and offers our daughter a very healthy varied diet. Hats off to the chef! The transition was easy and she settled very quickly. The app updates us on her day and during collection there is always time for a quick catch up. The provision for the children is inviting, fun and stretches her learning. She enjoys all the different things ti explore and I can tell she is getting a broad range of activities. Such as cooking, painting and music. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend N Family at St Johns to any new parents. Not to mention our daughter loves going! We are very happy.

N Family -St Johns. The team have been brilliant at helping my little one and our family settling into the nursery work life balance . Naturally nursery has been a big adjustment for us but the N Family at St John's have been so reassuring and provide regular updates throughout the day. The app is fantastic and the team are regularly communicating throughout the day which certainly gives that peace of mind. It's a really friendly atmosphere right the way from reception to the rooms and most importantly I know my baby (10 month ) is safe and enjoying the activities. We have really bonded with the whole team but especially our key worker that is fantastic and so caring . Thank you team . Would highly recommend N Family -St johns

Our daughter was one of the first to join this nursery when it opened and we have been very happy from the get go. We had a bad experience at a nearby nursery so I was anxious about sending her somewhere new. But I really feel she is in safe hands at N Family SJ and she is constantly coming on leaps and bounds. We are always kept up to speed with her development and she has made some lovely friends too. We couldn't be happier.

My son has been at the nursery since opening and is extremely happy. On a daily basis the team arrange for different activities which help increase development of my son. One activity was growing caterpillars to butterflies which my son really enjoyed and the happiness on his face when he told me about it every night was amazing. The team are welcoming and have made the transition to a new nursery very smooth. I would 100% recommend the nursery.

N Family St John's is basically Hogwarts for babies. After transferring from another nursery in Tunbridge Wells, my son came back a different child after week 1. He was stimulated, happy, full of personality and most importantly tired with a full belly when he comes home. He loves nursery and I was so concerned about putting him in early at 9 months but the staff are so encouraging, supportive of any home personal circumstances and really focus on the differentiation of each individual kid and what their needs and requirements are to support their developmental milestones. Every staff member from the cleaner, chef, front of house to key worker are engaged and have a wonderful influence on him. The admin is tops, although I would recommend going through the front of house manager rather than head office because she will always go above and beyond to make your life easier. Best investment I ever made. Thank you NFamily for the wonderful impact you all have on both our lives x

Our daughter has been attending N Family Club since February 2025. Transitioning from a Childminder, I was a bit concerned about her settling well with the nursery as it is a completely different environment as she was used to. I was quickly impressed by the professionalism of the nursery, their high standards, clean and organised facilities and the love and care they put into the work they do every day, my daughter feels very happy there and I could see how she was quickly learning new skills and independence in every day tasks. The food seems to be really good and I like that we are updated weekly about the menu, my daughter has been trying a variety of ingredients and my initial concern of her not eating much was soon going away as I could see that she was enjoying the meals with her friends. The App is really good too, easy to use , set up and update, and you'll get daily updates about activities, naps and meals, which it was also what I was looking for when choosing NFamily Club.

Our son joined N Family Club St Johns after moving from another nursery, and the difference has been remarkable. From day one, the team has been well-organized, caring, and professional. Every aspect-from safety to relationships-has been exceptional. Leaving your child in someone else's care is never easy, but the team made the transition smooth. His 2 key persons have been incredible. One key worker in particular has been his safe space, helping him through separation anxiety with patience and warmth. The entire team, including 6 in particular and many more I could not mention here, make him feel secure and valued. The nursery excels in real-time updates, attentive staff, hygiene, and a home-like atmosphere. The food is nutritious, and the activities have boosted his speech, confidence, and social skills. We are beyond grateful and highly recommend this nursery to any parent seeking genuine care and excellence.
