My grandson has been with Acorns since he was a baby and he starts school next September! Throughout this time going to nursery has always been exciting and educational. He has never not wanted to go. Thank you to everyone who has helped with his development, especially in the field which seems to
be his natural habitat! He has a great experience at Acorns during this formative time.

My chikd has been at the nursery for 3 years and we love it!
They have a wonderful outdoor learning facility and the children can run free everyday with access to forest school activities, nature, wooden climbing frames, log circles and a cosy den for clod/wet weather.
This along with the
delicious food are our favourite things at nursery.
Staff are always so caring and available, it's like a family.

My son loves the nursery especially going to the forest school field, he comes home having done different activities every day! The staff are great always understanding and adaptable to ever changing needs of a toddler.

Staff at Emberton are always friendly and professional. They ensure that the children are safe and enjoy their time at the nursery. The addition of the big field is great and the children gain so much from learning in the outdoor environment.

Acorn Nursery Emberton is a second home for our twin boys.
Sending them full-time was a big step, but the team's expertise made it seamless. They manage the unique dynamics of twins with ease, focusing on the holistic wellbeing of every child. From emotional security to physical health and
nutrition, the care is exceptional.
We have total trust in their professional, warm approach. Highly recommended for any parent seeking a nurturing, high-quality setting for their children.

A lovely nursery, centred around excellent childcare, with a fun, friendly atmosphere & very approachable staff. My daughter has been going since she was 5months and loves it -Trips round Emberton park are a highlight!

Our experience at the nursery has been nothing but positive - the staff are all so welcoming and caring and very accommodating to your requests. They work together with you as the parent to ensure your child is happy and that their routine works for both the child and the nursery.
They go on lots
of outings which is always lovely to see and are out and about in the local community.
A lot of effort is put into various events - reading weeks, valentines, Christmas etc with parents included where possible which is lovely. Would definitely recommend this nursery to others!

We have had a great experience so far with Acorns Emberton. Our son loves nursery and we receive lots of pictures of play and activities he gets involved with which is great to see!
The nursery has a great set up for the various age groups and great outdoor space.
The nursery often hold events
which parents can participate in which is great to be a part of.

Outstanding nursery, staff have become like family and a huge support for us. Our little one loves his friends and all of the activities at nursery.
The food is so well balanced, our little one gets all of the nutrition he needs.
Any individuals needs are handled with care and great support.

My child started attending Acorns in 2025 and has loved every moment since. There is a genuine joy to attend in the morning with he staff being so caring, attentive and friendly. It's lovely to see the children coming together and mixing with one another at pick up to ease the transition between
rooms. The children are frequently taken on adventures and updates on your child are plentiful which is great viewing for a bad day in the office! We couldn't appreciate the work the staff do more in helping our child grow and learn in a happy and safe environment. Also, the food on offer is exceptional, the menu is always well though out, nutritious and varied to encourage them to eat a wider variety!

Since our child started they have been happy and content at Acorns and as a parent i'm reassured everyday that they have fun, are happy and are loved by the staff there.
Everyday on collection we get a rundown of their day and also updates on the app. Especially when starting out this was
incredibly comforting.
The staff all know the needs of each child and can tell if they aren't acting like themselves. Then tailoring their approach to the needs of the day.
I couldn't be more pleased with Acorns.

The team and experience at Acorn Emberton has been amazing. As a first time mum returning to work I was nervous leaving my little boy in the hands of someone else, however, I needn't have been nervous! The team were not only amazing with my son, but with my husband and I with helping the settling in
process and the adjustment for all of us. They are warm and welcoming every single day. Every staff member knows his name, his likes, dislikes and how he engages. Staff make a personal effort to build relationships and I feel like they are genuinely interested and care. They have made the transition super easy for all of us, and I cannot thank them enough for everything they do.
We are expecting our second and I can't wait for another little human to experience the Acorn world. Thank you all so much for everything you do.

Our son attends the Nature Kindergarten at Acorn Emberton and has really grown in confidence and loves his time there! We specifically chose this setting because the children are outdoors at all times all year round, the very best place for them to explore, play and learn! The field has so much
space, different areas to explore, and the equipment and activities on offer are great! All the staff are friendly, fun and caring, and communications from them are good, either in person at pick-up/drop-off or through observations/updates. We are also impressed with the variety of nutritious meals/snacks provided.

Our little boy loves nature kindergarten it's perfect for outdoor loving kids, it offers so much for children to play, get muddy and messy and learn about nature. The activity family days are beautifully organised and are amazing also.

Our daughter has recently joined the Nursery and has settled in amazingly well which is testament to the incredible staff in the baby room, kitchen and offices.
Its always hard leaving your little one at nursery but knowing the fun, care & support she is getting in a wonderful safe environment
just takes all the worries away.
I couldn't have wished for her to be in a better setting!

Both of our children are at the nursery and we are so pleased that they are in this setting. Our eldest loves being in the Nature Kindergarten, she is supported and encouraged to be be adventurous and creative.
Our youngest is just starting in the baby room and we are looking forward to seeing her
develop. The staff are very caring, interested in our family and always listen. The communication is great and we enjoy seeing the regular updates and photos on the app. The food is varied and nutritious. We are grateful that our children are being looked after and supported to grow and develop at Acorn Emberton.

Our son absolutely loves his time at this nursery - he is always so happy to arrive and goes straight to his seat for breakfast! From the picture updates we receive and handover feedback, our son has lots of variety throughout the day from playing in the garden to reading books, messy play, soft
play etc. The nursery has been great with him and even purchased some props which suit his interests specifically - a broom because he seems to like cleaning! There's lots of variety with food and I love getting all the updates about what he has been eating throughout the day - he loves his food there. The staff are all very friendly and caring.

The staff are all lovely and love the kids. The kids enjoy going as well. Great communication both on pickup and on the app. When the kids are unwell they do their best to keep them in. The outside space they have is fantastic.

Our son has been at Acorns coming up for 2 years now and even from the first emails we had to arrange visits whilst in the middle of a stressful house move we knew this was the setting for him. Every single staff member genuinely cares about the children and their development. We saw our son's
verbal communication come on leaps and bounds within a matter of weeks of starting and his confidence and independence grow. The team's values and approach to child development align so much with ours and it really does feel like he is with family when he's there. They have also helped us navigate trickier parts of raising a toddler so that we can best support him as he learns his way through the world. I can't thank the team enough for everything and I recommend Acorn Emberton in a heartbeat to anyone needing childcare.
