I've been really impressed with the nursery. My son has a fantastic time every day he's there. The staff are friendly, caring and create a great atmosphere. My son enjoys the large variety of activities available. Overall I would thoroughly recommend the nursery.

I cannot recommend Norfolk House Nursery highly enough, I have sent two children here with only positive things to say. The activities and development opportunities on offer are very well rounded and offer a holistic learning experience for my children, they love it!

Our daughter loves coming to nursery. She has a great bond with the staff and loves all the activities, especially forest school. The staff are really warm and friendly and there are also lovely extra curriculum sessions that our daughter loves too

We cannot recommend NHN highly enough and have done so at every opportunity.
Going back to full-time work was so daunting, but made infinitely easier knowing our daughter is in such good care with the team.
There isn't a day she isn't excited to go to see the team or her friends, and is
absolutely thriving. The team are kind, dedicated and supportive - every day that we collect our daughter, we're confident we made the right choice with NHN Moseley.
We're also hugely appreciative of how considerate their hours are - it makes such a huge difference and is a big contributor to how supported we feel.

All of the staff are so lovely and can't do enough for you.
Our Son settled in really well due to the warm and caring nature of all the girls in his room and how they adapted his care with his needs in mind. His transition to Babies two was really smooth and as parents we were reassured at every
step of the process. He loves his days at nursery, they are always filled with fun and exciting activities with lots of variety and opportunities for experiencing new things.
I am always confident he will have the best day and the staff will always look after him with the highest care. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Brilliant nursery, lovely staff that make a real effort to build a great relationship with kids and parents. Honestly could not be happier with our experience. Lots of feedback to parents about how our little ones are getting on, and a meaningful focus on child development and nutrition.

Norfolk House is such a warm and welcoming place - everyone is friendly and we are so pleased with the strong and positive bonds our little one has formed with the staff. It's a joy to drop her off and see her happily go in and start playing. Activities are varied and educational and well suited to

Their genuine love for the children shines through, and the management team creates a warm, organised, nurturing environment that feels like an extension of home. Her development has been remarkable, thanks to the stimulation, social interaction, and thoughtful activities each day. We have had an excellent experience with Norfolk House. The staff are incredibly attentive, kind, and professional, and I have complete trust that my son, Téo, is cared for to the highest standard. He is always so happy in their company and even chooses a toy from home each day to take in for a
member of staff, which speaks volumes about the bonds he's formed. The team are always open, honest, and approachable - they listen carefully to any concerns and communicate clearly about Téo's needs, from what he has eaten during the day to areas of learning we can support at home. Having spoken with many other parents about their nursery experiences, Norfolk House stands out as the best by far. They truly live up to their reputation.

Staff are very friendly, motivated and committed to the children, ensuring nursery is a welcoming place to learn and play! They put on a wide variety of activities for the children, including forest school which is a firm favourite!

I would thoroughly recommend Norfolk House Nursery Oxford Road to all parents. Since attending, our 13 month old has thrived thanks to the incredible care of staff and high quality curriculum. She is very happy there and the staff are very friendly and supportive. Nothing is too much trouble. We did
not hesitate to book our second child into the same nursery.

Our daughter has been happily attending for almost a year and we couldn't be happier with the care and attention she receives. She has been treated like an individual from her first day. Her key workers have been amazing and have gotten to know her really well. The staff are friendly and
conscientious, and all seem happy to be at work. Everyone was very supportive during our initial settling-in period. Communication with nursey management has always been clear and easy, and the managers seem to know the children well. The range of activities offered is great so the timetable is nice and varied. Food is apparently much better than at home.

We have 2x children who have attended Norfolk house (Oxford road) from babies through to pre school graduation. The nursery provide a warm nurturing environment with caring staff who go above and beyond to ensure children are well cared for, happy and learning. Activities are numerous, varied and
well enjoyed by the children. The management team go above and beyond responding to queries promptly and helping whenever needed. I recommend to everyone I speak to.

The team has been incredibly attentive, careful, and proactive in meeting her dietary needs, giving us real peace of mind each day. Knowing she is safe, understood, and included in everything makes all the difference.

My son started late last year in the babies room. He is thriving and enjoys attending.
All the staff are friendly and welcoming. His key worker and all the nursery nurses are very caring and attentive.

Staff communication with us has been excellent. Induction/transition was done thoughtfully, with staff clearly aware that it is a transition for parents too. Staff put a lot of effort into planning experiences and activities for the children, including several themed around seasonal events or
special days. The nursery hosts regular stay and plays so families can get to know staff and see what the environment is like. Managers know our child well and are involved in their education and care. The nursery seems to be a happy place with happy, hard-working staff.

I have taken part in a stay and play where my daughter's future key worker was able to inform me with lots of interesting and vital detail about a typical day at Norfolk house Nursery. I left feeling so reassured and welcomed by her. In addition to this, I received a lovely email thanking us for
