We are very happy with the care and support our child receives at this nursery. The staff are genuinely caring, attentive, and professional. They take time to understand each child's needs and create a welcoming, nurturing environment. We have seen great progress in our child's development, both socially and emotionally, since joining. The daily activities are well-planned and engaging, and regular updates help us stay connected with what our child is learning and experiencing. It is reassuring to know that our child is in a safe, positive place where they are encouraged to grow, explore, and build confidence. We truly appreciate the dedication of the entire team. Highly recommended for any parents looking for a supportive and caring nursery setting.

My daughter attends a lovely nursery where she has truly flourished. The staff are absolutely wonderful-warm, caring, and always attentive to each child's needs. They create a nurturing and supportive environment that makes every child feel welcome and valued. My daughter speaks about her teachers with so much joy and affection. The nursery itself is beautiful, with bright, well-organised rooms full of engaging toys, books, and learning resources. The outdoor area is safe and inviting, encouraging children to play and explore freely. Most importantly, my daughter feels completely safe and happy there. She looks forward to going every day, and that gives us so much peace of mind as parents. The communication from the staff is excellent, and we always feel involved in her learning journey. We're truly grateful for the care and attention she receives.

We are very happy with the Smarty Pants Abbey Lane, the staff is amazing and knowledgeable. I would recommend the nursery to all new parents or for working parents, my child is happy to go every time, he plays and learn lots of new things every day. I could see the progress he made from day 1 until now.

Initially, it was a struggle for our son to relax in an environment where he didn't have us there to cling to, including being with other family members. He was welcomed to Smarty Pants and staff were very patient and reassuring with the settling in period. Now I find it difficult to get him to come home with me at the end of the day! I've also struggled with separation anxiety and found it difficult to surrender that feeling of being in control of your child's safety but our sons development has come on leaps and bounds in the short time he's been there. We are so grateful to all the staff and especially his key worker. We will be moving to another city soon and it honestly breaks my heart to lose the beautiful connections the staff have worked so hard to build. The variety of activities are enough to keep any child curious and they have a beautiful outdoor space.

I am extremely happy with the care and attention my child has received at Smarty Pants Nursery (January 2025- March 2025). The staff are incredibly accommodating, ensuring my little one feels comfortable and well looked after. The nursery offers excellent playful activities like sand play, colouring, kitchen corner and reading books that keep the children engaged and excited to learn. Special events like Mother's Day celebrations add a lovely personal touch, making the experience even more memorable. My child has also picked up many nursery rhymes, which shows how well they are learning in a fun and interactive environment. The key person assigned to my child adjusted so well and has been very interactive, creating a strong bond that has helped my child feel secure. Overall, I feel my child is in good hands at Smarty Pants Nursery, and I highly recommend it to other parents looking for a nurturing and engaging place for their little ones!

Our daughter attended Smarty Pants from 6-months-old up until 4.5-years-old and recently left to start reception. Smarty Pants provided a loving and warm environment, and we were always impressed with the care and attention given to our daughter and her progress at each stage. The staff are outstanding, and I always saw genuine affection for my child, and she was always excited and happy to attend. We felt that our little girl was very well prepared for school with lots of learning in the last year in the pre-school room. The outdoor space is lovely, and we especially liked that the nursery overlooked the park. The activities each day were varied, and the food was of high quality also. I would recommend this nursery without reservation.

My eldest attended here 2017 - 2021, and my youngest is currently in the toddler room. The staff are fantastic and make this nursery so special; very rare that they have a changeover of staff and that really helps the children to relax and feel secure. The outside space is large in comparison to other nurseries I viewed prior to choosing Smarty Pants. The baby room has great equipment/spaces; it's an awesome space for crawlers. I think my eldest wants to give a massive shout out to the chef too - because she always asks me to make food 'just like nursery does'.

We've had a fantastic experience with Smarty Pants nursery - caring staff, happy environment, and our son always loved going there. He's now moving into school, and we will be so sad to see him leave (whilst being excited for him at the same time). Thank you, Smarty Pants, for giving our son a great start!

I love Smarty Pants. My child attended from the age of 11-months, and I always felt he was looked after so well. They do great activities with the kids. It’s a lovely, cosy nursery. The staff are all professional and so kind. I will definitely be sending my second child to the nursery.

Not returning the deposit I have made a year ago. They are constantly ignoring my calls and emails. I have been asking for months but unfortunately with no result. Very unprofessional. The managing bodies can be rude and arrogant.
