My son has been in the baby room since just after his first birthday and we are really pleased with our experience at pump house. Staff are kind, caring, flexible and provide an engaging and stimulating environment. Staff are really good at communicating with parents and we love the daily updates.
Our son does so many activities here that we would not have thought of otherwise and he comes home learning many new words all the time. The premises is modern and clean and the cost is good for London. They celebrate many events throughout the year and are so welcoming to children and parents.

The pump house day nursery has been so welcoming to my daughter and myself, she is so happy there and learns so much, she has great bonds with all of staff and they all take their time to get to know the children properly and it really shows. My daughter is so happy at the nursery and settled in
very well, so thank you guys so much for always doing your best and making all of the children happy

We first started at The Pump House with our now 6yr old and decided to come back for our youngest. He's been going since 8 months old and is now 1.
The team are amazing-so supportive and really care about the kids and the parents too. Our little one loves going, no tears at all, just smiles and
sometimes doesn't want to come home!
We love getting the daily updates and seeing all the fun activities they get up to. He eats better than I do every day!
We're really happy with The Pump House and would definitely recommend it.

We are delighted with George's nursery and couldn't have asked for a better place for him. The staff are truly amazing - kind, patient, and very caring - and it's clear they genuinely love what they do. From the start, they made George feel safe, comfortable, and happy, which meant a great deal to
us as parents.
George has settled in wonderfully and has grown in confidence and independence since attending. The activities are engaging and well thought out, and the nurturing environment helps the children develop both socially and emotionally. Communication with the nursery is also excellent, which gives us great peace of mind.
Overall, we are very grateful to the entire team for their dedication and warmth. We highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a loving, supportive, and professional environment for their child.

After a very bad experience with another local nursery in Brentford, discovering The Pump House was truly refreshing. From the very first day, we were welcomed by a warm, friendly, and genuinely caring team who immediately made us and our little one feel at home.
Their communication has been great,
we receive regular updates and photos of the kids' day, something we never had with the previous nursery, and it has made such a difference in feeling connected to our daughter's day.
A special thank you to Tamera, Maria, Amira, Thea and Victoria (to name a few!) whose kindness, patience, and attentiveness shine through every single day. Their dedication gives us so much peace of mind, and it's clear how much our daughter adores them.
Most importantly, our daughter is always happy to go in, which speaks louder than any words I could ever share. We couldn't be more grateful for the wonderful environment The Pump House provides. Highly recommended!

My son started at Pump House Nursery in September and after coming from a really bad experience at another nursery, we were quite anxious. From the first day, Pump House has been incredible with him. It took some time for him to settle, but the team put in so much effort. They even extended his
settling in period and really considered our needs throughout.
Even though the nursery manager changed just as we were joining, Lyn has been absolutely wonderful. She listens to every comment we make, takes action when needed, and keeps communication clear and supportive. The management team as a whole has been very helpful.
The nursery itself has a lovely garden and indoor space which my son adores because he loves running around and exploring. They also take the children out regularly to see the ducks and visit pets at home which is such a thoughtful touch. The staff in the baby room are genuinely caring and loving and it shows in how happy and comfortable my son is there.

Our little boy has been at Pump House for about six months now. The staff are just brilliant with the little ones - warm and caring, and the whole place has a really relaxed, cosy feel to it.
It's also been amazing to watch how much he's come on with his development since starting. But the main
thing for us is that he's just so happy to be there. He goes in with a big smile every morning and he's just as cheerful when we pick him up at the end of the day, which really says it all.
The building itself is a big plus too - it's modern, clean and a really beautiful space for the kids. We honestly can't recommend the team and the nursery enough.

Overall were very happy with the nursery. Our son started in baby room and now he's in pre-school room.
All staff are kind and very helpful. They always inform if any issues or changes happen at the nursery.
The application which they use is very helpful, always updated with latest information.
Usually response to any messages is pretty fast. Our son really enjoy going to the nursery and made some good friends there. I would recommend!

My daughter joined The Pump House Nursery in January 2023. Throughout her time there, the entire team has gone above and beyond in providing exceptional care, attention, and love. In 2023, my daughter was diagnosed with ASD, and the support she received from the nursery exceeded all of my
expectations. The teachers worked tirelessly to ensure that her needs were met, showing a level of care and dedication that I will always be grateful for. I've worked closely with the team on her EHCP, and the process was handled with such professionalism and care, making me feel reassured every step of the way. The growth I've seen in my daughter-from her confidence to her communication skills-has been nothing short of remarkable. The communication between myself and the nursery has been seamless, and the support we both received has been unparalleled. I couldn't recommend the Nursery enough. They are a fabulous team and I am forever grateful for the incredible difference they've made in her life.

We love our child's development while she has been with The Pump House Day Nursery. Two staff members in particular are awesome. Our daughter joined the preschool and she has grown with all the staff, developed bonds and learnt social skills.

Our daughter has been going to the Pump House in Brentford since January and we can't be happier.
She is very well looked after, every time we go to pick her up you can tell that the children are happy.
All the staff is superb, super caring for the children and very supportive with their growth.
Another plus point for us was that the nursery is very open to parents and there is great communication between nursery and family.
Last but not least, they have a proper kitchen in house, and they have a lovely lady Chef who cooks delicious meals from scratch for the kids which my daughter really enjoys.
We highly recommend The pump house day nursery.

All of the staff at Pump House are lovely, kind, nurturing and take time to get to know my little one on a personal level. They make a conscious effort to give daily updates that help us to loop into our babies day. They give regular feedback on progress and work with us to ensure milestones are
met. My little one is excited to attend every day and it's helped eased my mind sending her into the nursery. She loves all of the food that is made and has developed so much since attending! Thank you.

My boys have been attending this nursery since 1 and it has been an absolute pleasure. They have grown and flourished in this environment and have become independent little boys who are taking their next journey to school.
The environment is amazing and the teachers are friendly and supportive of

My son has been attending this nursery since he was 1 year old and is now thriving in the toddler room. Under the current nursery manager's leadership, there have been remarkable positive changes that have greatly enhanced the nursery experience.
One of the highlights for us has been the weekly
football and Spanish sessions. These sessions have added so much value to my child's week, providing both physical activity and exposure to a new language in a fun and engaging way.
Overall, we are delighted with our nursery experience and would highly recommend it to other parents looking for a nurturing environment with enriching activities.

My daughter started the baby room at 13 months old and we are happy with how she has been handled and she has made good progress in her development. The staff is great and provides regular updates and is always ready to answer any questions that we have. Very happy with the nursery and am glad that
it is near our home.

Our daughter has been attending the Pump House Day Nursery (baby room) since she was only 3 months old, and we have been so impressed with how quickly she settled in. She has developed very strong bonds with her key worker as well as with other lovely staff in the baby's room. She always seems so
happy to go in the morning! She has also become a really sociable child, and we love to see the regular baby's room updates throughout the week and detailed development updates about her every month. We cannot speak highly enough of this wonderful nursery!
