I would like to appreciate the team at New Milton for looking after my daughter since she was 9 months. On admission at FF nursery She met Lucy, who was her key worker. My daughter became so attached to Lucy, however the team at the nursery gently managed to break the bond. I would like to thank
Nicola and Jodie for their dedication in ensuring that our babies are safe. Please l, when looking for a nursery always consider how many falls babies have in their care. My daughter joined FF nursery September 2024. She has had only 3 very minor falls. Through their care & support she was able to count 1-10, 1-5 backwards, ABC -Z at just 22 months. Her pen/pencil grip is excellent

My son started at YMCA 7 months ago and he has come on leaps and bounds with his development. I’m kept up to date with all that he is doing (including photos and videos) whilst he’s there via the app which is very reassuring, particularly in the beginning when you are feeling worried about leaving
them! On top of this, he has an allocated key worker who also keeps me up to date on drop-offs and pick-ups! I also recently attended a parent's evening which I thought was a lovely touch! The staff are all so friendly, it really is a lovely little nursery! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for help with childcare!

My granddaughter suffers with trauma, the management has done everything possible to make this easy for her and has been supportive to her and me. I'm also my granddaughter's foster carer. The manager has given me some ideas to try with her to help her behaviours.
