My daughter started coming here in September and she absolutely loves it here, we have seen her come on leaps and bounds since being here! The staff are so lovely, my daughter has a big smile on her face as soon as they open the door for her. I would highly recommend first friends as a nursey for your child.

My daughter Nora recently moved to this nursery from another. We were extremely nervous about moving her to a different location but the nursery manager and staff have made the transition such a delight. She is so much happier in this new space where she gets to run around freely and be outside whenever she wants. It's made us so happy to see her thriving and all she talks about is running around and playing with the dinosaur. She loves it here.

My son started at YMCA 7 months ago and he has come on leaps and bounds with his development. I’m kept up to date with all that he is doing (including photos and videos) whilst he’s there via the app which is very reassuring, particularly in the beginning when you are feeling worried about leaving them! On top of this, he has an allocated key worker who also keeps me up to date on drop-offs and pick-ups! I also recently attended a parent's evening which I thought was a lovely touch! The staff are all so friendly, it really is a lovely little nursery! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for help with childcare!

My granddaughter suffers with trauma, the management has done everything possible to make this easy for her and has been supportive to her and me. I'm also my granddaughter's foster carer. The manager has given me some ideas to try with her to help her behaviours.
