I highly recommend Ashbourne Wing - the team are absolutely incredible! They are so attentive and genuinely take the time to get to know your little one and their quirks. It's clear how much care they put into what they do - from seasonal crafts to fun sports day.

Ashbourne at Wing is a fantastic childcare setting. We're onto child #3, and over the last 5 years we've seen the brilliant 'nursery ladies' handle everything from squabbles to Covid with professionalism and love. We've had matters of concern addressed immediately, and we have no question that our kids will be looked after to the standard we expect. My older kids still talk about the friends they made there, and the staff are delighted to see them and find out how they're getting on. Through many changes of staff over the years, the culture and quality of the place has remained superb, and the 'experienced hands' seem to hire and nurture more like them to bolster the ranks.

Always very friendly happy staff who really care and always look for the best for our child. She loves going to nursery and always happy to see them. She comes home so happy telling us what she has done.

Child had been going to Ashbourne at Wing since January and I can't fault it. The staff are lovely and welcoming. They have great activities throughout the year from dress up to sports days there's always an activity to keep the kids entertained! Wouldn't highly recommend Ashbourne at wing!

Both of our children have attended Ashbourne nursery in Wing from a very young age and we've always been very happy with the level of care they've received. Our youngest is almost at the end of their time at the nursery and we'll be sad for them to leave. Both our children have been very well supported and always enjoyed going to nursery. The ladies are super friendly and approachable and even at times if we've had issues, they always take these seriously and I feel like action is taken promptly. We have had issues previously due to mis communication regarding changing of core hours and additional charges, which we picked up on and were able to correct, but had we been less vigilant it could have gone unnoticed. Since new management has come in it feels like this has been sorted. Overall we are very happy and would recommend.

We have been so happy with the care of both our children at Wing nursery! All staff members are so kind and caring and have made transitioning from nursery to school with our eldest so much easier! Thank you to all the staff at Wing!

My daughter adores your setting, she's always so happy to attend. As a parent you have to feel comfortable leaving your child in an environment you know they will thrive in and here I most certainly do. Staff are always so friendly and helpful and the nursery manager is always very approachable and eager in getting the children to participate in activities such as forest school and walks around the village. 5 stars from us.

Our daughter is just coming up to the end of 4 years at this nursery, and she's been very happy here. Staff are extremely warm and have excellent relationships with the kids and key staff have been around for a long time so kids have consistency. Discipline has always seemed very good, all the kids are polite, well-behaved and have developed really strong friendships. That said, we have had some issue with the management: major changes to how care is structured, staff changes and changes to the hours just haven't been communicated at all, and we have very little visibility into what goes on behind the door - only what our daughter tells us. We've also struggled to get our daughter the support she has needed with toileting difficulties, to the point that we are only just starting to make progress because our daughter is more able to take responsibility herself and not rely on staff to help or remind her. There is a new manager so hopefully this will change.

I am so happy that we found Ashbourne. We moved and needed a place quickly and Ashbourne were right there to help support us. They made the transition easy and stress free for myself and my Son. My Son has absolutely loved his time here and will be sad to be leaving next month to start reception. I think the program they put on and the care provided is outstanding and I trust them fully in all their decisions. My daughter has as well recently started and hasn't taken long to feel comfortable in her surroundings. I would highly recommend Ashbourne to anyone local looking for a placement.

My child absolutely loves attending here, the staff are fantastic and the environment is so engaging. My little girl drags me out the house every day to come and in her previous setting it was a battle to get her out. So relieved we moved her and grateful for the team for their support!

What a wonderful nursery, my granddaughter absolutely loves going there and cannot wait to get there in the mornings she has learnt so much in the last couple of months and has come on leaps and bounds in her language and numbers . The senior manager is so lovely and all the staff are friendly and welcoming, they are very encouraging with the children when playing or during activities they give good feedback on the day and make time to talk to people. it's a delight to collect my granddaughter so happy and excited to tell me what she has been exploring through out the day

Both out children have attended Ashbourne Day Nursery at Wing, with my daughter still there. We cannot fault the nursery or their staff and are beyond happy with both our children's experiences. The staff especially make it so wonderful and always catch up with my son when he comes to pick up his sister.

Ashbourne Day Nursery was a fantastic nursery for my little one! Their communication was effective and they were great at sharing the engaging activities that they were doing on a regular basis. I highly recommend this nursery to anyone in Wing, especially the care and attention that we received with our son.

My niece loves going to nursery, she is so excited when she see the door. The staff are very friendly and give good feedback about her day they seem to know the children really well. The manager is very friendly and approachable, she made a really effort to introduce herself, its also nice that she is getting to know each individual child. The children have a lot of different activities to explore which is nice to see we spend time talking about her day on the way home.

Our daughter received inadequate care on a number of occasions during her nursery experience here, and even when issues escalated to management, the issues unfortunately continued. Her basic needs were not met therefore we would not recommend this nursery.

We came to view the nursery in November 2021 on a recommendation from my sister-in-law who has a child in a different Ashbourne Nursery. As we are first-time parents, there were a lot of nerves and questions from our side. The staff were excellent in answering all our questions and providing the information we needed to give us reassurance. He has been there for a while now and does full four days a week. My son absolutely loves it there. He is a very busy child and is provided with an amazing range of activities that meet all his needs and encourages learning. The staff are absolutely amazing and show a genuine passion for what they do. They have created a very safe environment for our little one. The rooms are well equipped with a wide variety of toys and the outside play spaces are any child’s dream. Meals and snacks are healthy, well-balanced and cater for my very picky eater. (They do have an amazing chef). Such a great team, zero faults.

Fantastic nursery, with a great team of practitioners. Everyone is made to feel welcome. My Goddaughter always has a great day. The nursery is in a great location with easy parking, I really would recommend.

My son has recently joined Ashbourne at Wing and I can say, without hesitation, he loves it! The staff have gone above and beyond to ensure his transition into full days at nursery was smooth, and that he felt safe and settled before beginning his time there. There is a real sense of community and a focus on the individual, allowing space and support for him to grow at his own pace and explore his individual interests, whilst also learning and developing his social skills. At 18 months my son, like many during the pandemic, has spent a lot of his very early life quite cut off from others; within the month he has been at Wing he has become more relaxed, sociable and sensitive to other children, which is magic to see. We can't praise the staff or the facilities highly enough and wouldn't hesitate in recommending it to anyone.

Amazing nursery along with the staff, our son loves attending nursery. The staff are friendly, bubbly and have been an absolute pleasure for our son to attend. Hats off to you all, you do a sterling job from learning and development for all ages.

My daughter started nursery here in January. The team were fantastic with getting her to settle in and within a few weeks, she is like a different child! She is smiling and happy when she gets to nursery, her development has come on in leaps and bounds and as a parent, I couldn’t be happier knowing my daughter is happy, healthy and well looked after.
