My daughter has attended this nursery since April 2024, first in the baby snug and now in the toddler room. My daughter took a little while to settle in, but the staff were so supportive, especially Millie, who did everything she could to get my daughter to feel happy and comfortable. Now she is
absolutely thriving in the toddler room. She loves the big garden and having the independence to choose where she goes and what she plays with. She loves telling us about her day and even makes her dad play nursery with her, "dropping him off, getting him breakfast and playing inn the garden". I'm so happy we chose to send her here.

Absolutely love sending Amelia here, the staff are lovely, caring & very helpful, she has been in baby snug for just under 1 year and she has learnt so much. She absolutely adores her key worker Kerry that is very nice to see. Thank you Shoreham team x

I would like to take a moment to recognise and appreciate the incredible leadership provided by the manager and deputy at the setting. Their dedication to ensuring that everyone feels safe, valued and empowered is evident in everything do.
I'm so proud of how much my daughter has developed since
joining the setting. She has grown in confidence, independence, and is now exceeding in every area of her learning and development.
It's been amazing to watch her thrive both socially and academically. Her communication skills have improved greatly, she's showing a strong curiosity for learning, and her enthusiasm for coming in each day speaks volumes about the nurturing environment created by the staff.

My son has been attending since January and he has absolutely bloomed! His speech has come along amazing. The staff are amazing, I couldn't ask for better people to be looking after my boy! They're so caring and show true passion for their work!

Since my daughter has started in the baby room in November she has already in a short few months come such a long way in her development. Her key worker is great with her and I know my daughter is in the best care with her as they have such a lovely bond. The other ladies are amazing too, they are
always there checking in and answering any questions when needed. It really shows how much the staff care about the children and parents.

Both my children have attended this nursery, and my oldest is now thriving in reception which I believe is due to the amazing staff at nursery preparing him so well for school. My youngest bounces in in the mornings, saying the staff are all her best friends. My children have always loved it here
and I couldn't be happier!

My son has been attending since 10 months old, he has thrived with the care and support of the staff within the nursery. I'm always filled in about how his day has been and they go above and beyond for my son, even down to meal times and meeting his needs/preferences.
My son loves being outside and
the fact they have such a big outdoor space is such a great feature that he benefits from every day.

My son has been attending from the term after his second birthday and we as a family have had a long wait for a referral due to speech delays etc and have had a diagnosis of duchenne muscular dystrophy in the mix as well! Although we are still waiting on the other referral, the staff have always
been so supportive not only to our son but to us as a family too and little one has come on leaps and bounds since he started attending. Great setting for any child regardless of needs! The garden is definitely my sons favourite place to be.

My twin sons have attended Shoreham Day Nursery since February 2022, and I can honestly say the staff have been incredible and so supportive of our boys every step of the way. One in particular has helped us navigate the world of SEND, and honestly, I don't know how we would have gotten through the
process of obtaining an EHCP without her. I would wholeheartedly recommend Shoreham Day Nursery to any parent due to the caring nature of the team, the effort they put in, and the lovely amount of outside space that the nursery has to offer, but particularly to parents of SEND children, as their knowledge and support has been invaluable.

The toddler room has been a fantastic space for my granddaughter's growth and development. I've noticed incredible improvements in her social, cognitive, and physical skills. The structured environment, filled with engaging activities, has helped her gain confidence in exploring new things and
interacting with other children. The staff take the time to understand my granddaughter's needs. They have made this such a positive experience for her, and I'm so grateful for their dedication. Two members of staff in particular have been absolutely amazing in making the settling-in process for my granddaughter smooth and reassuring for both her and us. From the very beginning, they've shown genuine warmth and care, creating a comforting environment that puts our minds at ease. Their constant communication and thoughtful updates helped us feel connected and confident that she was in the best hands. Their patience and understanding, especially during those early, emotional days, have made all the difference.

My niece has been attending Shoreham Day Nursery and Pre-school for some time now and I can't believe the developmental change in her. When starting she had very little language but now she is non-stop talking, the nursery support the family while the challenge of potty training occurred giving
great advice and tips! I can clearly see the positive relationships she has created at the nursery with staff and children. Mainly the manager and another staff member in particular she always looks forward to seeing. The staff are clearly dedicated to my niece's learning, always explaining what she has been doing for the day and giving ideas on how her learning can be incorporated at home too.

My daughter has been attending this nursery since Oct 2023. She is currently going through a CDC referral and I honestly couldn’t fault this nursery with supporting her needs. Everyone on the staff is very welcoming, and the manager of this nursery goes above and beyond to support the children. She
also takes a great time around pick-up time to discuss the day they have had, which I think is really important. The nursery itself has a wonderful garden and there is also lots of sensory play facilities inside and out which my daughter thoroughly enjoys.

Shoreham Day Nursery and pre-school have gone above and beyond supporting my son. He joined the nursery when he was 2 and will be leaving soon to go to school. I have truly never met such passionate individuals who want what is best for the children but are also there for us as parents with any
advice and support we may need. I am truly thankful that my son got to go to this nursery and had the best start for his future. He is also a typical boy and loves to be outside, the garden is amazing!

Fantastic nursery, the manager is a star couldn’t have asked for a better person to be in charge of the staff at the nursery, they are brilliant human beings, they always hand over so well and explain what my child has done throughout the day. I am extremely confident that the needs of my child are
being met every single day and most importantly I trust them with my child. I love Shoreham Day Nursery.

Our daughter joined Shoreham Day Nursery and Pre-school at 14 months. We viewed many nurseries, but received the warmest welcome on our first visit here from all the staff. Since then, our daughter enjoyed coming to nursery every single day. It has spacious play areas inside and a beautiful big
garden open to enjoy throughout the day. Food is always cooked fresh and delicious, as my daughter would say ‘more please’. Staff members are very friendly and professional, always offering their time to discuss our daughter’s day at pick-ups. They truly became nursery family who we will always be grateful for. You have been fabulous! Thank you for hours of fun and learning that our daughter enjoyed each day and for always being so supportive also to us parents. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

My son absolutely loves going to nursery and the girls are absolutely amazing with him! I couldn’t imagine him going anywhere else; especially after going to one before and having worries about it. His care there. I have no worries and am always happy to leave him there.

Shoreham Day Nursery and Pre-school have gone above and beyond for my son! The nursery has a large, beautiful garden and a very wide variety of resources and toys. They have supported me and my son through any developmental concerns I have had, and I cannot explain how much of a difference this has
made. The manager always has time to listen and support with any changes and the staff are truly invested in the welfare of every child. The meals provided are healthy and interesting. My son's speech and language skills have improved more than I could have ever imagined and that’s thanks to all the hard work and patience of the staff.

My nephew currently attends the nursery and I have seen a huge change in him since starting. The staff are always very friendly and nothing is too much of an ask. My nephew has a lovely connection with the staff and he likes to tell me all about the things they have done with his friends. I am
currently pregnant with my first child and have no hesitation that my child will be coming here in the future. The manager has already had conversations with me regarding my child attending and has already offered us help and reassurance.

As a first-time Mum, Shoreham Day Nursery & Pre-school have made me feel really at ease. They have been so attentive from our very first visit and continue to be so, always asking if anything has changed in my son's routine and calling us if they ever have a query. All meals are cooked fresh, and so
far, my son hasn't turned anything down! They are committed to sustainability, using organic toys, minimal plastic and recycling where possible. I feel that they are very invested in the happiness and welfare of the children they look after. My son (and I!) have settled in very well. Many thanks, all.

My two-year-old son, who is a lockdown baby, started in January doing two half days a week; he was struggling with his speech, and he also doesn’t like crowds of other children. He has come out of his shell whilst being at Shoreham Day Nursery and Pre-school, and the staff and manager always keep me
up to date on his progress with his speech (which is coming along amazingly) and how he is finally making friends with other children and playing with them instead of sitting playing by himself. I and my partner are incredibly happy with the manager who went through the process of helping us with the registration process and the three-year funding. Thank you to both the manager and the staff for their outstanding care and support.
