Number 9 has been so much more than a nursery for our son. From when he started at six months, the team have cared for him, encouraged him, and genuinely loved him. They gave him the space to grow, to be curious, and to become the kind, confident little boy he is today. Leaving has been really tough because knowing he was safe and happy there gave us such peace of mind. The foundation they've given him means he's ready for his next step, and we'll always be grateful for the impact they've had on him - and on us as a family.

Both my children have attended Number 9 and I can't thank the staff enough. Everyone from the nursery workers, the admin staff, the amazing chef and management work so hard to ensure the best experience for little ones. They nurtured and cared for my children so well and I loved seeing everything they got up to. My daughter thrived there and is so confident ahead of starting reception. Sadly, because we relocated, my son was only there for a few months and I was so upset to cut his experience short, especially after the amazing work from the baby room to settle him in. This nursery is the thing I will miss most about the area and I couldn't recommend it more.

Honestly such an amazing nursery. The staff are warm and caring. You can tell they genuinely want the best for your child. We would highly recommend Number 9 nursery. For us it is the best nursery in the area. 10/10

I chose Number 9, 5 years ago when I went along for a viewing with a friend, I wasn't even looking for a nursery at the time! I was blown away by the facilities and the staff were lovely and very warm! I've since left both of my boys in their care and it's been the best decision I've ever made regarding their start to life! They have been cared for in the best possible way, they've built such beautiful relationships with team as have I. They are confident, smart and caring boys who have made some amazing friends and have both left their Preschool journey with a great understanding of phonics, can both count up to 10 in French and have fab social skills! They were both so ready to start to school I'm genuinely so sad to leave! IF we ever have Baby #3 we'll be back! Highly recommend Number 9! A huge thank you to the manager and the team! My boys and I love you all!

Number 9 has been a truly wonderful nursery experience for our family. Our son attended for three years and loved every minute - and now our daughter has just "graduated" as she prepares to start school in September. It's the end of a very special chapter for us. What makes Number 9 so exceptional is the people. The staff are incredibly kind, caring, and genuinely invested in each child's happiness and development. You can feel the warmth and joy the moment you walk through the door. Both of our children have thrived here - not just academically, but emotionally and socially. They've come home singing songs, proudly showing off their arts and crafts, and talking about feelings and kindness in a way that's been so lovely to witness. Number 9 doesn't just prepare children for school - it nurtures them as people. We'll always be grateful for the love, patience, and dedication shown by everyone at the nursery. Thank you, Number 9, for giving our children the best possible start.

Our daughter was at Number 9 from 10 months old until school age. She loved the nursery as did we. The staff are so welcoming, warm, supportive and patient. They'd always greet us with a smile and were brilliant with our sensitive, strong minded, sharp little one :) She blossomed during her time at number 9 and we're so grateful. The team always go the extra mile. We're a year on now and our little girl is now well settled in her school. She still fondly talks about Number 9 and misses her teachers. We highly recommend Number 9 to any parents looking for a safe, supportive, nurturing nursery for their child...just please save us a space if we have another little one in the future!

My boy started in number nine since 6 months. He is well taken care of and the staff are nice and helpful. He moves to the toddler room and he loves the nursery. When I asked my boy about his life in the nursery, he always answers me with a big smile. I think this is the kind of nursery children and parents love.

Simply the best nursery in the area (and beyond). The effort the team goes to to ensure a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for the children is just incredible. They organise a great diverse range of activities and things for the children to do. Watching my 3yr old come home being able to start to read and write her own name is pretty cool. I can highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Number 9. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and reassured. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and truly dedicated to the well-being and development of every child. The nursery really makes it feel like a home from home environment. I would highly recommend Number 9.

My child has made excellent progress at Number 9 over the last 3.5 years. The pre-school team are doing an exemplary job of getting him ready for primary school, with the embedding of phonics in particular. His homework is manageable and effective, and really helps us understand what he needs to do to transition to primary. We feel this is setting him up for success for this September and hope the same will apply for our other child who is in the baby room currently.

Great nursery. Our daughter loves going and her day is packed with activities throughout the day. Compared to the other nurseries we reviewed, number 9 was by far the one with the best facilities (especially the outdoor space) and the cleanest. Since attending we can see why its rated so well on legitimate day care sites as the staff are great too.

Our son was in the Baby room at Number 9 The Nursery for a year and absolutely loved it. He was so well cared for and looked after and I felt so confident that he would be happy there during the day. He settled in so well, participated in lots of different activities and events and was always welcomed with lots of smiles and cuddles. He has developed so much since he's been at Number 9 and has thrived so much. The staff are lovely, office staff always so helpful and responsive and I couldn't recommend Number 9 more.

What a wonderful nursery - we cannot recommend Number 9 The Nursery enough! My daughter has been so happy there and has come on leaps and bounds! The whole team is brilliant, including the Chef! They are so caring and always go above and beyond. They provide regular online updates and photos which is a lovely touch. The facilities, particularly the garden are fantastic. Thank you so much!

My daughter has attended Number 9 since she was 7 months during Covid. We soon found out how reassuring the place was for her and the entire family. She would not have been who she is now without the constant support, care and fun she had at Number 9. They play outside all the time and she's now an outdoor girl rain or shine! We saw such a big difference from my older son's nursery (which was also lovely but nothing like Number 9) - well-structured, amazing staff who are all super trained and provide numerous opportunities to learn various things. We as a family could not be more grateful for the love and care the nursery has provided and I would recommend to anyone local here.

Both my children have flourished under the care and guidance of Number 9 Nursery. My boy showed signs of Autism which the team supported with his application for an assessment. The team worked with us to be more aware of his needs and tailor their support to meet his needs. He was always happy attending and it was a joy to see him grow and develop under Number 9's care. We have had an excellent experience with Number 9 over the last 3 years and our son has absolutely flourished. The staff have been wonderful at all stages and we will be very sad when we have to leave.

My little daughter came to Number 9 when she was two years old. They helped me realize that there was something wrong with my child, and I promptly consulted a doctor who diagnosed her with autism. I have to say that during such a difficult time, they really provided me with tremendous support. I can deeply feel that my daughter is loved. Her care worker is truly an angel, and I am completely at ease leaving my child with them. The manager here is a very kind lady; you know she is doing her utmost to help you. I feel that both my child and I are very fortunate to have encountered such a nursery. Oh, by the way, my elder daughter also graduated from here.

Having had two children attend the nursery and my youngest about to start school, I'm genuinely gutted we have to leave! Couldn't have wished for a better setting for my daughters. Number 9 has been incredibly friendly, supportive and nurturing. My girls (and I) have made brilliant friends too. I am confident they have the skills to make a flying start at school. And not to be underestimated, the office staff are also fantastic, the systems used are easy and efficient and the communication is excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Number 9 to anyone.

My son started in the baby room in November 2023 and as a new mother, with all the bad news surrounding nurseries, I was apprehensive about sending him to one and going back to work. The assistant manager made both of us feel right at home and from day 1 my son has never cried about going to nursery. The staff in the baby room have ensured my little boy is well looked after and they constantly provide updates throughout the week on how he's doing. Sending my son here was the best decision I've ever made.

Number 9 The Nursery is an outstanding nursery. My little girl attended the nursery for two years before moving to a preschool (we only moved so that she would be familiar with the school she would be attending in September) and she loved being there. My little boy has recently started and took a while to settle, during which the team in the baby room were so lovely and supportive and consequently, he is now very happy and settled at Number 9 (very attached to his key worker which is a great sign!) The facilities are fantastic, there is a lot of space for the children. The outdoor space is one of the best I’ve seen at a nursery and the activities are amazing - they have classes in the week included in the price (e.g. baby ballet, sing and sign) and they have chicks/ducklings which hatch around spring and reindeer at Christmas which are very exciting for the children. The food is also excellent. All nurseries are expensive but you get what you pay for at Number 9 and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Number 9 The Nursery is an outstanding nursery.
