Our daughter started in the baby class and has moved her way up through the classes, the staff are all so lovely. Her key worker is decided by who she warms to as she settles in, always with lots of gradual settle in sessions. We get lovely photo updates via the app and get told what activities and
themes they get up to each week for their learning and fun through play. They are very supportive of potty training which is very helpful. Great food choices, varied health options, all freshly prepared. They are responsive to my little girl as an individual and support her as she needs as she grows (she was quite shy and slower to talk but has really blossomed). They have such a lovely outdoor space and always get outside as much as possible. Can't recommend Busy Bees enough.

We would highly recommend Busy Bees nursery. The staff are kind, patient, and genuinely care about children's happiness and development. The environment is clean, safe, and welcoming, with lots of engaging activities that help children learn and grow. We love the facilities they have and the outside
space. Communication with parents is excellent through the new app, and it's clear how much love and effort goes into everything they do. I always feel confident leaving my child in their care and he always goes in and comes out very happy.

My child has been attending Busy Bees Plymouth since September 2025.
I have seen a great improvement in her skills and speech despite the fact she only goes once a week!
She seems to have a variety of food offered to her, and enjoys the activities that she participates in.
We recieve good,
detailed handovers on collection on her day and recieve good communication on the weeks activities.
Id like to see more pictures in the app, the old app was alot better for this as we got food pictures aswel, but on the other hand it is nice they are focusing on the children and not photographing every moment!
Overall, very happy with Busy Bees Plymouth!

We are incredibly happy that our son attends this preschool. As parents, we couldn't have asked for a better environment for his development.
One of the most impressive things for us is the language progress; although we don't speak English at home, our son has learned it beautifully here. The
school was also instrumental in the potty-training process when he was just 2 years old, offering us huge support.
The curriculum is wonderful-I love that they focus on art by discussing different artists and their work every month. Beyond academics, they prioritize emotional intelligence. Children learn how to cooperate in a group, and the teachers are very proactive in addressing aggression and teaching kids how to regulate their emotions.
What touches me the most, however, is the bond my son has with his teachers. The care and affection they show him are truly heartwarming. I am completely at peace while at work because I know he is in the best possible hands.

I couldn't praise Busy Bees anymore then I do, I really believe that they will be giving another of my children the best start in life at school in September 2026. I had the option to move my child to a nursery much closer to home but decided to commute to keep him at Busy Bees as I have seen what
they do for children and are amazing. Thank you got giving both my boys the best start in school life

We are extremely happy with our son's nursery. The staff are caring, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. The app is updated regularly with photos and observations, which we really appreciate as it keeps us involved in our son's day and development. Since starting, our son has
developed so much, both socially and in his confidence and he is always happy and settled. The environment is welcoming, stimulating, and well organised, and communication with parents is excellent. We feel very reassured knowing our son is in such good hands and would highly recommend this nursery.

From the very first day, this nursery completely put my mind at ease. I was extremely anxious about my son starting, especially as he is still non-speaking and has communication difficulties. But the ladies at the nursery have been nothing short of amazing with him. Their kindness, patience, and
understanding have meant the world to us as a family.
In such a short space of time, I've already seen incredible improvements in his communication, which has been so emotional and reassuring to see. He is so happy and comfortable there and is truly thriving. Seeing how excited he gets when we arrive in the mornings says everything - he absolutely loves nursery. Knowing he is cared for, supported, and understood has taken such a huge weight off my shoulders, and I couldn't be more grateful. I would recommend this nursery to anyone without hesitation.

Busy Bees has been amazing since we first put our daughter in there when she was 8 months old! They are so patient and thier teaching skills are fantastic. Our daughter came home using sign language for things before she could even talk. We are so grateful for how caring they are and how much they
have contributed to our daughter's development.

Staff are wonderful and so engaging with the children. My son always comes home happy and has really advanced in certain areas in readiness for school. The admin team are lovely and helpful. Very flexible with hours. Would recommend for anyone looking for a nursery.

I cannot rate this nursery highly enough, as a single parent I consider the staff to be like family to my son, they are so invested in his development and go above and beyond daily for him. They have been a huge support to me through his developmental milestones and the challenges that come with
that. The managers have tackled difficult conversations with utmost professionalism and are approachable and kind individuals.
The facilities that the nursery provides are second to none, my son is outside as much as possible. The meals are varied and nutritious and my son is now eating independently. Needless to say, the chef is a firm favourite with my boy!
The nursery workers keep me updated with all aspects of my son's care, they use their initiative in implementing new strategies, pushing him to develop new skills. I trust them completely, so a huge shout out to all other room staff members. You are so appreciated!

Outstanding nursery, my son loves coming and enjoys every moment. The staff are super friendly and amazing support for the children and even for the parents. Couldn’t recommend the nursery enough. The only thing I would like different is if we could go into the nursery and see children interact when
picking up.

My child started at Busy Bees Nursery on 5th May, I am very impressed with what I have seen so far. All of the staff have a great passion for what they do. My child loves coming to nursery and has a great bond with the staff here already.

Wonderful, friendly, kind and caring staff. Excellent facilities and equipment available to play and aid learning.
Food provided is healthy, has variety and is prepared on-site.

My baby girl started at 9 months old and she settled in beautifully. The staff are very supportive and kind and provide regular updates on her development and progress. Having their own kitchen and cooking food on site is a great advantage and the menu is diverse. My eldest daughter also attended
the nursery and she loved it. Highly recommend!

Both my children love coming to this nursery, they are really happy getting dropped off each day and have a great relationship with all staff. The staff are lovely and have worked really hard to improve and maintain the nursery’s professional standards. I enjoy getting regular updates on the app
which shows what my children have been doing including regular reviews of their development. There are always a mixture of indoor and outdoor activities which helps them to learn in different ways.

My son started going to nursery at the beginning of2021. Since then, he enjoys all the activities, and he has great connections with all the staff. With recent changes to the nursery, I couldn't be more happy. All my concerns are addressed immediately, and my son has a lot of support with his speech
delay to the point that they care about him learning both languages, which we use at home.

My child is extremely happy at this nursery. They are very active and enjoy the outdoor activities especially when exploring the wooded area. The rooms are well laid out and there are plenty of different activities each day. The staff are very welcoming and positive. If I need to speak to the
nursery, they are willing to make time to see me when I pick up my child. I always get feedback on how/what my child has done during the day and I'm impressed by the staff and thier attitude to parents and children.

My son loves being at Busy Bees. He attends nursery full time and has done since he was 10 months old. We had a couple of settling in sessions and had a lot of confidence in the staff before he started full time.
The staff work hard to promote his interests, encouraging his love of books and
anything with wheels. The gardens and outside spaces are an excellent size and have lovely, high-quality toys and activities. The children spend lots of time outside in anything other than really wet weather. My son often brings home pictures made with a variety of materials - frozen paint was a winner in the summer and we love the Halloween spider made with handprints!
All the staff know him by name and always have lovely things to say about what he has been doing during the day. The staff always communicate well with us ensuring that we know what is going on during the day and we are told about any bump or nock. We are extremely happy with Busy Bees and can't recommend it highly enough.
