We have had a great experience with Green Giraffe - our son absolutely loves going and is always excited to walk straight into the room (he doesn't look back!). The staff are amazing and so attentive, it's lovely hearing about his day from them when we pick him up in the evening. The activities and
food they provide are always great - we have noticed a real development in him since he has been attending. We would definitely recommend to anyone!

Green Giraffe Nursery is great, the staff are all lovely and accommodating. My daughter absolutely loves going in to see them all. She has learnt so much there and I enjoy hearing all about her day. Communication is excellent too, I always know what is going on.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for almost a year. I have been more than impressed with all the teachers and staff within the nursery who all seem to know my daughter personally and have a lovely relationship with her. This is evident from their interactions with her and also the genuine
care for her health and wellbeing in discussions with me. I'm also very happy with the level of communication via the app and face to face which keeps me informed of her development and day to day activities including her meals. I'm confident that she gets balanced meals and I'm notified how much she eats throughout the day too - which is helpful. Regular parents evenings also allow me an opportunity to ask questions about her.

Our daughter loves it at Green Giraffe and we love and trust the hard working staff. Love how much they go outside, great food and different activities all the time. She opens up her arms, big smile and wants to go with the nursery staff of her room who takes her in the morning. That is the best
review for me that I could possibly have.

Green giraffe is an excellent nursery! We're so happy we chose it. Our daughter clearly having a brilliant time and has developed a great bond with her teachers and friends. We are delighted with her progress and learning.

My son has been going to Green giraffe since he was 19 months old. He absolutely loves attending and over the recent years I've slowly increased his attendance, not due to needing to but due to him asking to go more days to be with his friends and the staff who look after him so well! After the
normal settling in period, he runs in and I have never had the guilt feeling of leaving him as he loves attending so much!!
All the staff are attentive and friendly and even when things happen as kids will be kids, they keep me informed of what's happened etc!
The food options are great and my son loves getting involved with baking and making thins!
He also loves the trips and walks which they regularly go on.
Cannot speak highly enough of the nursery. Highly recommend xx

The care towards the children is genuinely heartwarming. All the staff know the children by name, whether in their classroom or not. All of our children have had very happy experiences at Green Giraffe.

I couldn't be happier with Green Giraffe Nursery! After a tough experience with a previous childminder, I was really worried about how my son would settle into a new setting. But from the moment I spoke to them, the staff at Green Giraffe were incredibly warm, caring, and reassuring. They made the
transition so much easier, and he settled in quickly and seems to really enjoy his time there.
The environment is welcoming and the staff are lovely. It's clear that they genuinely care about each child's well-being and development. I couldn't recommend Green Giraffe enough.

My little boy has had a great time at Green Giraffe for nearly the last two years. The staff are amazing and so accommodating and ensuring he is happy. I love the app that lets me know that my son is settled and happy, I can also see what he has eaten and how much of it. I love the fact that you get
a picture to see how they are getting on. The activities that they do are always great and that they always get taken outside weather permitted. I have been really happy with my son's experience and would highly recommend this nursery.

My daughter has been thriving since she started going to The Green Giraffe. She loves going there. She is well looked after, stimulated and develop a strong set of essential skills for her age. We have a great relation with the staff who always take their time to communicate about our child with us.

Lovely caring nursery where both and daughter and son have loved attending. They've made so much progress since attending Green Giraffe and my daughter was perfectly set up to attend primary school. My son continues to attend and loves every minute.

We've had a great experience with Green Giraffe. My son has been going for over three years and has loved it. The staff are always incredibly friendly and supportive and we love that everyone seems to know his name, even when he's not in their classroom. We're moving out of the area otherwise we'd
love for our son to stay and our baby daughter to enrol when she's ready. We'd 100% recommend the nursery.

I would highly recommend Green Giraffe. Katy does an amazing job managing the nursery, keeping parents informed and personally getting to know the children. Maida is also very helpful with any requests which I really appreciate. All of the staff we've come across have been amazing! They show genuine
care for all of the children and are always so friendly. My son doesn't look back at drop off which is a sign of how much he enjoys it! As with all day nurseries, it's not cheap but that's just where we are at the moment ( I.e. industry wide, not specific to GG). The use of the local parks and outdoor facilities is a huge plus too.

My daughter thoroughly enjoys her time at Green Giraffe, and I am content that she is in a safe, happy, caring and nurturing environment. The only issue I think would improve the service provided would be for more use of Welsh within the nursery to assist those children who speak Welsh at home.

I couldn't be happier with the care and attention our daughter receives. The staff in her room are truly wonderful - they took the time to really get to know her and embrace her unique personality. It's clear that they see and celebrate who she is as an individual, which means so much to us as
parents as she's a loving little whirlwind!
They do an amazing job keeping her active, curious mind engaged with new challenges and experiences every day, while still providing a warm, loving environment where she feels safe and valued. It's such a comfort to know she's surrounded by people who not only care for her but also nurture her growth and confidence. We're so grateful for the positive impact they've had on her development and happines.

Green Giraffe is a superbly caring environment in which our children have grown and developed greatly. The staff are so kind and caring and have always looked to accommodate us. Katy has in particular been brilliant over the years, but we can't thank all of the other staff members enough. They have
all been brilliant and we would not hesitate to recommend the setting. We will miss them all!

Fabulous staff. Friendly. Caring. Cannot recommend highly enough. The children really look forward to going. We have lots of confidence in the nursery and in them looking after our children. Very approachable and, above all, lovely people and lovely to our kids.

Really good location close to town and not far from where I live. My children say they have a nice time there. Great nursery, really helpful and kind towards my children. Thank you for being there when needed.
