Both my children have attended this setting for several years and have thrived. The care and attention of the key workers and staff have been brilliant. Mama bears have offered flexibility for me as a parent and have taken the time to get to know the children individually and work towards their
development. From drop off where the key worker takes initiative for hesitant children to do 'busy jobs' or 'tasks' to the end of day overview sharing highs and lows of their days and what they have been focusing on. Forever grateful

Our son attended Mama Bears for nine months, and we honestly couldn't have been happier with the care he received.
The staff were always warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in his development. He grew in confidence, made lovely bonds with the other children and the team - he blew them kisses,
continued playing when we came to collect him and ran in for hugs at drop off.
We only made the difficult decision to leave because we found a nursery closer to home, otherwise we would have loved for him to stay. We're truly grateful for the wonderful start they gave him and highly recommend them to any family.

Very happy with the nursery, would definitely recommend. My son (almost 2) has learned so much thanks to the lovely staff at mama bear. He is always happy to go and has made loads of friends!

My son started at the nursery two months ago and he's settled in so much more quickly than I thought he would. The activities keep him entertained all day, he loves the staff in his room and he's really happy there. I have complete peace of mind that he's being cared for while I'm at work by a team
of staff who genuinely want the best for him. The daily updates on the app are also really reassuring.

Our daughter continues to thrive and be happy within the setting. She has developed strong relationships with staff members and her peers. All aspects of communication are of a high standard. We are kept fully up to date with her day-to-day experience and individual learning story. Our daughter’s

We have been so impressed with all the staff at Mama Bear's Day Nursery. They have made my son and our family feel so welcome at the nursery and made his transition into the setting as smooth as possible. He is happy and his preferences are all catered for. He is really thriving and developing
really well. The staff are all really friendly and welcoming. My son loves the garden and the sensory room especially!

A fantastic nursery for flexible workers or those who don’t want to commit to a regular schedule.
The little ones always come first and we’ve never met a member of the team who wasn’t warm and welcoming. They all really genuinely care about the kids and take the time to get to know our daughter,
which is not something I’ve experienced with all nurseries.
The space is on the older side and could use a few touch-ups but this really doesn’t impact the level of care (and obviously the little ones don’t care!)
The communication has always been great and the app is updated regularly.
Two downsides are the parking, it’s a bit of a nightmare. And the little ones don’t wear bibs over mealtimes so our daughter comes back covered in food. We have separate clothes for nursery to save anything nice getting ruined.
All in all, I’d 100% recommend!

My family has had only positive experiences at Mama Bears, from when we first met the manager during our tour, to meeting our son's key worker. It was hard at the beginning for him to settle in as he was not used to a nursery setting but the care and attention he received helped him settle in so
quickly. He now waves me off at the door, something I never thought possible.
The girls are so caring, always available for hugs and quiet time and the room ratio means my son always has someone to comfort him/pay close attention to him. Mama Bear's admin staff are very responsive and helpful and try their best to accommodate any extra sessions we request. The nursery has a homely feel, and all the staff there feel like an extended family to our son. We really appreciate all their hard work in creating this space for him when he's away from home.

Our kids love going to Mama Bear’s. All the staff are very attentive and seem to really care for the children. We are updated regularly of their progress, photos, what they ate and when they change the nappies.
They do a variety of activities for the children throughout the day. They also seem to
provide well balanced meals. The stay-and-play events are also very well organised and great chance to see the children in their childcare setting. Overall we are very happy with the care.

My daughter started at Mama Bear's at 9 months. They were welcoming, friendly, hands-on and really good at supporting her and us with the transition into such a different setting to home. The staff are lovely. The app they use to update parents is really good and reassuring as you can see how she's
doing throughout the day. She's settled in well and now seems to enjoy it a lot more.
Very good nursery, I would recommend it to other parents.

Our son has been at Mama Bear's for over a year now since he was about 7 months old, and has settled in brilliantly. He’s made friends and loves the practitioners, always comes home tired but happy, the updates and pictures sent throughout the day are great too!

Very satisfying experience so far. Our daughter has been going twice a week for 3 months now and seems to be very happy there while making a lot of progress. The staff are very nice, care about our requests and keep us updated with how the day went.

Our son has been attending Mama Bear's Clifton since he was ten months old (he's now almost three and a half). The staff are absolutely incredible - nurturing, supportive and continually providing him with care, attention and positivity. We can see the growth and learning in him every day.
I have
always found the key workers to be very invested and communicative, and the admin team are also very helpful and efficient.
I would definitely recommend Mama Bear's to anyone looking for a nursery; they are flexible and have great hours for working parents. We feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful environment for our son.

Me and my partner are delighted with the experience provided for our daughter from aged 2 to 4. It was her nursery experience and she was afforded a great first nursery experience and Mama Bears fully contributed to the development she is forever showing.
We really value the regular communication
with us both and ensuring we’re both in the loop regarding situations relating to our daughter.
Our daughter often has standout memories of her days at nursery, rarely comes home downbeat from her day at Mama Bears and will certainly miss many of the staff she’s built fabulous relationships with.
Her moving on is down to a range of factors but ultimately not a reflection on the staff or the care shown to our daughter. If it were simple logistics we'd keep her put and have no intention of moving her we really do recommend this placement for any other parent.

My wife and I could not be more thankful to the wonderful staff at Mama Bears for the care they have shown all three of our children. Most importantly, we know our children are safe at Mama Bears, physically and emotionally. The care, attention and encouragement they receive on a daily basis have
been so important to their development: all three have skipped into nursery without so much as a backwards glance in the mornings and return home full of stories about their day, stickers of recognition and excitement for the next day. I cannot overstate the reassurance that has given us.
We would also like to recognise their flexibility with booking each month is amazing. The communication is excellent. The uploaded comments and pictures have entertained and reassured us further that they really 'know' our children.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mama Bears to our friends (we have - several already!). They provide an outstanding quality of care to our children. Thank you.

Our son has been attending the nursery for a few months. He started with a few afternoons a week and is now going four full days each week (as I've returned to work). The staff have been so accommodating of the transition in terms of helping our son feel more comfortable away from home, with carers
other than his parents for the first time. The staff are incredibly attentive and responsive. For instance, our son has almost always done contact naps at home and the nursery has helped transition him from contact naps (which they did in the beginning with him) to independent naps. Whenever I pick up my son, he is engaged and busy! Or if not busy, then getting cuddles. I also really like the updates on the app. Thank you to the wonderful staff in the baby room for taking such good care of our son.

When we found Mama Bear's Day Nursery (Clifton - Whiteladies Road) we were so relieved. The flexible booking system has been so helpful and the staff are always so friendly and caring. They really put me at ease on my baby's first day and in every visit after, we always pick them up with a big smile

Although they didn't have space at the nursery, they did everything it was in their hands to accommodate our child at the nursery.
Since then, we have loved leaving our child at Mama Bear's. From the very smiley, helpful and very professional reception team to the magnificent nurseries and
management team, Mama Bear's experience has been phenomenal.

We are so happy with our nursery choice. Our daughter has been there for 4 months now. We really love the team, they are so friendly and seem so genuinely interested in our little one's life. She has come on leaps and bounds in her speech and play. The flexi schedule also works perfectly for us as
doctors. When we have messed up our shifts, the team have gone above and beyond to try and help. I feel very happy dropping my daughter off and love being updated via the app on her activities, especially the pictures.

The team at Mama Bear's Day Nursery has been fantastic. Everyone is super friendly and our toddler loves playing throughout the day. They are attentive and really know our daughter - what she likes and where she is with her development.
We feel comfortable dropping her off.
