Unfortunately, we have pulled our granddaughter out of this nursery due to a few issues, which have been spoken about but not rectified. At least 4 incidents that she had either had an accident or been bitten by another child. Whilst the app may be useful to some people it's not to others, after
messaging on the app and 4 staff members reading it no one got back to my distressed daughter till hours after the incident. Also, I called and no answer, I did leave a voicemail and no callback. The lack of communication with parents and grandparents is not acceptable, our daughter was told things would change back in June and nothing has been done to rectify issues. Too many children and not enough staff taking notice of everything going on around them, unfortunately. Too little too late for us, hopefully, they sort these issues for future children joining them.
