Little Twisters Day Nursery

Great experience!

My daughter has been with little twisters since being a baby and her sister before that and honestly the place is amazing. The staff were fantastic and the girls felt so comfortable there. They have been really supportive of the girls through my divorce and couldn't ask for more

Choosing this nursery for my daughter was the best decision! The environment is safe, clean, and incredibly welcoming. The staff are professional, caring, and truly dedicated to the children's development and happiness. I've noticed a wonderful progress in her social and learning skills. I highly recommend it to any parent looking for peace of mind and excellent care!

I have found the nursery staff very helpful, caring, and polite. Since the day my son started at the nursery, we have noticed so many positive changes in him. He is learning a lot every day and has become much more active, confident, and talkative. He enjoys interacting with others, participating in activities, and sharing what he learns at home as well.

We are really happy to see his progress and development in such a short time. It is clear that the staff put a lot of effort into creating a warm, supportive, and engaging environment for the children. We truly appreciate the care, patience, and encouragement shown to him every day.

Drop off and collection is straight forward and I get speedy replied to say how she is doing when asked. We will both be sad when she leaves this year!

My other child is SEN and the staff have been amazing, fighting for his right to learn, giving him all the help that he needs to be progressing in his learning, progressing and understanding in all factors of life skills. They are always open and eager to hear any concerns I have for him. The amount he has came on in the past year is absolutely amazing, somethings we weren't sure he'd understand or be able to do but thank you to the nursery and all the staff he is reaching these milestones. He absolutely loves this nursery, running through the gates every morning with the biggest smile, this is how we know we made a good decision with choosing this nursery

We couldn't be happier with this nursery. The staff are genuinely caring, kind, and attentive, and it's so reassuring knowing our child is in such safe and nurturing hands every day. They take the time to get to know each child individually and always go above and beyond to make both children and parents feel supported.

The team create such a warm and positive environment, and it's clear how much they truly care about the children's wellbeing, development, and happiness. Communication is excellent, and we always feel kept up to date and involved.

Fantastic nursery, staff have always been very helpful. My son has loved being at little twisters and his development has been fantastic and has made lovely friends. I would 100% recommend this nursery.

Lovely staff, clean, informative great indoor and out door facilities loads of different messy plays. Great communication on family app .day visits and plays always been great to watch and see also the stay and play nice to do with kids happy mam

Pro - can go right into your kids room to drop them and know how it is inside.

I couldn't be happier with this nursery. From the moment you walk through the doors, there's a genuine sense of warmth, care, and professionalism that immediately puts you at ease. The staff are incredibly attentive, nurturing, and clearly passionate about what they do.

My child has came on leaps and bounds with the support and education of little twisters nursery and i personally would recommened this nursery to others. You can clearly see the investment put into the nursery and soft play areas which is also great to see.

Unfortunately, we have pulled our granddaughter out of this nursery due to a few issues, which have been spoken about but not rectified. At least 4 incidents that she had either had an accident or been bitten by another child. Whilst the app may be useful to some people it's not to others, after messaging on the app and 4 staff members reading it no one got back to my distressed daughter till hours after the incident. Also, I called and no answer, I did leave a voicemail and no callback. The lack of communication with parents and grandparents is not acceptable, our daughter was told things would change back in June and nothing has been done to rectify issues. Too many children and not enough staff taking notice of everything going on around them, unfortunately. Too little too late for us, hopefully, they sort these issues for future children joining them.
