High level of care from the excellent staff who develop strong bonds with the children. Teaching of children in preschool is excellent preparation for reception with a strong focus on the curriculum. Level of care for babies is also high. Menu is diverse and healthy.

Nursery director flatly refused to allow my son to be potty trained as she personally considered it unhygienic and explained that they do not do potty training in the under-2 room. Once my son changed the nursery, the new nursery were happy to support me in this task, so not clear why they could not
do it.
The child was often returned dirty, I had to raise this on numerous occasions, but it did not seem to work. Staff wear long fake nails so not clear how they manage to take care of children.
My son’s key worker was changed but we were never introduced until we eventually left the nursery. Names were constantly misspelt in emails, I reported issues in the nursery but they were acted upon only after a month of chasing.
Staff are constantly changing and are inexperienced, the manager changed 3 times in less than a 9 month period.
I was unhappy and filed official complaint, nursery director forgot about it and tried to resolve issues by saying that I better leave the setting.
