Absolutely amazing nursery. We could not wish for a better nursery for our son. They really work with your childs needs and tailor their care to suit the individual child. Great when settling children. It's honestly like a family. I will forever be grateful to everyone there. Small, intimate, just
perfect. If you are thinking of a nursery in Marlow, look no further. Victoria house is for you.

Couldn't ask for anything more from our nursery. The staff are all delightful and we received constant updates during the day. Our daughter loves going and all the staff take an interest in her. The open days are great for meeting other parents.

We're extremely happy with our son's nursery. The staff are caring, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. Our son loves going in each day, and it's reassuring to know he's in such a safe, supportive, and caring environment.

Hugo's really happy at nursery. The staff are very caring and look to individual needs. He is always happy and smiling when we see him there.
The staff are very understanding to Hugo's needs and help us navigate it.

It has been fantastic to see my child grow in their physical and cognisant abilities at Victoria Orchard. The staff is kind and attentive to all children and creates a safe and exciting environment for children to play and learn

Orchard House is by far the best nursery in the area, having sampled a few and been disappointed. The nursery manager is incredible, she's always looking for new ideas and improvements to benefit the children. Most recently were all of the personal and thoughtful touches they organised for their
special graduation day. It's a happy, professional team who build strong bonds with the children, they always have tables set up with imaginative activities, make time for parents even at the end of a tiring day. The fun garden area is also a fabulous asset. It's huge compared to other Marlow nurseries - and we've looked round them all!
We are going to miss seeing the team when our youngest daughter moves to reception in September. They have made her time in preschool so memorable! I can't recommend them enough.

Victoria House has been such a lovely nursery for our daughter. She has truly loved it and all the staff for the last 4 years. Our daughter has learnt so much during her time here and it has given her the best start in life.

My first ever experience going into a nursery and I cannot fault anything. From the visit to actually starting, my child is in the baby room and loves it I have seen such an improvement within a short amount of time. He is an outdoor child and since this nursery has a huge garden it was my first
choice!!!
Thank you to all the management and staff who helped us in settling our child.

My daughter loves her nursery days, always comes home with stories of her daily activities. The staff is very helpfull and caring with the children and management staff is amazing. All in all very pleased with the service provided and would highly recommend Victoria house.

I can't speak highly enough of Victoria House. The staff are all fantastic and made us feel so welcome when we were moved here from another nursery which shut down. I have a child in preschool and one in the baby room and they are both so happy there! They do really sweet (and educational)
activities with the children and spend loads of time in the garden which is an amazing space. I would recommend this nursery to anyone!

We had a very bad experience at another nursery and from the first moment in Victoria House we felt at home. The whole staff are amazing, always smiling, no matter what. And the most important thing, my son is happy here. We couldn't be in a better place!

Victoria House nursery is going through a challenging time. It was acquired by Family First Nursery Group in 2022. Virtually all of the full time staff have left and the nursery is supported largely by agency staff.
We have seen a notable decline in the service delivered. This was compounded by the
nursery manager confirming our concerns in a recent email to all parents before leaving. I am sharing this review for people who will look at historic reviews of a brilliant nursery. They do not reflect the current service.

Our experience has been excellent, from our son's introduction to the caterpillar room to his spell in the preschool room. The staff have been superb, always friendly, attentive and willing to help. My son has thrived and seems happy in himself and in the nursery environment. I would credit the
facilities and management of my child's activities and care. I would highly recommend Victoria House.

With two children at the nursery, we are delighted to experience the journey a child makes from the caterpillar rooms, up to the preschool environment. The welcome and care from all staff is faultless and there is a real sense of nurturing each child and their interests. My children are excited to
go to nursery each day and take part in a host of stimulating and engaging activities. The facilities and gardens are well thought out and lend themselves to creativity and imagination. As a parent, the happiness and well-being of your children is paramount and I am so pleased that we chose Victoria House Day Nursery.

We’ve been very happy with our daughter attending Victoria Day Nursery. All of the staff are friendly and kind and I’ve always felt comfortable leaving her there. My daughter has grown in confidence since first attending.

My son loved attending Victoria House nursery. Everyone is really friendly and professional. He was there for nearly 2 years and definitely will miss all the staff and his friends. Highly recommend this nursery. Thanks for all the care and for looking after him so well.

My child has loved attending Victoria House nursery. We have only attended during covid times, but the team have done an excellent job, keeping us up to date with everything that is going on at the nursery, my child's progression and keeping her happy and healthy. Every day she comes home with a
great story to tell about her day and loves all the staff. Highly recommended.

My husband and I have both been so pleased we chose Victoria House Day Nursery. From the day our child started when he was 10 months old to leaving now aged almost 5 years old, we have had absolute trust and confidence in the staff and management at this nursery. Our boy has thrived in this caring
environment where he has as many friends in the staff as he does the other children. We would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone.

My daughter who is now 6 went to Victoria House Day Nursery (Marlow) and now my three year old son does too. He’s been there since he was eighteen months old and really enjoys his time there. The staff are really friendly and take great care of all the kids, so you feel at ease when you're not with
them. They have plenty of activities for the kids and my two always enjoy the food. There’s also a great outdoor play are for the kids. Overall I am very happy with Victoria House Day Nursery (Marlow) and highly recommend them.
