Our daughter has been at Busy Bees for a year now and in that time we have moved from the baby room to the toddler room and she is absolutely thriving, despite some separation anxiety when we started and it taking a little while for her to settle she now absolutely loves going in and all the staff
are wonderful, even the ones not in her room always make a point of saying hello to her and giving her a high five or stopping for a quick chat, everyone has been so patient and understanding and everyday she comes home a slightly more grown up version of herself with new songs to sing and chatting that little bit more. At times when things get a bit challenging I also have no complaints, the way they handled the recent water crisis in Tunbridge wells and did everything to keep the children safe was brilliant and so reassuring.
I absolutely recommend this nursery and I am so happy this is where we chose to send our precious little girl.

Staff always friendly and saying "Hello" to the children on drop off and "Goodbye" on collection. General vibe there is really lovely and honest. Any issues we've had have been communicated and resolved swiftly. Communication is everything and they communicate well.

We started on Busy Bees a year ago and our son has been extremely happy from the start. Staff have been great at accomodating our son's different medical issues and they are amazing with the kids. All the staff is very warm and polite, and they always greet us with a smile. Marc is learning and
progressing and, as parents, we are told all details regarding his days at Busy Bees. We are so happy with the choice we made!

My child started in August a couple of hick ups which is to be expected and again they have had to get to know my child. I have found that the nursery have been fantastic with my child and I have felt they have been supportive and understanding with him. I feel I can ask a lot of questions where
they are understanding. Nothing is ever too much for the nursery which is great

Busy Bees Tunbridge Wells is a brilliant nursery. For us, it's local, friendly, and the staff really care about the kids. Our son (20 months) is very happy here. His room manager was integral to him settling in, and really helped us at the start when it was new for all of us. The staff have always
been helpful and supportive of his development, and we've seen him learn new skills, improve in his speech and become super sociable since attending.

Absolutely fantastic nursery, my little girl absolutely loves coming, they are always doing lots of activities, a really good sized garden which is used a lot, my little girl loves being outside.
Good healthy meals.
All staff are lovely and very attentive.
Always kept up to date with what my
child has done and eaten throughout the day.
I think everyone should consider sending their child here.

My child has been attending Busy Bees since 2023, and we've been having a great experience since their time in the baby room, toddler room, and now in pre-school. From our first visit to the nursery, seeing how organised the rooms are, and with a good amount of dedicated areas, paired with friendly
and dedicated staff, and happy children, made us confident to enrol our child there. I find they offer a great range of activities for the children, and different types of food. They also organise special events, like a month in which they celebrated a different country every day, which gives the children the chance to learn about other cultures and food. Most importantly, as a working parent, these activities don't require parents to do any extra work or pay extra which on busy schedules and pressing budgets we appreciate a lot. I always receive thoughtful and detailed comments about all my child has done during the day, and how they were feeling/behaving. Can't recommend enough.

Our son been attending Busy Bees Tunbridge Wells Silverdale since begin of the year, he developed so much and is making us proud parents thanks to his room manager and his key person who made a really good bond with. We've seen an amazing change in our son since his been with her. Thank you so much

My daughter joined in January at 10 months and has settled in brilliantly.
She loves the staff and they can't do enough for us to help the settling process.
She gets rather upset on the days she does not attend!
She has an allergy and I feel so comfortable about her having meals as they're all
cooked on site by a chef who also knows us by name and the food always smells amazing when I pick up after lunch!
I couldn't recommend the nursery enough

I honestly couldn't recommend Busy Bees enough, they have been so welcoming and helpful with my son.
Charlie started nursery when I was expecting my daughter so he had a few changes, they were so lovely and supportive with him they have carried on supporting him since with potty training and
bringing him out of his shell. When he started nursery he was very shy and clingy, now I can't get him to stop talking.

So far our experience has been amazing. Our daughter is in her first month so is going through the usual struggles of saying goodbye to her parents but everyone at the nursery has been so good with her. The staff are all very friendly and understanding.

My child started in the baby room earlier this year and has come along so well since joining! Their key person is passionate and caring which is lovely to see and they have an amazing bond which makes me feel confident to leave my child at nursery knowing that they will be in safe hands.

The nursery has helped to bring our daughter on in all areas since she has been attending. It wasn't easy when she started as she hadn't had the greatest of starts due to being at home with mum due to COVID and working arrangements. The staff put in a great team effort with her and she now loves to
attend with a smile on her face. Great updates every night and great staff. There's always a great buzz around the place. All we would like is a 7am start please.

Both my boys attend Busy Bees Tunbridge Wells and we couldn't be happier with their progress. They both enjoy their time there and all the staff know them by name. I know that they are well cared for and both adore their key workers. We know they're happy and safe and feel it's the perfect start to
their learning journey. It's an amazing environment to watch them hit their development milestones and the staff listen to our opinions and seek our feedback which makes us feel included.

The Busy Bees Tunbridge Wells team have gone above and beyond to ensure my little one settled well, we have recently moved from another nursery and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Wanted to say how great a fairly new member of staff in the preschool room is! My son has really connected with her and she gives very thorough feedback at pick-up times. My son talks about her a lot at home and all the fun things they do together.

My daughter has been at the nursery since she was five months. In the five months she has been there she's been the happiest. She is now starting to walk and has built bonds with her key worker, which is lovely to see. I am looking forward to watching her grow further into the sassy diva that she
already is.

Our son joined Busy Bees in November 2018 when we moved to the area. He was there for less than a year as he started school in September 2019. In the short time we were there we were extremely happy with the level of care from all staff. So good were they that we had no issue whatsoever with
settling in, not a tear was shed. The management team were also extremely supportive and helpful in every way, including guidance in relation to school choice submission. At the end of the nursery term when it came to saying goodbye to those preparing to start school the staff were genuinely proud of the children and sorry to see them go. It is a truly nurturing, safe and happy environment and I really cannot fault them. Complete peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands while I was working. I cannot recommend them highly enough. In addition, the nursery was always immaculately kept and warm and cosy for the kids indoors in winter with outdoor time allotted daily.

Excellent nursery and pre-school. My daughter has really grown in confidence and social skills. She always has fun there and loves to tell me what she's been doing when I pick her up.
