A wonderful nursery. Both our boys have and still attend The Burrows.
The staff and management are so caring, understanding and overall just amazing.
The Burrows will always hold a special place in our hearts.

Fantastic nursery! Both of my children go here, my eldest now attends an afterschool club there after starting with The Burrows at 18 months old. The girls are absolutely amazing with both of them, the engaging activities they do with them and the warm welcoming environment has helped both of my
kids come on leaps and bounds developmentally and socially. My eldest had a hard time a few years ago when his younger sibling was sick in hospital and The Burrows were so kind and helpful to our family, offering their support to us as parents as well as being there for our son.
They go above and beyond to make families feel welcome, I couldn't imagine sending my children anywhere else.

Parent's views and opinions are not taken into account or respected. Uploaded pictures of our child onto social media after we explicitly said this was not allowed. Was then told in a meeting "It's only the back of him" which apparently means they can use loopholes to get around parents' wishes. The
picture was removed when complained about however should not have been uploaded in the first place. Meeting with management to express our concerns went very poorly with us being made to feel belittled. Our child was always very distraught going into the nursery so much so that we have now had to pull him out as our concerns were not dealt with appropriately and were answered in an argumentative manner by management. I hope they do not speak to children the way they have spoken to us as parents. A very distressing and disappointing experience for our family.

The Burrows is a wonderful, warm , caring nursery that is providing excellent care to both of our children. Our daughter started in The Burrows in 2011 and since then we have always been impressed by the professionalism and care of all the staff in the nursery. Both of our children love going and
the nursery has supported them, and us through transitions such as returning to work after maternity leave and when my daughter started school.
Parents and children's feedback and input is actively sought meaning that it feels like one big community.
I feel we have given our children the very best start through sending them to The Burrows.
