They go above and beyond to make families feel welcome, I couldn't imagine sending my children anywhere else.
Parent's views and opinions are not taken into account or respected. Uploaded pictures of our child onto social media after we explicitly said this was not allowed. Was then told in a meeting "It's only the back of him" which apparently means they can use loopholes to get around parents' wishes....
Parent's views and opinions are not taken into account or respected. Uploaded pictures of our child onto social media after we explicitly said this was not allowed. Was then told in a meeting "It's only the back of him" which apparently means they can use loopholes to get around parents' wishes. The picture was removed when complained about however should not have been uploaded in the first place. Meeting with management to express our concerns went very poorly with us being made to feel belittled. Our child was always very distraught going into the nursery so much so that we have now had to pull him out as our concerns were not dealt with appropriately and were answered in an argumentative manner by management. I hope they do not speak to children the way they have spoken to us as parents. A very distressing and disappointing experience for our family.
