Such a fantastic nursery. All of the staff are so friendly. Our son settled in so quickly and has genuinely bonded with his carers. Fabulous outdoor space and we also love the fact they arrange day trips out for the kids. Would definitely recommend!

Norfolk House Nursery is an outstanding provider of care for our daughter (21 months old). Our older daughter also attended from baby room all the way through pre school and both the facilities and staff are first class. The team genuinely care for the children and every time I leave my daughter
there, I know she is going to be safe, happy and nurtured by attentive, well trained people. She also eats really well (sometimes better than she does at home!)from a great menu. The activities are brilliant - including baby sensory and ballet through well vetted external providers and the garden and forest school is a massive plus that you don't get at every childcare provider

Great nursery, staff genuinely care and do their best for the children. Staff are great at keeping children busy to support their development with lots of varied activities, including trips, outdoor play etc. The care is centered around the childs' needs which is amazing to see! Thanks NHN!

Both of my children attend Norfolk house nursery on Norfolk Road. My children absolutely love it here! The staff provide a safe environment and provide excellent opportunities for learning and creativity so that my children reach their full potential.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at this nursery! From the very first visit, the staff made us feel welcome, supported, and completely confident that our child would be in safe, caring hands.
The environment is bright, clean, and thoughtfully set up with engaging activities that
encourage creativity, learning, and social development. Every day brings something new-whether it's arts and crafts, outdoor play or sensory activities-and it's clear how much care goes into planning a balanced and stimulating routine.
What truly stands out is the warmth and dedication of the team. The educators are patient, nurturing, and genuinely invested in each child's growth.
We've seen such wonderful progress in our child's confidence, communication skills, and independence since starting here. I would wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to any parents considering a place for their child!

Our little one has been at the nursery since he was one years old, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. He settled in quickly, thanks to the caring and supportive staff who went above and beyond to help him feel comfortable.
He absolutely loves the toddler room. The team there are
fantastic - they really take the time to understand what the children are interested in and plan activities around those interests. Forest School and rhythm time are definite highlights for him.
The food is another big plus. The menu is varied and nutritious, and he regularly comes home having tried new foods.
Overall, we couldn't be happier with the nursery - it's such a caring, supportive place and we always feel confident he's in the best hands.

My son has attended NHN since he was 8 months old and he absolutely loves nursery! All the staff are so caring and loving towards him and they make the nursery feel like home. We appreciate all the staff and nothing is ever too much for them. All the activities are well thought through and the
facilities they have are amazing. My son loves the outdoors and their garden has got everything to offer for him including forest school. They make every celebration so special and treat my son like they are own. Would 100% recommend this nursery!

I couldn't be happier with the choice made to send my son to Norfolk House. He joined the nursery last September in the preschool room and the progress he has made in such a short space of time has been amazing to see. From the beginning, the staff have been welcoming, caring and attentive. They
have created such a warm and nurturing environment for all children and my son is always excited to go in each day showing how comfortable and content he feels there. The preschool staff do an amazing job balancing both learning and play and I have noticed a huge boost in my son's confidence, independence and communication skills. He always has a new story to share about his friends and constantly refers to his teachers as his bestfriends. Communication with staff has always been good and I love the fact that extra activities such as football and rhythm time are available which my child also enjoys. Overall, I am very pleased with the nursery and grateful for the team.

We're very happy with our experience with Norfolk House Nursery. Our daughter thoroughly enjoys it and even asks to go on her days off. She loves all the activities, playing in the large garden, forest school and does the additional rhythm time. She has a great bond with her key worker and the other
staff at the nursery too. She comes home excited to tell us about her day and the yummy food she's eaten.

My second daughter just started at Norfolk Road and I feel so comfortable leaving her with the staff there. They are so comforting and caring. They always make us feel welcome. The food is excellent and my daughter loves eating it all! The management were also really wonderful and accommodated our
changing requests for settling in periods and start dates.

Fantastic nursery. My child enjoys going to nursery and everyone looks after her really well in all the rooms she has been in.
There is a fantastic outdoor space for the children to use and my daughter enjoys forest school in the garden.

We continue to have an outstanding experience at Norfolk house nursery. Our daughter is very fond of her key worker and is absolutely excited to get the day going as soon as she marches up those stairs. Jamila works really hard at keeping everything running to a high standard.

I have been sending my child to this nursery since she was 8 months old. She absolutely loves nursery, her teachers and the variety of activities that she participates in. Staff are very attentive and always give small snippets of her day, with funny stories at handover and I feel that she gets
genuine care and attention from her teachers. Her communication has really flourished too!

We had a wonderful experience sending our now 6 year old daughter to Norfolk House and so knew it would be the perfect setting for our youngest.
We faced some personal challenges around the time our baby was supposed to start in summer last year and the team were incredible at helping us navigate
through moving dates and settle sessions to suit our situation: We felt so supported as a family and as a result, our daughter has joined at the right time for us and for her. Her time in Babies One and Two has been just amazing, she adores everyone and absolutely loves going in to such a welcoming and nurturing team every day. Her highlights are undoubtedly forest school and Rhythm Time and we are so thrilled that there is so much variety in her days and weeks at NHN. We can't recommend Norfolk House enough, we trust the team and setting implicitly and are so grateful for the love and development our baby gets everyday.

We have been absolutely blown away by the care from Norfolk House nursery. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming - our little girl was quite shy when she first started but due to the warm, nuturing environment she has flourished! It has been such a joy watching her build a bond with the team.
Communication with parents is excellent and it's clear that a lot of thought goes into supporting each individual child. The activities offered to the children are exceptional, including forest school, baking, crafts and other extras such as rhythm time and tiny tots. We would highly recommend Norfolk House to any family!

My little one started recently in this setting and is enjoying it so much - to the point that she completely ignores us when we go to collect her! I could not be happier and more stress relieved as a parent - knowing that when I drop my child in that nursery she's learning, having fun & making
friends - all whilst being safe & has nutritional food & snacks! The girls are lovely and always understanding exceptions wherever those need to be applied.

Norfolk road nursery is a really good nursery. I have sent my daughter here since she was 1 years old and love the teachers, variety of play/work and outside space.
I will also be sending my son to babies soon (which was difficult to do given the long waitlist).
The teachers are what's makes this
nursery great, special shout out to Sabah, Lauren, Faisa and Jody although all are absolutely brilliant!
Management are quick and responsive too.
Completely trust this nursery with the thing most precious to me in the world.

The staff at Norfolk house on Norfolk road are brilliant. They are friendly and great with our child. The outdoor facilities are amazing with a huge garden and forest school. The on site chef provides good meals.

My son has attended NHN since he was 8 months old and his older sister attended the nursery previously. He loves NHN as so do we. The staff are brilliant, the food is delicious and there are so many activities including forest school. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff who provide exceptional
care for the children. The hours are also excellent, 7-7 gives us flexibility when needed.
