My two children have been in step by step super happy and well adapted with the staff and the other children, we were always delighted with the staff for how they made them feel at home, family. nothing bad in my experience.

The staff members are all fantastic, they welcome you with a big smile and they are always happy to help, the management is working really well, they treat the children and their parents like a family, where every child matters. I have a great experience with them and my child was looked after to my utmost satisfaction. If you're looking for a place where your child feels safe and cared for, look no further, they're the best at what they do. Thank you to all the amazing staff that cared for my child before moving on to Reception Class. I have another child in the school and I am happy with all the support and care, he's receiving from every member of the staff. Thank you all once again! You're all amazing.

My son has been attending Step by Step Day Nursery for the past 3 years. I have always felt comfortable leaving him as I know he will be taken care of and in good hands. My son has grown and developed so much over the years and have learnt so much! This nursery provided a good foundation for my son and im very grateful to all the lovely staff who has helped him over the years!

All 3 of my kids attended Step by Step Lewisham. The staff are lovely and they go above and beyond for the children. My child will really miss Step by Step. Thank you for all your support Step by Step.

Step by Step has been fundamental in my son's early development. The staff are incredible in their compassion and commitment. The activities are engaging. My son has made good friends, and he's always excited to go into nursery each morning. I get regular updates about his progress. Thanks to Step by Step, we're ready for the next step into school.

Believe me , Step by Step is such a lovely Nursery! My son started the nursery when he was 9months old. he is 4years and some months now and sincerely I have had no regrets at all for years now. They care and treat the kids so well just like theirs. Their staff are very amazing, supportive, friendly and respectful. Also, their fee is very reasonable and affordable. I know he will really miss them when he starts primary sch in September. xxxx

Two of my kids had gone to Step by Step and I must say I was happy with the staff and how they looked after my kids and the activities they do is amazing. My kids were happy and loved it there. They have plenty of staff to accommodate your child. I liked the fact that on rainy days my kids were indoors and not out in the rain! They are like a family and will be missed, now that both of my kids have gone to primary. All staff are amazing and thank you all for caring for my kids and for the warmth they felt. And not to mention two members of staff in particular, thank you for comforting my kids when they felt tearful due to my absence. Overall the nursery is 10/10. Staff are kind, caring and loving and the kids had fun whilst in their care. I knew my kids were safe in their hands. To the manager, thank you for everything and I am happy I made the right choice. Thanks for everything you do and did and not leaving me with any sorts of doubts or worries.

Both my sons have been very happy at Step by Step. The staff are friendly and approachable and keep me updated with how the boys are doing. I'm provided lots of updates via the app on all the activities they're doing and staff are always available to talk about any queries. Recent trips have included Mudchute farm, the local fire station and the library. It's a small nursery so a real personal community feel where everyone knows you and your kids.

My son has been so happy over the last couple of years at Step by Step. The staff are so caring and really go the extra mile to make sure kids are happy, well adjusted and learning. They address any concerns or questions quickly and work with parents to ensure kids are supported and happy. As he starts his new journey into reception he’s really going to miss his Step by Step carers and friends!

Our child is in preschool and has been at Step-by-Step since 2020 when he was a baby. The most important thing for us is that our child loves the nursery and staff. He gets on well with the other children (the parents get on too). In terms of development, we are super happy with his progress which at times exceeds our expectations. For example this weekend our child read a bedtime story to his mum (and he is still at preschool). So overall I'd highly recommend Step-by-Step.

Well done to you all, the staff at nursery, you are doing amazing care and learning for the children. Fantastic love and kindness for my son, who is well looked after and loves them like a second family. Amazing care for the children. The two years my son was at nursery, he had amazing care and kindness and was well looked after. He fully enjoyed his time with you all. The manager is fantastic and he loves you all to bits. Such kindness and the care was outstanding for my son. He talks about all the staff members and what he done with a big smile on his face. Staff bind a fantastic relationship with my son and he always felt safe there. Very supported and helped with his learning so much. Thank you for your amazing, kind and caring way towards my son and me. Much appreciated.

This is a wonderful nursery where the staff treat the children like family. My daughter has thrived here and loves her friends and the staff so much. The communication is great, and management is flexible to requests. They always set up fun activities for the children, and I love hearing about the things they're learning. My daughter has dietary requirements, and they always make sure she is well-catered for and not excluded. I couldn't recommend the nursery enough Thank you!

I absolutely love the management and staff here. It has a very homely feeling, and my son was taken good care of. My son really used to enjoy going to the nursery and felt happy being there with his teachers. He had a good time in the nursery, and we are happy that we choose this nursery for him. I would recommend to anyone Step by Step; they are amazing. Thank you for everything.

They really love the children and care about them. My daughter is really happy and smiling when I drop her off and pick her up, which is lovely to see. Also, my daughter used to be really shy, but now she has confidence and has started to come out of her shell and has really blossomed. My daughter has started walking recently and has so much confidence when walking. The staff are really friendly and supportive. I can not speak more highly, and I am really happy.

My daughter has been at Step by Step for last year and a half and has thrived. It's such a friendly and warm place, with lots of laughter from kids and staff. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery.

My son joined the nursery from a toddler and presently transiting to reception. The staff are very hardworking. The staff work along with parents, especially the working parents, to balance up. My son is always excited about going into the nursery, and I always struggle to bring him out because he really enjoys all his time. The most fantastic part is the moral they place on the kids is second to none. When my son went to the new school meeting, he was so amazing, and all he displayed was what he was thought in the nursery. I want to use this medium to thank all the staff of the nursery. For the time our daughter spent at Step by Step, we feel she has progressed so much. There was not a day that went by she didn't ask about going to nursery. We are very sad that she will be leaving, and wish she could stay! We thank the staff for everything they have done with her, and they will be missed very much!

My son has been attending Step by Step since he was 10-months-old, and we were initially concerned about how the transition would be from lockdown to nursery, but the Step by Step team was fantastic from day 1 at settling him in, reassuring us as parents, and helping him to thrive. Our son has grown into a confident and happy toddler, and I know his nursery experience has played a big role in that. They provide daily notes on his day, now that the weather is better, he gets regular time outdoors, and does lots of sensory and messy play. He’s excited to go to nursery every day, and it’s so brilliant to see the bond he has with the Step by Step team, especially his key worker. We have never doubted that he is cared for and valued.

Both my kids have been at Step by Step since they were 8-months, my eldest is now 4, and I couldn’t be happier with our experience of this nursery. My kids have learnt so much from Maths to French to Writing, but most importantly, they are always excited to go in the morning. They love the staff and have made lots of friends. When they started in the baby room, I always felt comfortable and confident that they were safe and cared for lovingly, and now they are older, they are so confident. Thank you, Step by Step!

I absolutely love the management and staff here. It has a very homely feeling, and my son was taken good care of. My son really used to enjoy going to the nursery and felt happy being there with his teachers. He had a good time in the nursery, and we are happy that we choose this nursery for him.
