Our daughter has been attending Bright Horizons Lewisham since she was one and she is now two. She absolutely loves going to nursery and squeals in excitement when we reach the door each day.
Being friendly and caring is of the utmost importance to all staff, we know that our daughter is always in
safe hands. Our daughter has a close bond with all staff not just her key worker which we think is so important. Communication is always great between staff and parents.
Unlike other nurseries, we have noted no turnover of staff whilst she has been here, which I think speaks volumes about the environment.
I must admit it wasn't our first choice in nursery given the distance but they had space. However, I am so glad it worked out this way and if we knew what we did now it would be our first choice. There is such a a feeling of warmth when you walk it is a great environment and the outside facilities are amazing (something we hadn't taken into consideration) but realize our important this is.

We absolutely love this nursery. All the staff take the time to get to know each and every child, and we’re given detailed feedback on our son’s care, which is reassuring as first-time parents.
Our son also loves it here; lots of play and learning, delicious healthy meals, and caring staff. He
doesn’t seem to want to go home!

Our toddler loves coming to nursery, she has settled in really well. The staff are very welcoming and caring, and encourage the children to learn and develop in different ways. The nursery meals and outdoor garden are excellent, overall the nursery provides a wonderful environment for the babies and
toddlers.

Our daughter has settled really well here. The staff are attentive and seem to have got to know her well. We like how many activities she does through the day and she is always smiling when we pick her up. The app is good for knowing what she gets up to and the pictures are lovely.

Our son has been at this nursery for 3 years, and he starts school this week! We have been very happy with our choice from the first to the last day. Our son has been in a truly caring environment, and we felt supported with all the tricky phases of toddlerhood. The staff are really dedicated and
helped our son thrive. As a bonus, there was the green garden, the forest school, amazing food, and flexibility from the admin team. A very positive experience.

We feel the nursery really cares about our son. There is a positive and caring atmosphere. They stay in regular contact with us and take the time to chat with us about his progress.
There is a well thought-out programme of activities and the app is regularly updated.
The food is excellent and the
nursery are attentive to dietary requirements.
Highly recommended.

It’s been an amazing journey and they made it easy for us to get through the first couple of weeks . Sleep was one of the main challenges that they helped us navigate. I love the fact that my little ones development is being taken care by everyone here. He has been really excited about all the new
things that he is learning every day and looks forward to spend time there. I couldn’t recommend it more to other parents.

Good team and experienced teacher. My child has found a very good place where he can learn a lot of things and can understand how to interact with other children.
People are very kind and flexible and help if needed.
I only think the price to pay is a bit higher than it should honestly be and
higher than other nurseries in the area.

The staff at Bright Horizons Lewisham have been incredibly kind, caring and supportive towards my daughter, who has attended for almost 2 years now. She has a great rapport with the staff, and I feel completely comfortable in the knowledge that she is safe and happy. There also seems to be a good
mix of physical/outdoor play, creative play and developmental activities.

My son has only moved to this nursery for 8 months and I have seen a lot of improvements. The teachers have helped improve my child’s speech and have helped with his independence. I cannot wait to see how well he develops for the remainder of his time at the nursery.

We really liked the nursery. The facilities are great, the staff is very professional and great with kids. Our daughter loves going there and she made some really good friends in Bright Horizons Lewisham. Can't recommend enough.

Our son started here shortly after his first birthday and he loved it. He was so well looked after and everyone in the nursery made a huge effort to help him settle in despite the tough times with covid. He was challenged with lots of different activities, supported with his learning and we noticed
a real change in him after a short spell at nursery - from eating to sleeping! I would really recommend and we only left because we moved out of the area. The management team are excellent and always there to support. Thank you!

We love the team at Bright Horizons, Belmont Hill. Everyone has been so welcoming since our boy joined Bluebells (toddler room) in July. From the management team to the nursery staff, our lovely key worker, and even the great fun chef who is as good as anyone at helping my son feel welcome and happy
from the moment he arrives, the whole team are excellent! Plus having direct access to the garden is also great. We are really happy we chose this nursery. Thanks to the manager and team!

My son attended Bright Horizons Lewisham for two years, and during that time never (as far as I am aware) had a bad experience of any kind. On the contrary, he would always run up the road each morning to get to the nursery as fast as possible, and upon collection would often complain that he wanted
to stay longer. The staff are friendly, competent, and fully aware of their responsibilities. My son's education, emotional as much as intellectual, progressed rapidly under their care. The Bright Horizons Family App enabled me to monitor how each day was structured and how my son was doing, something I found both enjoyable and reassuring. I am happy to recommend Bright Horizons Lewisham to other parents without hesitation.

My two year old son has settled really well at Bright Horizons Lewisham Day Nursery and Preschool. He has built fantastic relationships with his key workers and enjoys being greeted at the door by all other members of staff too. I have full confidence that he is kept busy and stimulated throughout
the day with plenty of outdoor play. Most importantly he charges in happily each morning and is full of smiles at pick-up too!

Our daughter is nineteen months and has been attending Bright Horizons Lewisham Day Nursery and Preschool for seven months. I could not recommend it highly enough. My daughter is so happy going there every morning and when I collect her in the evening she is smiling, content and excited. Her
development has come on leaps and bounds from drawing, talking, to understanding and her physicality. I honestly don’t know what we would do without the wonderful team. We have a truly happy daughter and a lot of that is down to the nursery.

Wow, amazing nursery, staff and management! My son is now 2 and been going to Lewisham for over 1 year now. We couldn't be happier with his development, happiness and relationships he has formed with the staff. Also from a management perspective, thanks to the manager, fantastic in communication and
support especially through this very difficult pandemic time. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough they have everything your child needs to succeed and it feels like one big family. Since my son has started talking he doesnt stop saying all the staff's names he knows and loves! That says it all, a very happy little boy! (And parents!)
