The nursery has been in our lives for over 5 years (2 kids). We have been super impressed with the care and attention our children have received. They provide a loving and friendly atmosphere. The children always return home happy, and we have never needed to raise any concerns about anything. I would recommend the nursery to anyone if asked. The staff are brilliant. We will miss this place when our son starts school in September.

I have seen my little girl flourish so much since she started in January. It took her a little while to fully settle, but I know she is in safe, caring hands. She has developed a good bond with the staff in her room. I receive updates throughout the day and lovely photos. The staff follow her needs well, and I have noticed a big leap in her development. Being an anxious mother, I feel happy knowing how well looked after my daughter is.

Harpole Day Nursery is a wonderful setting for child development. Throughout my child's time at the nursery, I have been impressed with the whole experience on offer to the children. The staff are attentive and the facilities cater for their development. I'm looking forward to the future years with Harpole Day Nursery as my child develops and their siblings join.

My little one absolutely loves everyone at the nursery, his teachers and friends. As a family we are very happy with his progress at Harpole day nursery. The staff are very nice and go out of their way.

My son started in January after being at previous setting and not having a great experience. Management were understanding and caring from the moment I called looking to move my son into the nursery. He has settled so well and we have seen a genuinely change to his happiness now going to and from nursery. Staff are all so friendly and it really shows how much they care and want to understand your child. I'm so glad we can send our son here and we fully trust the team to look after him and help him grow into a wonderful young boy. Thanks so much! 100% recommened :)

I feel at ease leaving my little one at nursery, he has settled in very well (started full time in Jan 2025), even if he got sick a lot, unfortunately due to be expected and very common. I love the app and constant updates, most important for me is that I can see the staff is really caring and really cares about his wellbeing and happiness. Thank you so much to two specific members of staff especially. Also food options are great and they get offered fresh and varied food options. I am now recommending this nursery to a few friends for their little ones.

We have enjoyed our first month at nursery. The staff are welcoming and have reassured us by giving regular updates throughout the day. Our son has settled in so quickly with the help of the caring staff. Harpole offer a wide variety of food options, taking allergies seriously. All of our wishes have been met and we love the cosy, family environment. We are so glad we picked such a wonderful nursery!

Our daughter has settled in so well and so quickly thanks to the lovely care workers. The process was stress-free thanks to the manager. The staff are all so friendly, welcoming and caring. You can tell straight away that the atmosphere is fun and playful. Our daughter loves to attend, she is well cared for and looked after. The communication face-to-face, via email and on the app is all brilliant. We cannot fault it and highly recommend. Thank you so much.

The best nursery! Both of my kids love(d) going there. They develop so well in there in all aspects - being independent, potty training, good eating habits, basic phonics, numbers, etc. But what the nursery has been consistently great at during those couple of years, is teaching kids kindness. They raise them to be good people, and kind to each other. Thank you!

Harpole is always really informative when we pick up. They have been extremely supportive towards potty training in the toddler room. My child goes one day a week currently and they are perfect for her needs. Looking forward to increasing her days.

Our little boy has a fantastic time at nursery. The staff regardless of which room they are based in, know our little boy so well. He runs into the nursery and we love knowing how safe he is there. The staff go above and beyond for special events too. We would recommend Harpole to anybody.

Happy with the setting and care of my child. She settled quickly and has been happy and content. She has learned a great deal and has come on so much with her development. I always feel I am kept well informed and communication is very good. Very satisfied.

My little boy loves nursery. I really like how he warms to everyone. He loves the workers and the people and he talks nonstop about the activities.

Both of my children have progressed so much since starting Harpole Day Nursery. They have developed great relationships with their key workers which gives me peace of mind when returning to work! I love the regular updates via the app and see what they get up to. It's lovely to see how they are progressing. Both of my children also have dairy allergies and the way they manage this and provide alternatives has been great!

The loveliest team. Always there to talk to and help with any questions you have. I was so apprehensive about nursery and leaving my little boy, but it was the best thing I’ve done. He has come on leaps and bounds, and I feel confident he is left in great hands.

All the staff are amazing with my boy, they have gone over and beyond to help him grow his confidence and with his needs, I couldn’t ask for better staff looking after him, the manager has been so understanding and has helped us so much. I cannot fault anything at the nursery, all members of staff are polite and caring, they know all of the children and treat them well. The food they have is amazing and nutritious, I think my son eats better there than he does at home! Knowing my son looks forward to and enjoys nursery has helped calm all my anxieties about him being in someone else’s care. The app they have to input how your child’s day is going is also updated regularly and again, is a nice way to be able to check how my son is doing. If there are any issues, they call me straight away and are always informative. They stick to the routine that we ask them to and are very adaptable if it changes day to day, depending on how my son is feeling or how well he slept the night before. Nothing is too much to ask from the staff and they are always happy to help. I will be recommending this nursery to all of my friends.

My child has been attending Harpole Day Nursery since November 2021 and my second child will also be starting in November 2024. I can’t recommend this nursery enough, the staff genuinely care for the children, the rooms and outside space are brilliant and the range of food they provide is great. I believe my child has really excelled through attending the nursery and I couldn’t be happier with the support he has received there.

The best nursery! Both of my kids love(d) going there.
