We have found our experience with Bright Horizons to be super smooth and all the staff have been great at supporting our child's transition to starting nursery. Communication via the app is really helpful and informative. We feel safe & happy knowing our son is in their care.

My child has settled well into nursery. He has formed good bonds with the staff who are welcoming and friendly. The environments

My 14-month-old son started at this nursery in September after having weekly settling-in sessions throughout August, and the experience has been nothing short of wonderful. From day one, the staff have been incredibly attentive, warm, and genuinely passionate about what they do. It's clear that they
truly enjoy spending time with the children and creating a safe, nurturing environment.
Every time I pick my son up, he is well looked after fed, clean, and always smiling. The level of care they provide really puts my mind at ease, and I can see how much he enjoys being there. He absolutely loves attending nursery, and that in itself speaks volumes about the positive atmosphere and the wonderful team.
The management team are always helpful and approachable. As a first time parent and getting my head around fees and processes they have been brilliant
I'm truly grateful for the effort and love the staff put into their work. I couldn't ask for a better place for my little one.

My children are always so happy when I collect them, which speaks volumes about how well they are cared for. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to supporting both the children and the parents. They work closely with me to help guide and manage my toddler's behaviour,
and their support has made such a positive difference.
My son has grown to be so confident and smart, and I truly believe this nursery and its amazing team have played a big part in that. I'm very grateful for everything they do. Highly recommended!

I am so happy that I signed my daughter up to go to Bright Horizons, the staff made me feel so much at ease as it is a big milestone for you & your Baby. They made me feel so reassured & confident I made the right decision. The App is an amazing idea & that you can communicate at any time & they
reply straight away. Can't wait for my daughter's journey at Bright Horizons.

My daughter loves the nursery she's recently has a smooth transition into the toddler room. The nursery supported with visits, routines and activities. My daughter gets fully involved, built great relationships and I see regular achievement in her development.

We've had an amazing experience at this nursery. My son started when he was 10 months old and his last day was today as we are moving to Australia.
The entire staff are wonderful. I can't express that enough. Management are always available and friendly, and the ladies in the baby room are so
lovely. The nursery is very clean.
My son absolutely flourished here and I spent the afternoon crying because it was so sad to say goodbye. They believe in nurture and he learnt so much.

Since my son has recently started everyone has been really welcoming and friendly and have helped to support him to settle in with such sort notice to him starting. He is always given the support if he finds it overwhelming when being dropped off and he is supported with activities to help settle
him.

Members of staff go above and beyond for my son! They go out there way to make sure he's alright and having the most amazing experience and feels secure and comfortable in his surroundings! He is wary of new people and places but took no time to settle in here with the employees and there amazing
energy towards everyone! Now my son can't wait to come home and tell me about his day and what they've all done and learnt together!

Excellent nursery. When my daughter was unwell, the teachers monitored her temperature every hour and recorded the information in the app. They also gave her emergency Calpol. When I visited the GP, the doctor was surprised at how well they had been monitoring my daughter's temperature. The doctor
even said this is the best nursery they've come across, as they had never seen such thorough care from any other nursery.

I really wanted to live my review because I am happy with the care my nephew receives here. The facilities very clean and tidy, and like staff very much, all of them are very friendly and professional. I love the nursery app they use, which provides clear information about the child activities
throughout the day. The garden area is wonderful, with a natural environment and plenty of facilities for physical activities. I highly recommend this nursery.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff ensuring my daughter is looked after every day. From the first day my daughter was very happy and excited to come in to the nursery. The staff always have built connection with my daughter but also expanded her skills, from creative play to social confidence.
The facilities are clean and engaging. Communication with parents - excellent. Food freshly cooked and healthy.

Our baby has been at the nursery for seven months, starting at 8 months old, and we;ve seen incredible growth. The staff provides amazing support, offering cuddles when he's unwell. His eating habits have improved and they cater to his interests in music and art. Each morning, our baby points to the
door wanting to go back. The nursery is clean and he hasn't caught any bugs over the summer which is a testament to their hygiene. Outdoor play on sunny days and respecting individual preferences for indoor activities are notable. The friendly staff are fostering his independence beautifully. We couldn't be happier with the care he's been receiving and would recommend this nursery to everyone.

I've been extremely happy with the nursery. I feel my son has excelled in many ways, learning, socially and confidence. The staff are all friendly, helpful and polite. I feel at ease leaving my son the full days and assured he's going to be safe.

I can't praise the manager and her team enough! They have provided such a wonderful learning experience and care for my daughter. What a very good way to introduce my daughter to preschool, she loves being involved in a lot of activities with her friends. She comes up with new things that she
learned from Bright Horizons. They are supporting my daughter in the right way and update us on her development. The app is also so handy to keep an eye on my daughter's daily meal and how much she has eaten - this gives me peace of mind and I know how to adjust her meals after preschool. If you are thinking of sending your child to this preschool, please do so, it is something that is really worth it.

Can't fault anything about the nursery in our experience. The staff are so nurturing and caring, and the communication is brilliant. Everyone knew my son's name so quickly and all the staff say hello every time. The food is varied and fantastic and they always seem to have exciting activities.

It's a really good place for my baby. She loves going there and is happy there. The staff are very friendly and helpful always with any problems and look after the children well. All children's entertainment is good and develops my child.
