My child is given the care and attention she needs. I am kept up to date on her development and always get feedback on her day when I pick her up. The staff are all very welcoming and approachable. They always go out of their way to help and get back to me with research regarding any issues I have.

My daughter struggled during her settling session and they arranged daily sessions to get her used to start full time. She now loves all her teachers and loves going to the nursery. I am glad we found this place and although it's not around the corner from us, it's worth the walk!

They have a real care for each child individually now matter whether the child is part time or full time. They are welcoming and professional and extremely easy to talk to. They are very intuitive to the needs of children especially if extra care is needed with progression I.e fine motor skills etc.
You feel supported by them.

My son has been going to nursery since September & the staff there are truly amazing. Archie took to his nursery nurses pretty much straight away. He's learned so much in the space of a few months & I am so glad that I picked Busy Bees for him to go to.

Our daughter had a long settle period as she's always been with us and family only. All the staff have been unreal at Greenwich Busy Bees! Our daughter started in September and although we still get some tears still when we leave. She tells everyone about who she's spent her time with when she's not
in nursery. She always has a wonderful day in the end!

We are pleased with our experience in general. My child likes his teachers and the teachers are always supportive and smiling.
It is a boutique nursery with a small number of children, so each child can receive the necessary care.
They cook a variety of food on site and you can easily follow what
your child eats.
Although the app is very handy, we could benefit from learning which activities children do within the day.

The busy bees team in Greenwich are very supportive and caring. The settling in process was very worrying for me and they made me feel reassured. My son loves going in and has made some lovely friends.

My daughter has been at Busy Bees Greenwich for the last 6 months. It is a small, personal, caring nursery and we have had a wholly positive experience. They have a lovely space, including a great garden. My daughter loves being there and all the staff. I am so glad that we found this nursery and
the fact she is happy there is a great relief.

I am overall happy with Busy Bees and the staff! My child has progressed a lot and is always happy when going in and coming out.
The staff are amazing and are always friendly and available to listen!

My child is now doing so well at this nursery. This nursery takes care in knowing and learning about each individual child. They give daily updates and also every time I collect they give a rundown of behaviour and what they have done, both good and bad.
I would recommend this nursery to everyone,
as I said my child was in another one before this one and the difference I'm seeing, the change, from language to behaviour to listening etc. They all are amazing and take care and pride and they are passionate.

The team at Busy Bees Greenwich are nothing but caring, friendly and helpful. My son moved from the baby room to Owls and continues to be really happy there, so much so that I reserved for my baby to attend from September as well.

I have been so happy with the service from Busy Bees Greenwich. All the staff are so professional and enthusiastic when it comes to caring for my 1.5-year-old and I am happy to go to work knowing she’s in safe hands. The nursery always provides exciting and stimulating activities for my child that I
wouldn’t be able to provide for her at home, so it’s nice to know she has the opportunity to experience this at the nursery. The nursery feels clean, safe and spacious and we have not had one negative experience throughout the time my child has attended. Communication from staff is always excellent with regular newsletters and consistent updates about my child via the app. I know I will be given a good handover by my child’s key worker at the end of the day. On the topic of key workers, my child has a fantastic key worker who has bundles of energy and time for my child. I could not ask for more, my child is thriving here. Thanks so much, Busy Bees Greenwich!

We couldn’t love Busy Bees at Greenwich more! We can’t believe how lucky we are to find them! Warm and loving staff go above and beyond to provide stimulating learning experiences. The settling process was slow, flexible and sensitive to our baby’s needs. The link to parents is also great, we’ve
been to two parents' events since he started and I am a member of the parent partnership. The absolutely lovely centre director really seems to look after the well-being of her staff, which means they are happy to come to work and happy when caring for our baby. The outside space is a particular positive! As it is large and has real grass and nature!

Great staff who are helpful to the children, helping them in their development.
Easy to communicate with and always happy to help with any issues. Our little one really loves to spend time there. They always do some interesting activities. The environment is clean and the food is excellent with
many varieties to choose from and enjoy.

My daughter 18 months started back in mid-June 2023. She has been & still is fully breastfed meaning she eats food but won't use a bottle or cup for milk. I looked at so many nurseries before selecting Busy Bees Greenwich. They are a little more expensive than others but I have not for one second
regretted it. I cannot express how from the moment we viewed it I knew my daughter would be safe, learn and enjoy herself here. Not taking the bottle she took a while to settle and the staff were so patient and kind and offered suggestions and support. They have an interactive app where we receive updates throughout the day of how she is with photos of her enjoying the day which makes our time away from her easier to handle. I would recommend this nursery 100% I do not have one negative comment. The baby room is amazing and they change it around to keep children interested. Love the baby outside space and there is a much larger space when they get older. I feel 100% at ease knowing she is safe with them.

Our little one was not settling very well into nursery but the team at Busy Bees Greenwich worked well with us to ensure her transition worked.
Now she is absolutely loving nursery and we are so happy with her development, as well as the updates and work (paintings, cultural activities, etc) that
is brought home.
Very happy with everything they provide from care to meals to activities.

Both my daughter and son are at the nursery here. They enjoy their days here. They always come home and tell me about how enjoyable their day was. The staff are so approachable, if I have had any questions or problems I can always talk to the staff.

Lovely experience since my little one joined, it’s like having a second family for my child. Friendly staff and always very helpful to our requests. We’ve been with Busy Bees, Greenwich since my child started childcare.
