This is a wonderful nursery. Both my children attend full time and we could not be happier with the care and attention they receive. The space is bright, clean and happy for the children. The staff are all great. Can't recommend this nursery enough!

We have our two kids attending the nursery full time and we couldnt be happier. Being 3 years and 7 months old each, their needs are very different - yet at BH Holland Park the amazing staff and facilities make it the ideal place for both of them. The staff and space of the baby room is incredibly nurturing and safe while the energy and enthusiasm of the pre school class make it perfect this last nursery years. The amazing staff combined with great facilities make it hard to beat!

Our son joined the preschool class at age 3.5, speaking no English and knowing no one, as we had just moved from another country. From day one, the staff welcomed him with warmth and patience, helping him adjust to a completely new environment. In just one year, he blossomed. He learned to express himself in English, made meaningful friendships, and gained so much confidence. Every morning, he runs excited to start his day. At home, he eagerly shares songs, stories, and the new things he's learned-like writing letters, speaking in full sentences in a brand-new language, and exploring the world around him through creative activities. We are deeply impressed by the rich curriculum, the joyful learning methods, and the loving care of the teachers and staff. Our son has made an incredible leap in both cognitive and physical development thanks to this supportive and stimulating environment. We wholeheartedly recommend this preschool and feel truly grateful for this unforgettable year.

We couldn't be happier with this nursery! The staff are incredibly caring and attentive - you can really see how much they love working with children. Our little one always comes home smiling, and it's clear he feels happy and secure there. What we really love is the variety of daily activities. Each day offers something different, from creative play and music to outdoor fun and sensory exploration. It's the perfect mix to keep the children engaged and developing. Highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment for their child!

Our son started Bright Horizons Holland Park Day Nursery and Preschool when he was 8 months old and we've just left after a year (due to needing to go the bilingual route). I cannot stress enough what an amazing year it's been. The carers in the baby and toddler rooms have truly felt like a second family to us and the amount of care and attention they put into their roles is unparalleled (having spoken to friends with children elsewhere, Bright Horizons sounds like a league of its own!) Our son would go in every morning with a huge smile on his face which we saw mirrored throughout the day in the daily photos we received along with updates of everything the children were doing. It's been incredibly hard to leave Bright Horizons, our son truly loved each and every one of the team and we will never forget the amazing people there that helped shape an important time for us.

Brilliant experience at this nursery. The staff are so caring and my son comes home so happy. They plan amazing activities for him and he spends lots of time outside. He leaves me every morning with a huge smile.

My daughter went to this nursery for just over a year, starting from when she was around 9 months. I could not fault the staff, the education or the environment that she was in. Every day she was greeted with a warm smile from the deputy manager and she always had a smile when we picked her up in the afternoon. Every day, we were treated to daily updates, with photos, of what they had been up to during the day, when they took their nap and what they ate. The nursery was open long hours which was incredibly useful to ensure that I could return back in time from across town to pick her up at the end of the day. All the staff looked relaxed and genuinely happy to work there. The only negative was the cost which, while is reflective of the area, was not sustainable for us, as a family. Despite this, you will not find a higher quality nursery in the area and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

The team at Bright Horizons Holland Park Day Nursery and Preschool have been exceptional in looking after our daughter from the day she turned 1 until graduation. They are caring, attentive, knowledgeable, patient and most importantly, fun! This nursery knows how to create an atmosphere of positive traits, learning and social skills. And they love to dress up which the kids adore! Special mention for the work and learnings done in the ready for school room - my daughter is more than ready for her next big step.

Our daughter has been at Brightorizons H Holland Park since she turned one. Staff in baby and toddler rooms have been lovely and developed very strong bonds with the kids. The system is very organised - can see how they are developing skills week to week, and the app is great, albeit you can end up over checking it during the day. Overall, very happy with our choice, and would definitely recommend it to anyone living in the area.

My child has never not wanted to go to nursery whilst being with Bright Horizons Holland Park. She is so excited every morning to see her ‘friends’, whom she will name as both children and staff. She is welcomed so warmly each morning, and she always comes home with many fun tales of all the wonderful and creative activities she has done during the day. As a parent, I can work with the confidence that my child is not only cared for during the day but loved and entertained. Couldnt recommend it more.

Bright Horizons Holland Park has been an absolute blessing for our family. Both of our children have thrived in this nurturing environment. The staff's dedication is evident in the care and attention given to each child. Our once shy Covid baby has transformed into a confident and bubbly toddler, thanks to the encouragement and support provided by the nursery. The enriching curriculum and open communication with parents make Bright Horizons Holland Park truly exceptional. We couldn't be more grateful for the impact it has had on our children's early years. Highly recommended!

Having grown up in this area I was already familiar with some of the local nurseries, but we visited many more and did lots of research (including speaking to other parents) before making a decision. We could not be more thrilled with Bright Horizons Holland Park. Our son started at 14 months old and recently turned 2; with 2 working parents, he might be in from 7.30 - 6.30 pm during the week, so it's critically important to us that he is happy and stimulated there. Led by a brilliant manager/deputy manager duo, the staff are incredibly caring and personable, our son has adored all 3 of his key workers and in truth the entire team acts as his second family. Frankly, they offer a breadth of activities, equipment and gourmet-sounding food that would be beyond us, and getting photos of our son enjoying it all via the app is a huge daily highlight for us. The outdoor space (leading from each room, so children flow freely in and out) is second to none. Best (and biggest) decision we've made for our son.

We would not hesitate a second to recommend Bright Horizons, Holland Park Nursery. Our two daughters (3 and a half and 1 year old) both started at 8 months old. They love it and we do too. The facilities are clean, bright, spacious and each room (baby, toddler, pre-school) has its own outdoor area. Children benefit from a great range of activities tailored to each age and development stage. Opening hours are amazing, the app with daily updates is very good and last but not least the staff are the best! Our daughters are happy to go in the morning and always come back with big smiles on their faces. Thank you!

From the wonderful building and excellent open-air playing spaces to the warm, organised and approachable staff - Bright Horizons Holland Park is a real gem. Our son has been there for the last 4 years and recently graduated. From day 1, the staff led by a fantastic nursery manager and her excellent deputy were so helpful with all aspects. The room leaders were truly brilliant from the baby room through to the brilliant leader in the pre-school room. But to be honest, every single member of staff was amazing. Our son grew to love going to nursery every day. The fantastic activities, the cheerful staff and the excellent continuity of care all helped. They did a truly amazing job during covid to keep things running and the kids happy. Recently they have introduced an app that is fantastic. We would highly recommend this nursery.

Until a recent move away, this nursery was a rock for our children, who attended for three or so years and six months, respectively. We would recommend it without a doubt. The manager and another member of staff were exceptional and always went above and beyond to help us. They also know how to have a good time though, and I must give special credit to their dressing up skills! There are also some very special staff members at Bright Horizons Holland Park Day Nursery and Preschool who formed solid bonds with our children and made every day fun and worth going to nursery for. Our elder son in particular got some amazing support from his key person. To two members of staff in particular, and all the others, thank you so much. The activities they do every day are clearly varied and we could see it helps them in their development. There is also a comprehensive and very useful app-based system for following the children daily which means I can see regular photos of them in the setting. The catering was fresh and varied. If we still lived nearby, our kids would still be in this nursery!

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this nursery. A great bunch of staff and we always feel comfortable that our toddler is having an educational, friendly and activity-packed day when we drop off! Also, the team has remained together for some time which is not an easy feat at any time let alone in the UK at the moment!

We are really happy with this nursery. The staff working there are so caring and hard working. Our kids (almost three and one years old) both enjoy going there and we can tell they have grown fond of the staff. They organise such fun and activities for the kids, and they learn a lot (on communicational level, motor skills, social skills etc).

My daughter started going at Bright Horizon at four months (she's now 20 months) and every morning goes in with a smile. The staff is so caring and personable and the facilities are bright and spacious. Lots of fun, creative play and activities (water, sand, crayons, cooking, planting) my daughter just loves it!

We are delighted with the whole team at Bright Horizons Holland Park. Our three-year-old daughter comes back home happy and her development is the best sign for us that she is happy at her nursery. We were worried at first as we moved from another country, but all the staff was super supportive. Their professionalism and experience is obvious. Thank you everyone. Having an access to an outdoor space from each classroom is of huge importance as well and we are very happy with it.

Our children love Bright Horizons Holland Park - they are so happy there and their development has been amazing. The breadth of activities on offer is fantastic and the app allows you to have daily updates on what they’re doing. I love that they spend so much time outdoors and do a huge array of craft activities, it’s brilliant and they love it too. The staff are attentive, engaged and enthusiastic - we couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Particular thanks to certain staff, they’ve all been fantastic. (Our children have been there since 13 months and are now almost two).
