My daughter has been at Nuffy Bears for over a year now. I was worried at the beginning that the settling in would be very difficult due to her English not being the first language. To my relief it turned out this was not a problem. She has been surrounded with so much care, kindness, love and fous on her individual being that she adapted easily to the new environment. She loves the teachers, the lovely play areas, the food nursery provides , weekly musical activities, and made so many friends. This is a very caring place, where you can ask for advice or support if your child struggles with anything. Even though sometimes there are tears on goodbye I feel I am leaving my daughter in a loving and safe place. Also, it is easy to arrange an extra hour or two with a short notice. This flexibility is very helpful in a busy life of a parent. Swimming lessons included in the price as a great bonus. I would recommend Nuffy Bears nursery in Surbiton to any parent. We love this place

My son has been at the nursery since he was 10 months old and I have been so happy with my choice to send him to Nuffy Bear Day nursery. The staff are amazing, so thoughtful and attentive. The team are really invested in my son's wellbeing and development and often provide insight on how he is doing and tailor activities to support his interests and development needs. We have been met with so much kindness and care and I love the creativity of the team. The space is cosy and inviting, the right size for little ones that may get overwhelmed by large and busy environments. There is also an outdoor garden for play, swimming, dancing and music during the week. I also love how the nursery gets the kids involved in seasonal activities. The staff have remained the same over the past two years which means my son is surrounded by familiar adults who he has grown to trust and who know him well. It really has a family feel - would highly recommend to any parent looking for a good environment.

Staff are so lovely. Have really welcomed my daughter in. My daughter is thriving here a learning things all the time, she has really come out of her shell so is clearly comfortable here an she loves the staff. Could not recommend enough !

My 2 year old son loves attending this nursery. He has been attending since 8 months old. The staff know him really well and he is thriving under their care. They are a great team and I would highly recommend to other parents.

My daughter attends the nursery on a full time basis and she loves it! The staff are so tentative and wonderful towards the kids. My daughter loves all of her teachers and wakes up every day with excitment that she is going to nursery. We are very pleased with the care she receives and happy that she is thriving in a safe environment.

We have had two children at Nuffys from the age of 9 months through to 4 years old. They absolutely adore the nursery and the staff are incredibly kind and caring. I appreciate the smaller size of the nursery so you really get to know the staff and other families. There is always time for staff to tell you about your child's day. Our children have absolutely loved all of the extra things they get to do including ballet and swimming (from age 3) and the music classes each week. Our children have left/will leave with great confidence, ability to intercept with adults and other children and an enthusiasm for learning having spent time in this environment.

I couldn't recommend this nursery more. They have made my 1-year-old son feel so incredibly settled. The staff are the kindest of people who care so much about all the children. I have had a lot of experience with nurseries as I have 4 children, but this lovely, nurturing environment is the best I've seen.

The staff here love my son and he is very happy to come to nursery every day! Each member of staff shows care and attention to the day-to-day activities. They are a great team always willing to go the extra mile.

Been at Nuffy Bear since my little girl was 1 and now 3.5. We’ve loved it since day one. All the workers know her and clearly care for her and know all the children of which there aren’t loads which is probably why it’s such a kind atmosphere. She goes swimming as part of nursery (from age 3) and they have an external singing lady each Wednesday who is so good that many parents hire her for kids' parties. All the workers appear to do really engaging things with the kids and they lean into their interests which I love. My favourite part right now is picking them up from the garden on lovely summer evenings and seeing them have such fun playing. Food seems great and we have the app to see what they’ve eaten and done etc. Having been on a waiting list for another nursery in Surbiton, I’m so glad we got in here and if I had another would 100% choose the same. The extra bonus of free gym membership when your child is full-time which is very handy.

My wife and I could not be happier with the standard of care that our daughter receives (and her older sister previously received) at Nuffy Bears in Surbiton. They are both flourishing and it’s largely down to the care of the staff. Wonderful!

I am very happy with Nuffy Bear Day Nursery - my son attends full time Monday-Friday and absolutely loves going to nursery. They have amazing activities such as dance and singing classes, swimming (from 3 years) and they are always creating some form of entertainment for the day. This morning they had essentially created Jurassic Park on one of the play tables with foliage and toy dinosaurs/animals. Dressing up, reading, puzzles, playing in the garden, creating games, learning to share and kindness to others, learning about vegetables and basic skills - scissors, cutting and spreading food. Potty training was a relative breeze with their help. The staff are wonderful - nurturing, kind and dynamic. I feel incredibly lucky to have these lovely people looking after my boy while I am at work. They do so much more than I can fit in a review.

Our son has been at Nuffy Bear Day Nursery now for 2 years and comes home happy every day. The staff are all very caring, supportive, fun, proactive and energetic. We genuinely believe that the staff take an active interest in our son’s development and go out of their way to make sure every day is enjoyable for him. We would completely recommend Nuffy Bear Surbiton.

We have two little ones here and I’m very happy with this nursery. The management has been a pleasure to deal with in the past 2/3 years, they pay attention to my needs and listen to my request about the children and so are the staff. The room set up / dynamics changes slightly from when we started however there are plenty of space for the children to express themselves and get involved in creative play. We’ve found the food healthy and diverse enough so they have a variety in their diet. The nursery makes use of the space in the gym which I like, dance and swim classes. Overall I’m happy with the care the children receive here.

Our daughter has been at the nursery for two years and comes out with a smile on her face every day! The staff come up with a range of activities to keep the children busy and happy throughout the day and they are always aware and caring of the children’s needs. Nuffy Bear Day Nursery benefits from swimming included when the children turn three and they also have a music and movement class once a week and plan a range of additional educational activities such as hatching chicks and a visit from some snakes and spiders! We’ve been very happy at Nuffy!

Our son really enjoys himself at the nursery - when we drop him off he runs into the room with a big smile and when we pick him up he’s always bouncing and bubbly which is testament to the environment they have created. The staff is what makes it and everyone is so nice and warm and welcoming and we’ve really seen our son grow and develop in the year he’s been there. It was pleasing to see Ofsted give the nursery a good review after their inspection and the updates we get in the app on a daily basis are great too.

Both my children have loved this nursery! The team is so caring and engaging and the kids have loved their time playing and interacting with the staff. There is a good variety of toys and spaces set up for them to explore and the garden has fun outside toys and activities. I feel very happy to trust them with my kids.

Nuffy Bear Day Nursery have been great. We were very nervous about our boy starting nursery but the staff have been amazing and made us feel so comfortable. We feel he gets a great mix of activities and it’s really helped his development in a noticeable way. Two months in and we can really see the bond between our child and the staff and trust them entirely. An amazing team!

My grandson attended Nuffy Bear and was welcomed with love and warmth. The minute we pulled into the car park his face beamed. The girls were very friendly and professional, nothing was ever a chore. My grandson was able to follow the curriculum and met all his next steps. The daily feedback was always positive and we received lots of artwork that Had been done throughout the week. My grandson now says please and thank you and feeds himself independently, he is able to assess risk and has empathy for his fellow peers. I am very grateful to the staff at Nuffy Bear for their dedication and care and would highly recommend the nursery if you want peace of mind, a warm smile and a stimulating environment. Thank you ladies for all your hard work.

Our daughter went right through Nuffy and our son is now there. The nursery's greatest asset is its staff. This includes those who work with the children on a daily basis, who really care for them and for their development. It also includes the senior management team who we have known for a number of years and who have done an exceptional job through 2020 keeping the nursery open and running so well. Anyone who leaves their child with the team can be sure they are receiving the best of care. And the chef is excellent.
