My overall experience with the nursery has been positive. The staff are kind, caring, and clearly dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing environment for the children. My child has settled in well and enjoys attending, which gives me confidence in the team and their approach to early years care.
Recently, I raised a concern about the cleanliness standards, as I felt some areas could be improved. I was very pleased with how professionally the nursery responded. They acknowledged my feedback promptly and took clear, practical steps to address the matter. I received a detailed follow-up explaining the new cleaning routines and improvements being implemented, which reassured me that my concerns were taken seriously.
It's clear that the nursery values communication with parents and is open to constructive feedback. I appreciate their commitment to continuous improvement and to providing a clean, safe, and welcoming space for the children.
Overall, I'm happy with the care and attention

We have been attending Kings Nursery for the last 5 years. The "themed" weeks in diamond room and the activities are so well thought out and engaging for the children, the staff are all brilliant and as are the weekly updates we have been getting with photos and comments specific to our child.
Our
little boy has been quite shy during his time in Nursery but is really coming out of his shell in this new room, despite only being in there for a few weeks. The team are doing an exceptional job!

We honestly do not know how to fully express our gratitude for everything you have done for our daughter over the past year. She has now been with you for more than twelve months, and throughout that time you have supported her in countless ways.
When we first enrolled her, we had a small worry
because we are not originally from the UK. We were unsure how everything would feel for us and for her. Looking back, that worry seems so unnecessary. From the very beginning, every member of staff has treated us with warmth, kindness and complete respect. We have always felt included, supported and valued as a family.
Most importantly, our daughter is happy. She feels safe, confident and loved in your care, and that is the greatest gift any parent can ask for.
Thank you for your professionalism, your compassion, and for the genuine care you show every day. We are deeply grateful to each and every one of you. (Wish I can mention everyone' name, special thanks to Ka, Co, La, Ro). xx

My child has settled beautifully and is very happy here. Well cared for. Range of activities offered. Nurturing. This is the second of our children to go through the nursery and we didn't hesitate to send our youngest.

My son loves being at Kings, the staff are really polite and good with him. He seems happy to go to nursery everyday. Its important to me that the staff deeply care for my child and I truly believe at Kings they do.

Our daughter really enjoys attending this nursery and is always excited to go. There's a good variety of creative activities, and she regularly comes home with artwork. We receive occasional photos and updates via the app, plus a daily log book covering activities, meals, sleep, and overall
happiness, which we really value.

Choosing Kings was the absolute best decision for our family and for our little boy! We've seen the care that goes into the nursery rooms, from our initial visit and it continued into the settling in sessions, the first period in Ruby and then, now in Saphire. The staff are fantastic, the facilities
are great, but the activities are absolutely amazing! As parents, we see the effort that goes into the daily activites, we appreciate so much the care for each individual child, the one on one time, the learning process and how fun nursery is for our little boy! We also appreciate the communication with the parents, the food is fantastic, absolutely nothing to fault! We also love the security of the facility, it's incredible to feel at peace, knowing your child is safe and so well taken care of. Thank you Kings!

We have had an exceptional experience with Kings nursery and emerald room team. Laura has been beyond helpful when prepping for nursery. The whole reception team wonderful on the nerve wracking settling sessions. Finally the Emerald room team including Amelia and Katie have helped settle Elliot so
well, he loves nursery thanks to them all. He loves the team, toys and we really appreciate the updates and feel like they really know him, despite how busy they must be we are so grateful to be at Kings.

We'll set up Nursery and Early years setting with great staff and facilities. Open through the holidays also. Breakfast club and hot meal included every day. Recommend this for early years before reception age

We love King's Nursery! Our daughter has attended since she was 12 months old and has received such good care and attention in all rooms she has been in and has absolutely grown in confidence. We are excited for her next chapter in Foundation as we feel this will be a fantastic next step for her and
are confident that the support and teaching will be as good as it has been so far.
The staff know our daughter well and we are touched when staff from other rooms greet her by name and show genuine enthusiasm to see her each day. The communication from nursery leadership is fantastic and very timely, with no question or query too much trouble.
There is no question as to where we will be sending our second child when they are old enough, it had to be King's Nursery!

My daughter has attended Kings Nursery since she was eight months old. I have been so pleased with this placement from the beginning. My daughter is just about to turn three.
The staff have always been so friendly and helpful. We are always greeted with a smile. We have regular communications via
the daily diary and this is a great way to leave little messages in a busy world.
Staff are very knowledgeable and the activities that are created and carried out in a daily basis deserve lots of praise! My daughter loves coming to nursery and knows all staff by name.
She adores Forest School and this provides an amazing space for outdoor learning.
The manager always responds to questions in a timely way and is excellent at overseeing the team.
I couldn't think of a better place to send my daughter in such crucial years for development of knowledge and understanding! Thank you!
Can I also thank the catering staff. The food is prepared and cooked on site and is healthy!

There are no words to describe how amazing you all are. As our children run up the path each morning and we see the beaming smiles on their faces, that gives us the confirmation as to how much we know they love being in your compassionate support.

Such an amazing nursery. My son adores his days at King's. They staff are wonderful, facilities are great, and whole experience is top notch. My son is always happy to attend and comes home happy but tired!

A superb nursery, the only one I would go to. The staff are well trained and very friendly. My daughter loves attending and has learnt so much whilst there. It's appreciated that you receive updates about their day with photos - the small on her face from the photos says it all! Clean
environment and lovely outdoor setting, which seems very safe for crawlers and toddlers.

The Nursery has amazing facilities each session is thoughtfully designed with fun and learning in mind, our child obviously loves going there and as a result his progression has been amazing.
In my opinion this has to be one of the best most comprehensive Nurseries in Plymouth.

All the staff are very warm and welcoming. My daughter has a great bond with her room team. She has learnt so much in the last year from going to nursery. The staff keep me informed with any issues and changes.
