We couldn't ask for a better nursery experience! Outstanding care, warmth and professionalism. The management is truly fantastic - always approachable, organised and genuinely interested in each child's development and happiness. The graduation ceremony last weekend was a perfect send-off: thoughtful, emotional and beautifully put together. Every detail reflected the love and dedication the nursery puts into its work/children. Thank you for giving our daughter such a wonderful start in life and helping her to grow!

I couldn't be more satisfied with the treatment and service received from Bright Horizons The Treehouse Early Care & Education Centre staff, the service is just excellent and as described, it is aimed at motivating brain learning skills, children's autonomy and emotional intelligence skills in children. The staff are passionate about their job and my son loves them. All my expectations, as a mother, have been exceeded and the result is noticeable in my son's behaviour and knowledge after spending nearly a year at this nursery. My only regret is that I did not ask for a space sooner.

Bright Horizons The Treehouse Early Care & Education Centre team has looked after my 4-year-old and my 9-month-old for the last three years. The environment is absolutely brilliant with a great outdoor space, quite rare for Aberdeen. But what really makes my experience positive is the staff. Very kind, reassuring and helpful. They always had time to catch up without forgetting a bit of a banter. Finally, the app is a brilliant tool to be updated on all the activities made during the day (from gardening to their private allotment to seeing the evolution of a caterpillar to a butterfly and so many more...). I cannot thank them enough for the experience provided to my children. Great atmosphere and a fantastic team that we will miss.

Staff are great, very happy and helpful. The app used for updates is good, only thing is that the use of updating the lunch and snacks could be more frequent/consistent. Communication between staff, management and parents is very good.

Bright Horizons nursery has looked after my 4-year-old for almost two years now, and I am always astounded by their thorough care and love for looking after children. My child always comes home with the biggest smile, has a fantastic safety net of nursery teachers that he is very close and comfortable with, and is being provided with an excellent learning environment in which he continues to thrive in. I cannot thank Bright Horizons enough for giving my child such a fantastic atmosphere and family to grow up with.

Really lovely and professional staff, who genuinely know and care about my daughter. The biggest draws to the nursery for us, were the facilities, amazing outdoor space and lovely green location. My daughter loves going to nursery and has come on a lot, particularly in terms of her communication and sociability around adults and other children. The only area for improvement that I can note so far, is in communication. Emails and questions on the family app are not always acknowledged or replied to. Overall, I am very happy with the service that we receive.

All three of my children have attended Treehouse (with my youngest currently still there) and thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff are friendly, positive and welcoming. My child gets on really well with his key worker and the lead of the room. He also speaks of other children whom he is friendly with. He enjoys playing outside and visiting the allotment. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Treehouse to others.

Wonderful, friendly and kind staff which makes it easier at drop-off! Would highly recommend to anyone who was thinking about Treehouse. Our son has thrived here and absolutely loves it! Thank you all.

The staff are engaging caring and very present, every member of staff cares about my child from the managers to catering staff, they know her name and greet her when they see her. My child's key person is her best friend, they are so close and have formed such a special bond. She loves nursery so much and through lockdown would ask daily when she could return The activities they have organised for getting ready for school have been really great, they have managed to involve parents even though we cannot go into nursery just now. I feel valued as a parent and my suggestions or queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently. I am really happy with the care provided at Bright Horizons Treehouse at RGU I would not hesitate to recommend

I have had my children looked after by Bright Horizons The Treehouse Early Care & Education Centre for over 5 years. The team have been fantastic and my children have loved it there. Every parent has an element of guilt or worry when they have to put their children in to childcare but I have never had this with Treehouse. I can't thank them enough for the care they have given to my family. Nothing is too much trouble for them and it has always been a pleasure dealing with them. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

My boys are in pre-school and baby room at Tree House and absolutely love it! They both literally run in when we arrive which is so comforting as a parent/carer. The staff are caring and great fun, the range of activities is fantastic and the food is outstanding! Pre-school have done a first class job getting my eldest prepared for school transition and my youngest spends his days having lots of outdoor time in the baby garden and getting his creative juices flowing with engaging activities. I would highly recommend Tree House to anyone looking for private childcare.

My daughter loves going to nursery they are all very helpful. Her day is very structured and educational. They give you accurate and good feedback. During Covid lockdown, they helped a lot.

My daughter absolutely loves Treehouse, every morning she is eager to go in to see all her friends and see what exciting activities there are for the day. She has such a good bond with all staff in the nursery, in particular the cook whose food she doesn't stop talking about, even food she usually wouldn't even touch at home! My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since starting Treehouse and I couldn't be happier with her care.

My son loves being at Treehouse. The staff very carefully organised the reintroduction of the children back to the nursery after lockdown so that it was a gentle start to being away from home after so long. The nursery and staff are an amazing warm and caring family, providing a safe environment, lots of fresh air, learning, fun and great food. The nursery manager and all her team are a credit to Bright Horizons. Thank you for all that you do.

Our son really loves nursery and is learning a lot. All the staff are very friendly. The toys, equipment and facilities are excellent.

My son started at 12 weeks old and has recently turned 1. He adores all the staff in the baby room making drop off extremely easy. He gets excited in the car when pulling up outside too. The staff go above and beyond to make my son and us, as a family, feel welcome. Discussions are easy, the Treehouse team listen to our routines and aims for our son where they help him excel, be it in walking, being gentle, napping and many more.

My Granddaughter attends this nursery and I really wouldn't want her to go anywhere else. Her development is unreal and this is with the help of the staff at Treehouse.

My child's transition has gone very smoothly considering she has started at a very young age. They are very good with my child and update me with how well my child is developing. The staff are very well trained and easy to get on with.
