View Full Details of YMCA Thames Gateway Temple Hill NurseryI would never recommend this nursery to anyone. My 3-year-old child has told me several times (and I have videos as evidence) that a teacher hit him at YMCA Temple Hill Nursery. At first, I tried to ignore it, thinking maybe it was a misunderstanding - but I noticed clear changes in my child's behaviour afterwards, and he became anxious and upset about attending. I raised this concern directly with the nursery and even showed them the video, but it seems that no one took the matter seriously or investigated it properly. I have now made a formal complaint to Ofsted and Social Services, as this situation is extremely concerning. If you care about your child's wellbeing and emotional safety, I would strongly advise against sending them here. It's been a very upsetting experience
The staff have been so helpful in working in collaboration with us on effectively potty training my 3-year-old toddler within a short time. Thank you for always giving me a listening ear and working together for the positive growth & development of our son. Thank you.
Very highly recommended, Very friendly people. Very clean. Very nice food. Very good communication My daughter has improved a lot. Writing reading singing and playing absolutely beautiful. She is very happy.
We're very happy with the nursery and the staff are great and we really appreciate all they do for our son. Big shout out to a particular member of staff and the other team members that take care of our son and another specific staff member. A big big thank you from us.
Great leadership, teachers are amazing and confident in their role. Both my sons went here and couldn’t recommend it enough. I was nervous about sending mine to nursery but I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If anyone is looking for a nursery that teaches boundaries and respect in a warm caring environment then here is the place for your child. It’s clean, colourful and they have coded doors to guarantee child safety. My boys loved it here.
