The staff have been very thoughtful in helping our little one settle in to nursery. He clearly enjoys going and the activities seem varied and great. He seems to have a good bond with the staff and they seem to understand him well. The app is brilliant to see what he's been up to.

My daughter has gone through the nursery and I cannot be happier with it. The staff are absolutely fantastic and all have hearts of gold. They will all go above and beyond for you and your child. It is a very nurturing environment to suite every child's needs. It is a home from home environment. The SENCO is absolutely fantastic and have supported my daughter through everything! I couldn't recommend this nursery enough :)

The staff were great at easing my little boy into nursery & he seemed to settle quickly after brief spell. He now seems happy to come in every day. We get frequent updates on the app for sleep, food & activities so always feel in the loop. Activities seem based around learning. We're very happy with how our child has been cared for and are with this choice of nursery.

Bright Horizons has been perfect for my daughter. She has thoroughly enjoyed her time there and been happy with every attendance. She has come on leaps and bounds with her speech, education, social skills and personality and I can't praise Bright Horizons enough. Excellent on all counts.

My son has attented B/H since 9 months old he has been looked after and supported throughout his time. Without the nursery I believe his developement wouldn't be where it is. My son thrives and loves to attend the nursery. He is sad to be leaving for school!

We had had two children attend Bright Horizons and I can't recommend it highly enough. The staff are caring and professional and safeguard the children to the highest standard. They go above and beyond what I would expect and consistently exceed my expectations.

I have been absolutely thrilled with the care and attention our child has received at Tytherington Bright Horizons. From the very first day, the staff made us feel welcome and supported, and it's clear that they genuinely care about the children in their care. The facilities are always clean, well-maintained, and full of fun, engaging activities that help foster creativity and learning. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed, and it's evident that the staff are highly trained and passionate about early childhood development. The team is incredibly responsive to our needs, and they regularly communicate updates via the app throughout the day. I would highly recommend them to any family looking for a nurturing, educational, and loving environment.

My daughter is currently at Bright Horizons Tytherington and the nursery are amazing. They made the transition from another local nursery very smooth, not only supporting my child but ourselves as parents. The staff are lovely and offer soo many different activities. My daughter is always happy to go and I feel safe leaving her with the very nurturing and caring team. The management team are always on hand and always try to make them selves as present as possible. Just saying that "Hi how are you" at drop off can really brighten up your day. They cultivate a culture for appreciation to, with things like encouraging parents to recommend staff for the colleague of the month award. I would recommend this nursery as they have your child's and family's interests at the heart of everything they do and my child is soo happy there.

From the very first day, the staff made us feel completely at ease. They are very friendly,caring, and genuinely passionate about what they do. My child absolutely loves going and has grown in confidence, independence, and social skills since starting. The activities are always fun, creative, and educational.I couldn't be happier with her placement in this nursery. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a safe and inspiring place for their child to thrive!

Bright Horizons Tytherington are an excellent nursery/pre school. The staff are amazing with my daughter, fun, attentive, caring and go above and beyond with all the children. They always have brilliant activities, which are also great for development and learning too. My daughter loves going and is always super excited to go. She talks about everything she's done in the day and I couldn't be happier with the service.

One of the staff members has been really helpful for settling our daughter into nursery, she has helped her grow so much in confidence and she is always keeping us updated and communicating to us on the app, which is great for any queries we may have. She has made the transition to go into nursery a very easy process for us.

As a parent, nothing is more important than knowing your child is safe, cared for, and treated with kindness. Sadly, our experience with this nursery has left us feeling heartbroken and deeply let down. My little boy was left in a soiled pants for hours, which caused him a sore, red bottom and legs. He was clearly uncomfortable and distressed, and no one took the basic step of changing him. It's incredibly painful as a parent to realise that your child's most essential needs were ignored. When I brought up my concerns in a meeting, instead of being met with understanding or even an apology, I was told my reaction was inappropriate. I was even accused of bullying staff - when all I did was speak up for my son. No parent should be made to feel guilty for protecting their child. We trusted this nursery with our son's wellbeing, and that trust was broken. I would never want another parent or child to go through what we did.

I'm extremely disappointed and heartbroken with the level of care my child received at this nursery. My four-year-old son was neglected and left in a soiled pants for hours, resulting in a severely sore bottom and legs. It is unacceptable that basic care like regular toilet visits was ignored. When we raised this serious issue in a meeting, instead of acknowledging the failure in duty of care, the staff shifted the blame and accused us of overreacting and even bullying their staff - an unfair and upsetting response to a genuine parental concern. A nursery should be a safe, caring environment where children are treated with dignity and their basic needs met-this was clearly not the case here. I would not recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a trustworthy, compassionate setting for their child. I am in the process of escalating this with Ofsted by providing them with all the evidence we have collected and documented.

Bright Horizons has been a wonderful place for our son to start his education journey. I feel so relaxed knowing he is in good, caring hands and the way he hugs his key workers shows me what a bond they've built with him. The daily app updates are also so useful and reassuring. Every staff member is super welcoming and approachable.
