The Nursery has provided outstanding care and support to our daughter over the past 10 months. We feel incredibly fortunate to have chosen this nursery during such a pivotal time in her life. The team created a nurturing, joyful environment where she felt safe, confident, and happy. She truly thrived under their care and grew fond of everyone who supported her from day one. We're especially grateful for the flexibility, compassion, and dedication shown to our family during a challenging period. The staff consistently went above and beyond, and their warmth made a lasting impact. Thank you for being such an important part of our daughter's early journey-we will always look back on this time with deep appreciation.

A wonderful, caring nursery that our daughter absolutely loves! From the moment she joined, the staff in her room have been so kind, nurturing, and attentive-it's clear they truly care about the children they look after. It's such a reassuring feeling as a parent to see your child so happy and settled. In fact, there have been plenty of times when she hasn't wanted to leave at pick-up because she's having such a great time! What's also lovely is that everyone at the nursery knows her by name and always greets her so warmly. The atmosphere is genuinely friendly and welcoming, and it really feels like a little community where the children are truly known and valued. Thank you to the whole team especially the girls in PD room!

Overall, our experience over the past month has been good. My child seems to enjoy her time at the nursery, which is reassuring. However, I've noticed that regular updates on the app are still missing, even after a request was made. There are definitely areas where the nursery could improve, particularly in communication and consistency. That said, I do appreciate the genuine effort the team-especially the girls-put into caring for each child. Their dedication does not go unnoticed.

Boxgrove Bright Horizons is a fantastic nursery that truly cares for the children. My son goes in happy every day, engaging warmly with all the staff. The learning activities are wonderful-he enjoys playdoh, toys, music, colours, water, sand, and painting, both indoors and outdoors depending on the weather. They are also excellent with potty training, making the process smooth and stress-free. The food is great, and it's extremely rare that he doesn't eat it (and we all know how picky toddlers can be!). What impresses me most is the consistency-my daughter, now 8, also attended, and she had an amazing experience too. It's clear that this level of care and dedication is a sustained effort from management. I couldn't recommend them more!

Both my sons have attended this nursery and they have both absolutely loved it. From the day my eldest started at 11 months old, the staff have been brilliant, getting to know the children and creating a loving and warm environment. When my sons have had difficulties with separation at drop off, the staff have gone above and beyond to find solutions to help them settle and nothing has been too much trouble for them. It is a very happy and nurturing nursery with wonderful, friendly and caring staff. Amazing!

My son has been at Bright Horizons, Boxgrove since the age of 8 months old. The staff have always been amazing, caring and understanding. My son has suffered from severe eczema and the staff have always supported with his treatment throughout the days he is at nursery. It has been such a relief to have their support when my son has had severe eczema knowing they'll care and treat him as much as I do outside of nursery. I'm so thankful to all the staff supporting my son's development alongside his treatment.

What an amazing nursery! My son goes to Bright Horizons twice a week and absolutely loves it! He runs out the door in the morning and always comes out smiling. All the staff are so helpful and friendly. He is starting school in September and preschool has helped him prepare for that! I would like a larger outside space as my son loves playing outside and I know you get them outside as much as possible but I understand the limited space around the nursery.

I am so happy that we chose to send our one year old son to Bright Horizons Guildford Boxgrove. All of the staff are so lovely, kind and genuinely caring. They are always delighted to see my son in the morning and he runs into the room every morning to greet them, making going to work every morning so much easier. He has made so much developmental progress since starting a few months ago, from learning to walk to starting to say his first words and it has been lovely to see how much he has flourished in the nursery environment. The food sounds delicious and my son eats it all every day. Inside the nursery is such a lovely and welcoming environment and my son especially loves spending time in the garden. I can't wait to continue watching the new skills he learns from being here.

After a really bad start at a different nursery, we moved to Bright Horizons Guildford Boxgrove Day Nursery and Preschool in the hope of a better experience and a fresh start and boy did they exceed all our expectations. They are not only professional and caring but also all seem to love their job and have been amazing with us and our son. It's been a total breath of fresh air. They are absolute experts at what they do and the kindest, happiest people. I genuinely look forward to seeing everyone at drop-off and pick-up and hearing about our son's day. I can't thank you enough for turning our nursery experience around for us.

The team at Bright Horizons Boxgrove are outstanding! They are exceptionally caring, considerate and go above and beyond to ensure that our daughter is well looked after! Their attention to detail is meticulous and so is their ability to provide you with reassurance as and when needed. When you give your child over to someone, you have to be able to trust them wholeheartedly; the team and Bright Horizons Boxgrove fostered this trust immediately. They offer settling in sessions, which significantly help with transition, for both parents and child and the app they use to communicate daily activities is super helpful. I cannot recommend Bright Horizons Boxgrove enough! My daughter is so happy there, everyone is so lovely and we are over the moon with the care and support they have provided not only to our daughter but to us as parents as well. They are authentic in their approach to providing an individualised package of care and have exceptionally high standards. We highly recommend.

We are extremely pleased with Boxgrove Bright Horizons Nursery. Our son has made great developmental leaps thanks to the nurturing and supportive environment provided by the dedicated staff. They go above and beyond to ensure each child's achievements are celebrated and fostered, showing genuine care for both the children's well-being and parents' efforts at home. Despite moving out of the area, we chose to keep our son enrolled due to the exceptional support he receives and the noticeable progress he's made. We couldn't be happier with our decision, as the staff consistently make every effort to help him thrive and feel settled. Highly recommended!

Excellent nursery. A great environment for children with friendly and supportive staff. My daughter loves her time at the nursery. She takes part in a wide range of activities through the day. The staff are attentive and caring. They are always happy to help and my daughter has built a great rapport with the team.

My son and daughter both attend the nursery and absolutely love it! They are both very fond of the staff and have both grown so much in confidence, socially and their language/number development has also come on leaps and bounds. This is so much more than just childcare - the staff don't just care for/about the children but it is clear that they also want to help and support the whole family. The leadership team are outstanding - they truly understand the importance of communication between the nursery and families and along with the staff, make the nursery a lovely place to be. We love the nursery! Children are really well cared for and loved. There are new activities set out every day, my child comes home with lots of creative crafts. The staff really listen to us parents and really happy to accommodate any need of the child.

I could not be happier that we chose Bright Horizons Guildford Boxgrove Day Nursery and Preschool to care for our daughter. The team have been beyond exceptional, particularly as my daughter has a health condition which requires additional measures to be taken to keep her safe. After discussion with us and her health care team, the SENCO and her team have gone above and beyond to look after her. We are kept well informed about her progress and can see she really enjoys her days. Above everything, they treat her as an individual and do not focus on her health condition so I am confident she will continue to thrive in their care. We have recently moved out of the area but will not be moving her as the team are just so great. Could not recommend them more.

A fantastic nursery with kind, dedicated and engaging staff. The building is like a tardis and really well designed so that there is lots of space for the kids. There is freedom for the children to move around the indoor and outdoor spaces with lots of staff support. The themed activities have been really impressive with painting, sensory play and stories. The staff always seem to have time to help the kids, whether it is with play, eating or learning. The development reviews of how my son is learning new words or skills are lovely to see and show how much energy is put into nurturing the kids. My son always goes to nursery happy and comes home full of excitement about his day. Highly recommend.

All staff know my son well and his likes and dislikes. They are friendly and kind to him and myself at every pick up and drop off. He loves the staff and talks about them when we are not there. I have spent many years being a parent of children at this nursery and it couldn’t be better!

This is a fantastic nursery. The manager runs a brilliant team who are all so caring and fun with the children. My son has just finished to start school and they took care of him from 3 months old. My daughter is still there and has medical needs with feeding through NG tube and very limited oral food intake which is taken care of by their great chef. They have not only been outstanding with my children but also been a support in the difficult time we have had with my youngest making sure she gets the best care for her needs. We could not have done it without their support and have gone above and beyond to make it as normal as possible for us all. Both my children go in smiling and come out smiling. Great nursery!
