The nursery and its staff have been so supportive and accommodating to our wee boy. They have been open and receptive to meetings to help his development and have done a great job in keeping us up to date with his progress through messages, photos and other general feedback whenever asked and we
really appreciate the staff and all they have done for us and our wee boy who loves the nursery and staff as well!

We absolutely love this nursery. They made my wee one feel so welcome from the start and the team are always friendly, helpful and supportive.
They're great at keeping me updated during the day and I love the pictures they send so I can see what my daughter has been up to.

My son has been attending now for 7 months. He enjoys his time at nursery and talks about interactive activities staff have provided eg art, food preparation, water play. The staff are very approachable and friendly. They provide daily feedback and always have a good understanding of my son's
individual needs. They have been very accommodating and supportive when he has struggled with changes in his life such as becoming a big brother and toilet training. Myself and my husband feel very involved in decisions that are made regarding our son. Management are very approachable and are quick to respond with thoughtful replies to any queries. The outdoor space is limited but this is to be expected given the location and the children are taken on trips to local parks when the weather is suitable. The Famly app used by the nursery is excellent. We get instant updates and are able to chat to staff when required.

I am absolutely delighted with the care and attention my son receives at this nursery and wouldn't want to send him anywhere else. The learning environment is lovely - warm, welcoming and full of well-planned, engaging experiences that really support children's development.
The staff have such
positive relationships with the children and model language in a really kind, calm and effective way. It's clear they genuinely care about each child as an individual. I really value how well they support children with individual plans and make sure everyone feels included and supported.
They also organise stay and play sessions for parents, which has been a great opportunity to feel involved and see the nursery in action.
The Famly App is extremely useful - I love being able to see photos and updates about my son's day and what he has been learning. It gives real reassurance and helps me feel connected to his nursery life.
I couldn't be happier with Crosshill.

My son has attended Smiley Stars CH for two years now and we couldn't be happier. Our son genuinely loves going every day (to the point I'm mildly offended when he's said no to the offer of a day off with me!).
The staff are all lovely, it's so reassuring as a full time working parent to know
that my child is being cared for by people I like and trust.
Any small issues we have had have been listened to and swiftly resolved.

I am very happy that I chose Smily Stars nursery for my son. It's important to me that he be able to relax and enjoy his time at nursery while learning in a fun environment. Smily Stars has ticked all these boxes for me and I see my son thriving. The staff are extremely friendly and approachable. I
feel encouraged when I speak with them about my child. I love having the family app as I feel involved in my son's day and it's great to see pictures of him getting involved in activities. It feels like a colourful, happy place to be. My son is excited in the morning when I drop him off. Overall, I feel Smily Stars is great!

Smiley stars is a fantastic Nursery. My little girl has attended for nearly two years and loves it, the staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to help in any way. The nursery is very clean, very good communication from nursery with updates if my Child. I would highly recommend

Since my two boys have joined Smiley Stars nursery they have come on a lot with speach and learning.
The Nursery staff are brilliant with the children regarding child development, and I can see the benefits in my two since they have both joined the nursery.

I have sent both my children to this nursery and the care and education provided is exceptional. Both my children grew strong attachments to the staff. I can't fault this nursery at all and would recommend it to anyone who needs a nursery place.

This nursery is very professional towards parents, they have a great support system. The children are cared for and very interactive staff. Seen confidence and improvement in my grandchildren's social skills.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for a good while now. She loves going there and loves the teachers. Since bringing to attention my daughter’s struggle in literacy, they have made sure to add in more activities on this as I felt they did a lot of numeracy. Their outdoor space isn’t that
big due to it being a garden in a house, but they have good resources within the garden and they also have a few trips into the community (such as litter picking and handing food in to the food bank). There does seem to be a lot of staff leaving, which does concern me a little due to having loads of changes for my daughter, but the new staff have settled in well and have been a good addition to the nursery. Overall I love this nursery and my daughter enjoys it.

My son has attended the nursery since he was 11 months old, he is now 2 years old. He loves his time there. I only have good things to say about the nursery the staff are lovely, my son does a range of activities and we get lots of photos and updates.

Incredibly happy with the care that my son receives at Smiley Stars. There's an excellent range of activities that he does, the staff is very helpful, frequently updating me and my spouse with information on how my son is progressing. Would definitely recommend it.

Smiley Stars Nursery is fantastic. I always find the staff try so hard to entertain the children with loads of different activities. An example was recently with the Chinese New Year. My son made a Chinese lantern and was given a fortune cookie too. He also learnt how to say Happy New Year in
Chinese. I love that all the staff are very caring and try to make the children happy by having all these different things for them to do. I find that this nursery is very accommodating and has helped me with childcare by letting me add and change the days my child attends. I always feel effort is made to accommodate my child’s needs.

Since Smiley Stars has taken over the management of the nursery can see brilliant changes to the building, learning materials and activities for kids. The staff are brilliant so open friendly and loving towards the kids.

My daughter has been attending the nursery for just over a year now, and I have been very happy with the service. There is great communication with staff, who are all friendly and approachable. I would highly recommend it as a great nursery.
